I recently booked an ordered a Car Stereo with FM, MP3, USB, SD Card Support + Speakers + Tweeters + 4GB Kingston Pen Drive + Free Car Scratch Remover Pen with naaptol.com on Cash on delievery. They promised that they will deliver the product in 7-10 days however the product came after around 15 days. when product received from the courier services, the product was not at all to satisfactory levels. It was broken, it had sratches, etc. However since we couldnt open the courier at the sot, we had to give the money to the courier person. But later when we realised it is broken, we contacted the naaptol.com customer care. They said that I need to courier back the product to them and they will replace the product. Firstly, as per the courier company, naaptol received the product the next working day after I couriered them however naaptol advised that they recevied it after 4 days. Secondly, on29th mar they said that they will send the replaced product within 7-10 days. However till date I have not received it. When we call them, they just say that you will receive it in 7-10 working daysand when asked about the current status they dont have it. The customer service reps at naaptol are not at all helpful and there is no manager there to speak to. I have no idea how to track the status my product and when will I receive it if at all I will receive it?

Naaptol is a cheater and I would say not only Naaptol, but all marketing players like naaptol will fall in the fraud and the cheat category.

Pls advise, where should I file complain against this fraud?

    i purchased a 16 g.b spy pen and 8 g.b mp3 player 16 g.b spy pen is not working as when charged it shows yellow light and does not record anything i have couriered them the same 17/03/11 it is going to be a month since i last couriered 8 g.b mp3 player is chienese and has not delievered what the exact picture was shown on net. if you can't give both of them in proper condition then do revert my cash back. 1 thing also i would like all of you to be aware of is that never ever buy electronics items from naaptol there are other sites like homeshop18 and star c.j from where everyone of you can order.
    plz see if anything can be done as its niether a fun nor a game.

      I purchased spypen camera, MP3 player with Naaptol order number 1370615, When I received the parcel, I checked it.The product delivered to me was not 16GB it is 68.3MB and MP3 player is also not working. When I spoke to Naaptol customer care they told me that they will replace and I have to send the defective item to the address they sent to my mobile number. I couriered the defective item to the address they sent me, I did not receive any reply from then even after 3 weeks so I followed up with DTDC Courier with tracking number M7709683, they told that the product is returned back as the ad dressy was not found. Even I had email communication with them but there was no proper response. I has so much mental torture and I like to go to any extent to teach them a lesson Please help me how I can go forward. Thanks in Advance

        i am JASBIR SINGH from JALANDHAR. i have order Reebok bag, watch,track suit and shoes form NAPTOL under order no1230031 on 10 jan 2011.i got my products on 16 Jan 2011.but they send small size of shoes which is not fit in my feet.i call at call centre company executive told my that send back your shoes we will replace it 7 to 10 working days .i dispatch shoes on 19 jan 2011.they got my product 21jan2011.it is almost 2.5 month passed. i call then every weak but they did not replace my shoes.All the time they said it will take 7 working days.please help me.

          This march I had to attend one of my Friends Birthday,I wished i could present him a very beautiful and useful gift on his birthday. He is pursuing his MBA so i decided to gift him a Laptop. But my budget was not that high. so I changed my mind and decide to gift him something else. But One day when i was reading mumbai mirror, to my surprise I found that a firm Called Naaptol is providing a Laptop and that too at a very Low cost. I thought there would be some hidden cost which was excluded. I called up Naaptol and informed about the order and when I found that there was no extra amount to be paid I at once booked my order. I was told that the product would reach my place within 7-10 working days. and truly I received the product on the 6th day itself. When I unwrapped the product My joy knew no bounds. I presented that Laptop to my Friend and He too Liked the Gift.

          Thanking Naaptol for the great service offered.
          Moderator, the forum is being misled by these postings. There are numerous complaints against Naaptol and the way they are cheating unsuspecting consumers. This is not a review and ratings or product comparison or advertising site. This posting should be removed.

            I purchased a Blackberry 8830. The details of my order are as below:

            Order no: 1481005
            Addresse: Mr Hegde, B 42, Sunder Apartment, Diamond Garden, Chembur (east), Mumbai
            Date Order: 1st week of March
            Date of order Received: 10th of March
            First Complaint Date: 17th of March

            The handset has some technical issue and the Blackberry internet service (my subscriber is Vodafone) is not working on this.
            I made a complaint to this order on the 17th of March and followed up several times (atleast 15 occassions).
            Every time the customer care executives told me that I would get a revert on my complaint in next 24 hours, but no one ever reverted.
            I was given a vendor’s number (SRP enterprises) which does not work most of the times and gives a busy tone 24*7. on two occasions, I have been able to speak to one executive Swati, who said that the technical services team would revert, but there was no action from their said.
            It is already 3 weeks since my first complaint, but it has not been taken seriously and despite numerous calls made regularly, no one has addressed it as of now.

            I Expect that my complain will be sorted out in next 24 hours or I will have no choice but to take a legal action against Naaptol.com

                  WITH RESPECT, I DO HAVE COMPLAINT AGAINST NAAPTOL.COM, THEY ARE CHEATING PEOPLE BY DISPLAYING THE ITEMS WHICH ARE NOT AVAILABLE, THEY MADE PEOPLE TO GET INSULTED, AND MADE US TO PAY MONEY IN FORM OF CALLING (MOBILE CALLING CHARGES) THEM FOR NOTHING.. AS I AM TELLING YOU THAT I HAVE ORDERED BLACK BERRY 9530 WITH 3G MOBILE NOT ONLY ONCE BUT TWICE AND BOTH THE TIMES THEY REJECTED MY ORDER BECAUSE OF AN EXCUSE THAT THEY DONT HAVE COURIER SERVICE HERE.. THEY MAKE ME WAIT FOR MORE THAN 20 DAYS FOR BOTH THE ORDERS BUT NOTHING HAPPENED..

                        Dear NAAPTOL,

                        I ordered two products (Order No – 1507453 & 1524396) and my experience is really horrible.
                        For first product 1507453 each & every piece of the product was faulty. When I tried to sent it back through
                        courier Naaptol customer care shown extreme unprofessionalism. I was requested to drop the back to Blue dart office and no mail
                        was sent to Blue dart for which the courier personnel refused to receive the parcel. I was not even the receiver address properly
                        (even the courier office address was incomplete). After visiting thrice to blue dart office I was finally able to drop it. Still the fresh parcel
                        Is not delivered to me.
                        Second product[protected] was ordered on 21/03/2011 and still it is not delivered. Each & every time I call at customer care
                        they ask for waiting “a few” days and till now am waiting. Even I have mailed several times at '[protected]@naaptol.com'. Surprisingly
                        not even a single regret mail has come from NAAPTOL.

                        I mailed/called your customer care ([protected]) several times to get the problem resolved, still I have observed nothing positive. Therefore I am being

                        I made further contact at helpline no [protected] but I was asked to call at [protected]. NAAPTOL representative Chandni received the call and gave me awb no [protected] and asked me to contact Aramex. I called at Aramex no and I was informed that no information is available with Aramex with this shipment no. I tried to contact NAAPTOL but NAAPTOL representative did not give any reply. He said that Chandni would call me back 10 minutes later and take care of the order. Still I have not received any call from your part. It has become a nice blame game (Aramex & Naaptol both are shifting responsibility to others) I have called so many times and I am fed up now.
                        After I lodged acomplain through to http://www.consumercomplaints.in/complaints/ I got phone call from NAAPTOL and their representative Chandni confessed that the order[protected] was lost by courier personnel. So she assured to refund the paid amount and it was returned to my account on 11/4/2011.
                        Still another order[protected] is not delivered to me. That order was placed on 17/4/2011 and paid on the same date. It is almost 1 month passed. Still the matter is not settled.

                        I purchased product combo Car Stereo with FM MP3 USB SD CARD SUPPORTetc, Branded Pen Drive, Reebok Watch on 7.7.11.The Reebok watch is a cheap Counterfeit Chaina product.Beacause of this I have not yet fitted the Car Srereo. Iam demanding immediate replacement of the REEBOK WATCH.

                          I made a purchase of blackberry 9530 on 10th march & i received my delivered on 17th march, and when I opened the parcel it was not new one. It had lot of scratches on the screen, keypad, top of the mobile and lot of finger prints. Before placing the order I confirmed with Naaptol Customer care that it was a brand new BlackBerry As soon as I received the order, I informed Customer care about my problem. Till now i have not received any respond from the seller SRP ENTERPRISES PVT LTD or Naaptol, iam very unhappy about the service.The product has been sent back on 28/03/2010 through Blazeflash Courier Ltd.
                          From the day one that is 17th march i asked them to replace my mobile or to refund the amount each time when i call customer service number they will tell i will get a callback within 48 hours after 48hours if we call they tell the same in 48 hours i will get a callback total they have said me like this for 6 times till now i have not got any callback till my issue is not sought out i have sent more then 7 mails and i have called these people more then 20 times as i dint get any proper commitment now i said i dont want their product anymore & to refund my money buy they are not giving any conformation through mail or not committing anything .

                            I ordered a Balckberry Storm 9530, 3G from Naaptol.com
                            Instead of advertised GSM, i recd a Verizon cdma set which was locked.
                            I would have made atleast 100 calls to the web site after whihc I was given the vendors number. After calling up the numbers for a week, someone asked me to send a mail comaplining about the same. Three mails later, I am yet to hear from them.
                            Thsi whole experience has made me skeptical of online shopping. Naaptol.com should be taken to court for gross irresponsibilty and callous attitude.

                            advise me how to seek legal help.

                              I have recently ordered 'Insect Killer Cum LED Night Lamp ' from Naaptol.com(Details below). One of the product(out of two is not
                              working [ The lamp is not coming on].).I called up support and they claimed that these are indian manufactured product ( as mentioned in the adv)
                              but I have received substandard chinese products [manufactued in China].

                              I called customer service and they told that me that for replacement, I will have to bear the courier cost for sending the return product
                              (for no fault of mine). Why should I pay for somebody's else fault of sending substandard chinese products (against mentioned in the adv that
                              they will be shipped from manufacturer factory in India).
                              Please help to either get this repaired or replaced at the earliest.

                                I bought this mobile from Naaptol as per the details exhibited on their website (http://www.naaptol.com/price/20002-BlackBerry-8830-Mobile-with-GPS.html). It was supposed to be a brand new Blackberry device which could be used on any network. There was clearly no mention that the device may be locked, refurbished or not usable on any network. I was unable to use the Blackberry services on the shipped piece on Vodafone GSM network. My company’s technical team and Vodafone executive confirmed that the Blackberry 8830 handset purchased by me from Naaptol was locked for use with a foreign service provider and could not be used on their network. I was now stuck with a useless device. Naaptol Team had not helped me at all when I requested them to organize a reverse pickup and either refund my money or deliver a new, unlocked Blackberry deice in lieu of this one. Instead, I was asked to approach their supplier, who was not the original party I dealt with, or paid to. Later, I was asked to send back the phone to the supplier on 12th April, and I did so at my own cost. The product was received on 13th April by the supplier but till date I have not heard from the supplier or Naaptol. I have written numerous mails to Naaptol's team including the CEO. Naaptol is basically not acting in an ethical, consumer friendly or responsible manner.

                                    on 11th march i ordered a blackberry storm 3g from naaptol.com, but when i recieved my phone, i found it to be a used phone, later on i loged a complaint , but no one is helping me out.
                                    This is a fraud site, they are just fooling innocent people in India. STRICT ACTION MUST BE TAKEN AGAINST THIS
