I ORDER ULTRO SIML BODY SHAPING GARMENT OF XXL SIZE AT MY OFFICE POSTAL ADDRESS. AND THEY DELIVER THE SAME OF XL SIZE, WHICH IS USELESS FOR ME. I WAS ON LEAVE FOR 5 DAYS. SO I COMPLIMENT THEM AFTER THAT AND THEY ARE NOT READY TO CHANGE THE SIZE . THE PRODUCT IS NOT USE BY ME. AND IT CANT USE FOR ME. KINDLY LOOK INTO THIS MATTER.

    I had booked my product on 7-Dec-2010 for blackberry Sprint 8830 the payment was confirmed on 9-Dec-2010 for the amount of 6100
    Have been following daily with your customer care about the status of delivery,the only response i get from them the product is dispatched and you will the product shortly

    On 21 Dec i spoke to some supervisor of yours he said due to some technical issue in a software the product can not be delivered and will refund my amount and when asked when he said i have no idea

    If you are supervisor is that bad i can understand how associates can be

    Today when i called to check the status in your customer care, the replied i got from the associates was you will the get the product shortly when i told him as per my call on dec 21 the product is faulty and you will refund my money, the associates he has no info on the same, however if i want to cancel the product refund would take 10-15 days and he cancel the product

    Please help me to get my product or refund my money

      I Brought Fun with Kids pack toys package just before Xmas with order ID 1130351 but it is totally rubbish, not as per what was told to me when buying and very highly priced - I brought this for my kids Xmas gift.

      He is totally disappointed with what they have sent. None of the toys are functioning as per generally how it is expected to function.

      While booking the order I was told by them that quality is excellent and it is branded company products - also there will be a service center in Rajkot which would look after any complaint from me. But After calling their customer service they told that there is no service centre in Rajkot.

      The quality of product is very very very poor - it appears road side stalls are selling better quality than this !!

      More over I have contacted around 10 local toy store and all of them are selling this entire toys for nearly just 650 Rs - they have charged 2250 to us and gave us very poor cheap quality toys.

      I contacted there customer care and they said they can not help and are very very rude - they asked me to do whatever I can - including a FIR or Police complaint they do not care.

      I am feeling to complain in Consumer court and also file an FIR for cheating like this..

      Also my son is preparing an article to give in New Paper so that others can be saved from such cheap looting...I must say I had very high expectation from their service but I am disappointed.

      We need refund as soon as possible !!

      I hope you would do needful if you really really care for your customers.

        I have placed an indent for supply of Spy camera pen from NAPTAL through hone no.[protected] and I have received it in order no.650281on[protected]. It is found it is not in working condition I have returned the product on[protected], mentioned the reason that the " product is not in working condition and not up to the mark as per the advertisement in news paper."The company esquired about my personal account detailes and address etc and informed that the money will be returned with in a weak.Even after a lapse of 3 months of it happed I did not received any money.Regulary I am calling NAPTAL in phone no.[protected] for my money.Every time the company is telling that your money will be returned with in a weak.
        Hence I request you to kindly take necessary action send my money back with the calling charges and damage I bare since 4 months.

          i have booked my order with naaptol.com spy pen 16 gb mp3 combo on 3rd december 2010. product not yet delivered. while enquiring with naaptol customer services, they keep saying that we will despatch your order in few days. but unable to define few days. since three weeks from my date of order, status is shown cargo is ready but unable to understand why it has not been dispatch yet. so my first experience with naptol.com is very bad.

            i had order same product at 22.11.2010 by online card payment order no. 1013646 via challan no. 6050520 Vendor M/s Aditya Infoteck Haridas Market, Bank Street, Koti, Hyderabad-500095.

            after 10 days i got product but pen was not open,

            the button is not working,

            its not working, same i called customer care, the same process taken by me,

            after approx 15 days at 18.12.10 i got product again, but product is not working still and used pen becoz i found 2 videos in it

            i called customer care, again they advice to send it back for replacement

            and my surprise gift is surprise for me still.....................

              I am shrikant patil.Actually i am order Car dent remover,scrach pen,vaccume cleaner from naptol.But after booking i got the sms from compony u had order Car multimedia player,scrach remover pen,or pen drive..After got such SMS i m call back to customer support.Then they said me ok we will chang the order..But when i recive the parsal it contain wrong order...
              Then i will call cust sopport and they said me u dont open and when correct order is comming then u send both to return ..and we send u Corrent order but after one weak nothing be second order came.Then i will again call then executive said u r complaint no is 382685 ..We will contact to late her..But there is nothing be called form naptol..Toomarow i am called then executive said Sorry we will not do something for it ..

              Its really wrong sir.And old parsal is not in my name it is an Patil Shrikant siyaram..So its wrong person I am Patil Shrikant Punjaram..

                Thinking to purchase any item from NAAPTOL by their attractive advertisements in Newspapers . NEVER THINK AGAIN . they are highly shameless people . The FRAUDERS. They will never reply you or will never solve your problem. It seems that they want to collect the money only and further shut down their shop . BE CAREFUL from them & make your friends careful from THEM..
                Dear Sir,

                With the reference of Advertisement in news paper Times of India I requested a car stereo system from naaptol on 3 February 2011 and the faulty product is delivered to me.
                I returned the same product via. blue dart on 12 of February 2011. As per blue dart product is received at naaptol on 14 of February.

                The actual cost mentioned in times of india for the carstereo is Rs. 12999 and discounted price is Rs. 2249 . The product i received is having worse quality and faulty. I estimated its cost in local market within same cost local car stereo distributors was ready to provide even better product. I dont know why Times of India such a great news paper is supporting Naaptol for selling worse quality product with respect to cheap price.

                The conclusion is till today I did not received my product ( Car stereo system).

                I am really feeling shameful within myself for purchasing products from naaptol, Its my humble request to you kindly provide me the product or return my money back to me. I will provide you my account numbers.

                Please do the needful and resolve this problem soon.

                  I have purchased a Naaptol product with order number 1119927, and have received a faulty and used piece.
                  The product was 16gb spy pen drive camera which was used earlier as there were some old videos in it.
                  Also the product was not in good condition and had scratches on it.
                  When i contacted naaptol, they adviced me to send back the device and would replace the product however on the consumer complaints I am looking at other customers who have experienced a similar product and have not received any replaced goods.
                  I want to keep this piece with me and would show it as an evidence that this was a cheating case.

                  I have attached photo, you can check the image and the cd which has all scratches, also another image from the system screen shot of the pen drive having older video which was shot from this device.

                  naaptol spy pen — Spy-pen

                  As I had purchase Spy -pen from Napptol Dt;1/1/2010 order no.125383 but pen was not working and I complain about product, Napptol requested to return pen and said they will provide new one , and as per discussion I had return the faulty spy pen Dt;24/2/2010 by courier Rec No.[protected]
                  But very sorry to say till today DT:15/4/2010 I had not received my pen
                  sir i'm himanshu suri from mehrampur (nawanshahr) i had recived spy pen o[censored]r company yesterday(8-9-10) i noticed that is broken from its back side where the switch of camera when i opened the envelop product no. 717236
                  I have placed an order for spy pen hopping that it works normal because it is covered by a 6 month guarantee. After reading this complaint I am getting doubt that how far they stick to their promise. Please advise me whether to take the delivery by payment or to reject the item which I may get through carrier with in a few days.

                  16 GB Spy Pen from Naaptol — Pen is not working

                  I purchased 16 GB spy pen from Naaptol. The pen is not working at all. On my complaint, Naaptol replaced the pen with new one but the results are same.

                  My suggestion to all is not buy these type of pens as all the sellers are cheating to consumers.

                    Dear Sir,

                    I have received the item as per my order referred above on 20/12/10.

                    Upon checking the item I found that the camera is recording upside down and the voice is not clear . So It needs to be replaced immediately.

                    Pl also note that there was no CD/Catalog for the item and neither there were any operation instructions.

                    As per the instructions received from the customer care office, I am sending this item to your address for your doing the needful n to replace it immediately with a correct product and dispatch it along with warrantee card/CD/User Manuel..

                    spypen — defective piece

                    Pleasure refer my order ava[protected] date - 27/7/09 invoice no x047 of ava merchandising solutiom pvt.ltd delhi. The order spy pen received by me is defective & inspict of several telephonic complains msg ava merchandising solution pvt.ltd is not replacing the defective spy pen set which is clearly cheating.
                    plz take notice that if the pen not replace with in seven days. There will be no alternative for me to take the help of loaw & I will file a case in consumer court. this is for your information.

                    16 gb spy pen — defective piece not replaced

                    Sir,
                    I had ordered a 16 GB Spy pen camera from NAAPTOL. The product was delivered on "cash on delivery" terms. I was supposed to pay before opening the consignment thus giving me no chance to verify the product. The product was found defective. I called up NAAPTOL and they SMSed me the address to courier back and the courier agency who would carry it without charging me. The said courier agency didnot recveive without charges. I called up NAAPTOL, they confirmed me & told to visit after 24 hours. This happened 3 times over a period of 7 days and then I had to courier it back at my cost. Its 10 days by now and there are no information of the same. They have no idea when called up on their provided nos. All mails are remaining uresponded.

                      I have purchased a black cherry mobile model no. BL9000 from “Naaptol.com”, vide Order no 643122 dt.8/8/10 and received the said product, But on receipt of the same, I found some default in software of the mobile so I sent back the mobile for replacement on dt.30/8/10 but till date I have not received back the mobile yet. In spite of my repetitive follow up proper action has not been taken by them. Their contact No. is [protected].

                      So I request you to take appropriate action against the said organization and make him learn a lesson on such a irresponsible act.

                      Facing the very same issue...I think all such consumers need to come together and organize legal action against this unethical company.

                      Naaptol Order No:1245305, Order Date: January 13, 2011; Payment Mode: Credit Cardp; Product Price: Rs.5999; Shipping Price: Rs.200; Order Amount:Rs.6199.00; Product:BlackBerry 8830 Mobile with GPS; Product Category: Mobile PDA and Smartphones

                      I bought this mobile from Naaptol as per the details exhibited on their website (http://www.naaptol.com/price/20002-BlackBerry-8830-Mobile-with-GPS.html). It was supposed to be a brand new Blackberry device which could be used on any network. There was clearly no mention that the device may be locked, refurbished or not usable on any network. I was unable to use the Blackberry services on the shipped piece on Vodafone GSM network. My company’s technical team and Vodafone executive confirmed that the Blackberry 8830 handset purchased by me from Naaptol was locked for use with a foreign service provider and could not be used on their network. I was now stuck with a useless device. Naaptol Team had not helped me at all when I requested them to organize a reverse pickup and either refund my money or deliver a new, unlocked Blackberry deice in lieu of this one. Instead, I was asked to approach their supplier, who was not the original party I dealt with, or paid to. Later, I was asked to send back the phone to the supplier on 12th April, and I did so at my own cost. The product was received on 13th April by the supplier but till date I have not heard from the supplier or Naaptol. I have written numerous mails to Naaptol's team including the CEO. Naaptol is basically not acting in an ethical, consumer friendly or responsible manner.

                        COMPLAINT REGARDING THE PRODUCT

                        1. We had purchased the SPY PEN 16 GB worth Rs 1749.00 on 15/10/2010 from your company.
                        2. Order No.879954
                        3. We had received the product on 2/11/2010
                        4. The piece was defective and i.e. why we asked you for the replacement of product on 2/11/2010.As guided by you we returned the product on the same date.
                        5. You gave us a conformation of receiving the defective product on 4/11/2010.
                        6. Since then we have inquired many times regarding the details of the product but no such progress has been seen with respect to the Spy pen.Kindly refund the money if you are not responding to the given correspondence.
                        7.This is a reminder to you that I have waited for a long enough and now I'll be taking strict legal action with the respective matter in the Consumer Forum.
                        8.It is a kind request to you to revere back to my complain as soon as possible else you shall be receiving the court orders.

                          I have ordered a cell phone from naaptol.com my order number is 805885.And i received the cell phone was not working so i sent it back to naaptol.com and after calling so many times in naaptol.com i finally received the cell phone after a month that in october and that too again the screen of the mobile was damaged.And i requested for refund on the date 1.11.2010 and the this december and i still dont have any response and i have not received any refund till date.And when ever we call naaptol.com for the compailent the just gives us 7 days time and then do not answer our phone later.Or keep it to hold. MRS. ROSHNI AND MR AJAY mostly answers my call in compailent department i think.The phone costed 4000/- RS

                            I bought a mini silai machine by paying 1699 in naaptol.com by using my credit card. At the time of booking they said tht i will get a thread set and a gift worth 1000/- along with that. But i have not got any thing except that silai machine which is not working properly. When i called customer care number they said i will get it but they are not sure of the date. This is just ridiculous. Dont ever buy any products from naaptol.com it is just a fake company and the customer care executives are just useless.

                            I'm too late to read all these comments.I also got cheated by naaptol mini sewing machine.my order no. 25467814, they just sent me a dummy of that machine n when i called customer care they said to return that.it's more than a month now they r still saying that they didn't get returned product.I enquired at post office, they gave me the acknowledgement form that naaptol has received the product. These people are playing now by saying that they didn't get returned sewing machine.
                            I think complaint must be filed not only against naaptol also those channels who r promoting these frauds.

                              I call again to customer care after 20 days they told me that ur product repaired and ready for dispatch and u will get it with in 7 days.
                              After 15 days I again call to customer , they told me that u will get ur mobile with in 7 days.
                              But sir I will not received it. I will again & again call to customer care exe. again & again same answer
                              Till date Napptol not return my mobile phone.

                                Hi, I have booked a Moile phone "Blackcherry BL8000 with stylish watch Mobile" online at "Naaptol.com" vide order # "852650 dtd 7/10/2010". But I have recieved a Damaged product and the same has been returned Immediatly on 19.10.2010. Till now I have not received the replacement nor any update/response from Naaptol. Please help me to get the replacemnet or refund ASAP would be greatly appreciated.

                                  My name is Sachin Nagi from New Delhi Order No. 942557 , I have booked oner order (Vox DV 111 5MP Digital Video Camcorder and Vox 307 Qwerty Mobile Combo) on 1.11.2010 to Naaptol through phone and paid immediately through credit card for rs. 4298/- (Rs.3999/- for product and Rs.299/- for shipping charges).
                                  I have received one packet from Naaptol on 18.11.2010 which includes Vox DV 111 5MP Digital Video Camcorder only, I have complainted immediately to customer care they told me that Vox 307 Qwerty Moblie is out of stock that's why they dont send this item, they also told me that i wait next 7 to 10 days.
                                  On 27.11.2010 the customer care executive told me that the item is available and the will send the item soon but i have not received my balance item till now.
                                  i have not received my surprise gift till now.(offer by the company elegible for payment through credit card).

                                  Naaptol Online Shopping — deficiency of service

                                  sir/ madam
                                  i booked a product with naaptol online shoping Pvt Ltd, Bldg NO. 02 Sec. 01 millinium business park, Mahape Navi mumbai 400710, vide order no. 679455 dated 21/08/2010. at the time of booking they assured me that they send product with in 7 days. despite received payment. i call daily but they are failed to stisfeid me way my product could not send laps of 12 days. i spend 700/= Rs. for calling to them about my product. i also fax to them my ID and bank statement and by mail. evryday company representative gime a time and assurance but not tell me when and wich time they send my product. i pray before them with folded hand that send me my product becouse i have to go GOA therefore i booked that product but they failed to send my product till date. they cheat me and they / compny commits criminal breach of trust with me for own got gain and gain full loss to me. pl. take action against company as per law

                                      I have ordered one Spice mobile model no. QT 44 for gifting it to my family member to Naaptol looking to trust and the specification given by them in their site. But the handset sent to me does not have the functions Blue tooth as per the specification. I have ordered the mobile looking to availability of BLUETOOTH only. I have informed to them about this as soon as i checked after receiving the set from courier.

                                      Regarding this first i had talk with Mr. Sagar and also send complaint in customer support and feedback in NAAPTOL website, he said he will let me know after checking it in site, but until 2 days i had not received any reply from him. Then i wrote a mail to CEO , Naaptol regarding this , and received a phone call from Mr.Ronak and was given assurance to sort out the matter, but till today i have not received any call and the matter is still pending.

                                      I pls. request you to take some serious actions and sort out my problem which i am facing as my money is also blocked and had being insulted in front of family for not giving the gift as desired and required by them.

                                      Kindly look into the matter and if required then i have complete correspondences copy along with the Specifications of Spice QT 44 which was available at the time I pleased the order.

                                      Dear Sir,

                                      With the reference of Advertisement in news paper Times of India I requested a car stereo system from naaptol on 3 February 2011 and the faulty product is delivered to me.
                                      I returned the same product via. blue dart on 12 of February 2011. As per blue dart product is received at naaptol on 14 of February.

                                      The actual cost mentioned in times of india for the carstereo is Rs. 12999 and discounted price is Rs. 2249 . The product i received is having worse quality and faulty. I estimated its cost in local market within same cost local car stereo distributors was ready to provide even better product. I dont know why Times of India such a great news paper is supporting Naaptol for selling worse quality product with respect to cheap price.

                                      The conclusion is till today I did not received my product ( Car stereo system).

                                      I am really feeling shameful within myself for purchasing products from naaptol, Its my humble request to you kindly provide me the product or return my money back to me. I will provide you my account numbers.

                                      Please do the needful and resolve this problem soon.
