N-Tech — fake company

I got call from a person regarding home based job.It was a catcha typing work 10 days 10000 carcha.He told me he is not going to charge so I thought it was real.He took my photo, aadhar card and signature for registration and later he sent me agreement which says if I didn't do it they are going to charge 5000..That agreement was without my consent.Now they are not replying, not resolving queries and the captcha which I submitted are not showing up.So I searched and found out they are fake and they have framed me too..How to stop this please help.
