Faulty and unlocked cdma set instead of GSM

I ordered a Balckberry Storm 9530, 3G from Naaptol.com
Instead of advertised GSM, i recd a Verizon cdma set which was locked.
I would have made atleast 100 calls to the web site after whihc I was given the vendors number. After calling up the numbers for a week, someone asked me to send a mail comaplining about the same. Three mails later, I am yet to hear from them.
Thsi whole experience has made me skeptical of online...

fraud naaptol.com , selling used and duplicate phones

on 11th march i ordered a blackberry storm 3g from naaptol.com, but when i recieved my phone, i found it to be a used phone, later on i loged a complaint , but no one is helping me out.
This is a fraud site, they are just fooling innocent people in India. STRICT ACTION MUST BE TAKEN AGAINST THIS...
