    Mini Silai Machine is not working

I called the Naaptol helpline and requested for replacement of the piece with a new unit but it was repaired instead. Even after that it is not working.     HI, I am really frustrated with how Naaptol is dealing with me. First they did not gave me my cash back even after returning the defective product delivered to me. Instead forced me to take a Cash Voucher even after committing for cash refund and then when I try to redeem the Cash Voucher, it is not allowing me to do so. Even after raising several complaints my issue is not resolved. Please help to get my money refunded or get the new products selected by me delivered to my address. Amit Kumar

      I fell for their ruse twice - which is to probably give attractive discounts and get orders in (probably to show as sales in their accounts book for some quarter ending accounting purpose) & then cancel the order 10 days later without any communication. I have today cancelled the second order out of sheer frustration after waiting for one week after a lot of vague and evasive updates from their side. Please read the trail mail below (Start reading from bottom) for an example of the worst customer service ever.

      I perhaps foolishly believed your last mail and made the mistake of re-ordering the same product from your site. My new order id is 8690732, generated on 23 March. It has been now 1 week since ordering & there is no sign of my product getting dispatched, forget delivered. Your customer "care" says that this delay is the operational team's fault and they do not have any further information apart from what is displayed on the website. They are downright arrogant and extremely unhelpful. I even raised a complaint number 5939489, which no one has so far even bothered to follow up.

      Request you to kindly look into it and revert at the earliest. I, despite having close working ties with one of India's largest media houses, have so far resolved not to undertake any bad publicity of your website, giving you the benefit of the doubt the first time. Please let us resolve this issue to the best of our individual interests, avoiding more bad blood between us.

      Thanks for the reply. The refund should obviously come since no product has been delivered. I have no issues (yet) on that part. What I have problems about, are on these points:

      1) The same product is available for sale on your website right now at a slightly lesser price. (from what I now infer from your mail, it might be a different seller, but this is not clearly visible on your website like it is on ebay).

      2) You and your website are the interface through which I am ordering. I only know you; I do not know who or where the actual seller is. It is thus a great shock to the customer, after paying the entire product price in advance (Rs. 20000+), to be told that the product is actually "out of stock" from the seller's end. How was then the item still available on your website for ordering? Is this not e-retailing basics ? This casts major doubts about the professionalism of your entire operation.

      3) Mid week, I was called on my cellphone to inform about the order cancellation. However, I could not receive the call. Is it not basic business etiquette then, to drop me a SMS or e-mail to inform me? I had no idea of what had happened till I called your customer care this morning to inquire about the order status.

      4) You may refund my money. But can you refund the nearly one week of my lost time ? Here I was, till today morning, sitting pretty, having ordered the camera, with a family outing planned the coming week.

      I am sorry, but I have enough experience of ordering online for the past 5 years now(Ebay, Amazon, Flipkart, Snapdeal etc.) to inform you that this has been my most disappointing online shopping experience.

      My order below was "Cancelled for Refund" a week after ordering and paying. I was given no email intimation of this change of status. It was only on calling the customer care that I came to know of this information. I was also told that the product was out of stock. But, if that is the case, it should have been mentioned while ordering. Also, the same product is still available for ordering from your site, whereas for me, it is "Out of stock" !!

      This was my first and looks to be my last time for ordering from naaptol.com. I am deeply disappointed if this is the customer service that you have to offer.

        Dear, Sir/ Madam, I purchased Sofa cum bed of order number 8405682. After receiving on 26th feb 2014.I found some leakage at one part (middle part) of the sofa. I registered an complaint regarding this to naaptol team complaint Number: - 5802016.Technical team suggested me to trace the hole by wet cloth, I tried it but I cannot find the leakage even with soap water. Hence I send the product back for replacement after 24 days of continuous follow up I received the replacement on 24th march 2014.I WAS SHOCKED after opening the pack. 1. Bed is completely dust paint marks, foot prints etc showing it is an already used by someone else. 2. One or two puncture patches. 3. When I blow air in it I found two big bulges in two parts of the bed. Stating completely that is used by some other one .when i complained again they asked me to send it back through blue dart again . When i called BD person he is saying he need mail from naaptol . When i called Naaptol he is telling 48 hrs i dont know how long i should roam with this 7kg load from office to home & home to office This is very bad experience with Naaptol & the supplier pl do the Needfull i want my mone back Thanking You Jayadish

          Sir, I am purchase new XElectron GSM SIM Calling Tablet (WS777) Order Number 8480304. Purchase the Product dated on 06.03.2014. This Tablet was not working. Tablet & Charger is not working. Totally this Tablet was Old. I am complaint the product to Naaptol office. So, Please Replacement Tablet or Refund my payment immediately.               Purchase Utsav 1 Gram Gold Plated 13 Jewellery Set by tele-shopping on 1st March 2014, which was received defective & dusty (old one) on 4th March 2014. Also inform the same on 5th March 2014, Naaptol Team said that will send you replacement & arrange reverse pickup. So will call aramex courier for pickup on 6th March 2014 but aramex person is coming on 13th of March to collect pickup. So due to lot of delay and defective & old material. I want my refund. Kindly help of refund.

                i have ordered seven kotta saree parcel at the date of 26/12/2013. but i have receive an empty parcel and then i have to complaint naaptol team and also return that parcel to naaptol team. till now they are not proceed my complaint. when ever i call to customer care, they are not responced correctly. there are three more months are gone but they are not refund my money.

                NAAPTOL IS ONLY ONE MOST FRAUDEST COMPANY IN INDIA.

I have also pay the amount and confirmation received that Order will be received in next 2-3 days. I am tracing the status of dispatch, customer care executive told that your order has been rejected due to non-availability of product at merchant level.                     I have ordered PUREIT water purifier on (13/03/2014 Friday) And on Sunday I called to customer support to cancel my order.They said we are taking your complaint and cancelling the order.                         I have ordered 2 microwave oven on 22nd-feb'14 and my order no is 8414269. But i have not recieved my product till today. When i checked with customer care peoples, each person confirming different things, one person confirmed me bluedart courier tracking no and telling the product has been dispatched on 23rd itself. Now another person is confirming it has not dispatched yet and it will reach another 7 working days. I was very much dissatisfied and frustrated about the service offered by your company. More than 10 working days gone, still am waiting for the product.
                        I have ordered a product in Naaptol on 26 March 2014. My order id is 8715112. Today is 07 April 2014 still date my product is not received by me. Everytime when I call them they simply said, you will get the product within 2 to 3 days. I dont know the reason for the delay also they are not refunding my amount. I need a solution. Is it possible for you to help me?

                          Dear Sir, I have ordered ZYNC Cloud Z5 DUAL SIM Android 4.0 Phone Cum Tablet product ( order no. 6298491) on 13st of March 2013. The product was delivered on 17 th March which was an Empty parcel. When i opened the parcel i found that no phone was there but wooden box. I tried to contact customer support of Naaptol but didn’t get any help. I have also submitted my complaint no: 4429346 in which I have been told my issue will be resolved within 5-7 working days. when I called to customer care on 20th March, the executive said it is to be sent back to B-1205, New Ashok nagar, Opposite Metro station, New Delhi 110096 though Blue Dart courier then you will get refund soon.they sent Blue Dart courier No also was wrong .How can i send back? I complained a lot of times to the Naaptol customer care. Naaptol.com is a fraud firm and even they don’t have any email id. Please help me money back for the product ZYNC Cloud Z5 DUAL SIM Android 4.0 Phone Cum Tablet I would like to request you to kindly take action against the firm (i.e. Naaptol.com) The STD No. which they given in the News Paper is -[protected]/[protected] This firm is Complaint for Refund for paid money under order no -6298491 from Naaptol continuously cheating the public with their fraud Advertisement and wrong products.                             I ordered a e-table and it got broke within a week order num 8250425 When i called naaptol they said it is out of return window but on website it is mentioned as 10 days and finally when i got a return label after a long conversation, courier company is not picking up the product. I got very nasty quality product, i was disappointed and since last 15 days i am frustrated calling naaptol and armex no support from either of the companies...Naaptol simply putting blaim on armex for not picking return no other resolution provided nor refunding my money

                                Sir, I ordered 9 sarees for Rs.2999 against COD by Phone [protected] and as they were not complying to the promise made by you, i lodged a complaint No.5771367. Then I received a message on 22.02.2014 to contact Aramex courier thro Tel N0.[protected]. Then I contacted the same on 22.02.2014 around 3 p.m. Then they assured me to pick up the parcel on the same day between 3 to 6 p m and pickup detail no. was B22091D. But that didnot happen on that day. Next day was sunday and their service was not available. Monday morning at 10 A M when I contacted them, their server was down and I was told to contact after one hour. This was repeated throuhout the day till 6 pm. Then I contacted your no and I was told to conact again on Tuesday i.e today. Today morning also Aramex No was not available and again I contacted your No i.e [protected]. Then I was assured that they have checked with Aramex and they will pick up the parcel within 24 to 48 hours. Till now, they have not turned to pickup the parcel. Hence I am submitting that please let me know that whether you will take back the parcel or not.Simply waiting for theperson to pickup the parcel is difficult for me as I am working lady. Dont give false assurance which mayl spoil your reputation and we will loose our confidence in you for further shopping. Geetha V A

                                i purchased electronic roti maker and its defective and i had already complaint to your customer support .
                                they provided me a complaint number 6802976. and my order id number is 9007341.
                                now no one is replying from your customer care and services . receive your package from my address MY CONTACT NO [protected].
                                SEND SOMEONE TO MY ADDRESS FOR PICKUP
                                Noptàal is a No.1 Fraud company, aremex courier and city cable are joined with them to cheat customers, as soon as switch on TV sets service provided by city cable we find noptàal with their exaggerated advertisements wich enchant customers to place an order, only after receiving emty box or with some substandard items they will release that they have been created, My sincere request don't by any item from noptàal also inform as much people you can it's a real service you can offer to neighborhood.

                                  I have also ordered the New Jersey Polo Club All Season
                                  Double Sided Jacket + Tracksuit + Free Duffle
                                  Bag + Watch, from naaptol.com my order no is 8333356. I had placed my order on
                                  13th
                                  Feb 2014 via COD.I received my product on dated 24 Feb 2014 via post office
                                  parcel.

                                  I also ordered by seeing the online chart from naaptol

                                  which
                                  shows that Size L(42), XL(44), XXL(46) so i
                                  have placed my order for Size L(38-42)
                                  according
                                  to chart but when i
                                  received my jacket it has 53 inch in size which is no where mentioned in
                                  the chart, that too I didn't order.

                                  It seems that they have only stock of 53 inch size jacket and no other size, they are selling only this size jacket by false advertisement of availability
                                  of different sizes of jackets and making people fool and cheating them.

                                  There is no terms and condition on their product while
                                  purchasing.


                                  Now, When I had called the customer care on 25 Feb 2014, after receiving
                                  product and
                                  told
                                  them about my problem that size is not right and ask them what They can do for
                                  it, they told that they have forwarded the problem and will be sorted out in 48
                                  hours.Lets see...


                                  I also want that my jacket size should be changed if they cannot exchange
                                  them
                                  refund my money.
