[Resolved]  Naaptol.com — Htc one mini not received

Sir, I am appalled and disgusted by the level of customer services that Naaptol.com has to offer. Never in my life have I come across such a bad service. I actually can't even put into words how awful it is. I paid for the HTC One mini (Silver) through my debit card i.e Rs 25, 849 on 05, October 2013 and still did not receive the phone. My Order ID is 7299589. Payment was done on BILL DESK i.e through Debit Card I was told that the Product dispatching issue will be thoroughly checked on PRIORITY BASIS. FORGET PRIORITY, THE PRODUCT WAS NEVER TAKEN INTO CONSIDERATION. I think I have called Naaptol Customer Care 80 times and I am not exaggerating. I have literally called them many times. Earlier, Naaptol customer care personnel told me that there were some Dispatching Issues. Every time I used to call them, they used to give the same EXCUSE. I am astonished. I trusted NAAPTOL. I wanted to gift this phone to my Friend. My prestige got deteriorated. I cannot take this any more. After almost one month they tell me “Sir, We cannot give you the product because Naaptol.com made an AMOUNT ERROR to Rs 25999”. After a month they gave this reason and refunded the amount without even contacting me. I cannot understand. I have been mentally harassed by the customer care personnels of naaptol.com When I told the senior personnel that I will file a case on Consumer Court because they did not give me the product after receiving the amount, harassed me, lied to a CUSTOMER and Hampered my Prestige, they replied “Aapko jo karna hai karo”(Do whatever you want). I am astonished the way they talk to a CUSTOMER . I need this product anyhow with the Compensation. I am tired of all this. It is too irritating. I feel like they spat on my face. I have been waiting weeks for a call back from a supervisor and nobody has the common decency to make the call. Through no fault of my own What a joke, I will be finding out where I stand legally. YOUR ASSURITIES STAND NOWHERE AND THIS TIME THEY AGAIN LEFT ME DISSAPOINTED AND DISGUSTED by the EXTREMELY PATHETIC service which they have provided me. EVEN PATIENCE HAS CERTAIN LIMITS. Every time i have waited for 28 days and this is what i end up with. I have already passed on my disgust to everyone I know, just in case they would even think of buying from Naaptol.com.
