[Resolved] Myntra.com — returned an intact product but they says the product is damaged. return number: [protected]

On 19th december, i ordered a mast & harbour olive bomber jacket and it was delivered on 23rd dec but there was a size issue so i immediately after just checking it for 1 minute packed in the same myntra bag with all tags intact. And on 24th dec. It was picked up and on 30th dec it was delivered to myntra but today on 31st dec i got an email from myntra saying the product has failed our quality check. I mean what is this. This is not the kind of service i will want from a e-commerce giant like myntra.
