Naaptol — Need to cancel my order
I have ordered PUREIT water purifier on (13/03/2014 Friday) And on
Sunday I called to customer support to cancel my order.They said we are
taking your complaint and cancelling the order. And also i wrote to
[protected]@naaptol.com to cancel my order. But they replied as the product
is shipped already on (17th march 2014). Again i have called to customer
service number. They saying as product is not yet shipped and it was
with vendor. To whom I can believe. Finally i need my order should be
Order No : 8600098
I have attached the mail screen shot in which the support analyst send as already in transit on (16th March 2014 )
And also for more proof on call . I can get my mobile bill at what time i called to customer service.
Please do the needful to cancel my order.
