I purchased one 5 litre copper water bottle with two glasses and one 300 ml free copper water bottle
but the company supplied smaller size glasses of 150 ml and one small glass with plastic lid as free water bottle. the capacity of this water bottle is 175 ml while shown on tv is 300 ml and design also is like glass
the customer care says the warranty is 48 hours the time is over
i requested to change these small bottle...

I have received poor quality megnetic blutooth and for it when I ask for its refund they told that amount will not refund your voucher will be prepared and can be adjusted in another product, now they are not taking order for new items, really it's a hrassament by naaptol and very poor quality of products I recd two products and both quality is so poor to accept

As the quality of the masks is really very bad, I called up their call centre for refund but they quickly told me that they don't have any option for return. They issued a shopping voucher of half of the amount which is actually useless for me. The masks are also not worth wearing at all due to...

Wrong item send twice, now not registering my complaint. We can't do anything now, they are saying and disconnect the call....

I have ordered a set of N 95 masks (pack of 10) which contain various colors in the advertisement but the said colors aren't been delivered. All masks received are in Black and Grey.
