[Resolved] Myntra.com — Stupid reasons given by Myntra and the payment has already been and they are delaying my order till date. | |
I have ordered one item which was ordered on 30/09/2020. Order got shipped near the delivery location as planned. After reaching the delivery warehouse the order is not coming being delivered to my suggest address yet as so many have passed and they are giving me continuous email of delivery attempt failed, when they didn’t even try to deliver the package to the suggest mailing address. Stupid reasons given by Myntra and the payment has already been and they are delaying my order till date. Attached are some responses from Myntra team. Was this information helpful? | |
Oct 6, 2020 Complaint marked as Resolved Called Myntra customer care and they solved my complaint as they knew there delivery guys were making fake delivery attempts. So they resolved it today and i got the shoes as well. Myntra.com customer support has been notified about the posted complaint. | |
