[Resolved] Myntra.com — undelivered product (prepaid) marked as delivered

This is regarding order[protected]-0138403. The product was supposed to be delivered last to last friday (7th dec 2018). I got a message from myntra that the product is out for delivery and when i called the delivery boy, he said he didn't bring the package and it will be delivered on saturday (8th dec 2018). While the myntra app still showed that the product was out for delivery, i waited till monday (10th dec 2018) and finally called customer care to complain in the evening. They said due to the network issues and system being down they cannot take down the complaint and i should call an hour later. I called again after two hours but the same was told to me. I called on tuesday morning (11th dec 2018) and yet again i was told the same thing. I called again around 9 am same day (11th dec 2018) and then finally they took down my complain. On tuesday evening, suddenly the status changed to delivered in myntra app for the same product. I did not receive any messages for delivery also. The product was not delivered. I called again on tuesday (11th dec 2018) evening telling them that the product is not delivered and yet marked delivered. They said that it will be solved in 48 hours. I called twice on thursday (13th dec 2018) to check and even spoke to a supervisor "apurva" and she confirmed that it will definitely be resolved in 24 hours. I called back again on friday (14th dec 2018). They said the delivery partners are not able to provide the signature and the backend team was working on it. On sunday (16th dec 2018) i called again and the executive told me that now since they have not been able to provide the signature details, she has initiated a complaint about "product delivered at wrong address" and will be resolved in 48 hours. Today (18th dec 2018) again when i called, i spoke to a lady executive "neha" and she just bluntly said that the product is delivered at the address given. I said that it is not delivered and she said that an email has been sent with signature details. I told her that i did not receive any emails and she said she can't help me any further. She was unable to connect me to the backend team, who claim that the product was delivered but have no proof otherwise. Also, she was unable to connect me to any supervisors who could actually help me with the matter. It's like a dead end. I have tried connecting with the customer care on twitter and facebook too but they just dont care.
