Dear Concern,

Futher to the huge paper adds in Andhra Pradesh daliy circulers, i have ordered on TCL 12mp Digital camera through the mentioned portal i'e Naaptol.com by using my credit card @ Rs.4100. After 10 days i have received a product from them which is not at all good product what they are promoting in their portal. Product received on 23-Sep-2010 and i have opened the product and check the roduct quality. they are promoting the product as 12x mega pixal camera but it is not even VGA camera which we will use in camera phones.

I have sent back that courier 25 Sep itself and they have received on 26 Sep itself. they said they will refund my amount with in 15 days. its been near to 60 days they are not even responding roperly to my queries. whenever i will call for the same they are avoiding by giving stpid answer wait for another week.

Kindly need your support to sue those kind of companies .

NAAPTOL — Not received refund

hi all
we have ordered for apple i phone via naptol.com ( add available daily in mumbai mirror ). we got our order but the product was damaged and not as described in advertisement . hence we have refunded the same and still awaiting money for that. after followed up for 20 odd days we rec'd cheque and the courier
boy delivered that cheque in some other location hence we call up their call center for another cheque which they have refused to issue again. Pl help as still awaiting money . website name is naaptol.com and numbers are [protected] [protected]
i alrady booking one swing machine (7 month before) it came courier post office i paid money moneyorder.at same time i open the box broken the macine i saw/ at the same time return the office . i complaint so many times 200 rs waste for phone charges they r not response my call i have proo[censored] r received copy (return courier) i am not getting machine . j.vijay - gudiyattam my no [protected] otherwise i will go consumercourt i want settlement

      i ordered a mobile on 29th of september 2010 on naaptol website having model samsung champ. amount i paid 3650/- by net banking. my order no is 820677.

      i recieved my order on 5th sept 2010 and when i open the box i amazed that the mobile phone having no camera as in the specifications written in the website that the mobile phone is having 1.3 mega pixel camera. i reported this thing to naaptol on same day by e-mail. next day i got a call from them they said we dilivered wrong product to you. send this back to us and we will send the right product to u with in 4-5 days.

      i send that product to address STORE 24x7 , SAMEJA NIWAS, BEHIND RAMDEV TEMPLE, HINDU CHIMPO KA MOHALLA, G.S. ROAD , BIKANER, RAJASTHAN, INDIA - 334001. there is mr. firoz who is actually a vendor of naaptol. his number is [protected]. he contacted me and said that you open the mobile box so we cant able to replace this. now tell me without opening the box how come i know that what is in the box.


      anyways i send this product by first flight with the vendor phone number mentionend in the address. it costs me Rs. 60/-. he refused to take the product and product came back to me on 15th of sep 2010.


      now again i intimate this thing to naaptol. they said now again send the product from blue dart and it costs me Rs. 200/- . i send it on[protected]. they attempted 2 times to deliver the product but mr. firoz again refused. i get the same product back without any change.



      i contacted for this to naaptol on 28th of sep that again he refused to take the delivery. now they said that ur complaint is registered and now their admin level staff contact me soon but till now i didnt get any call or email from naaptol. till today 23rd of nov 2010 i didnt recieve any call from their side.


      sir nw i am very much frustrated from naaptol and store 24.

      they are fraud and making fool o[censored]s.

      i want my money back. please solve my problem.

        I saw a paper ad in Times of India during end of October displaying an @pad notebook. I ordered for the product and paid Rs.10199/- through credit card 30th October 2010. Later I was told to scan the card and send the copy. I sent the same too. I received an sms from Naaptol confirming on the dispatch of the product and will be at my doorstep within 5 days.

        Now till date I have no response from Naaptol.com. I have been constantly calling Naaptol.com and the shipper Aramex.com. Both of these companies are highly unprofessional and there is nothing I expect from these guys further. No one is interested to give a return call with the status of the shipment.

        On every call they give me a 1 week wait period and now today I called for a committed status or opt for a refund. And to my surprise the refund is a procedure of 15 days. These guys are just holding money and earning interest on it. Thats why they urge to buy through a credit card and also offers you a free gift if you go for it.

        I warn everyone to always opt for doorstep delivery with these guys if at all you really want to buy anything. In my case I am just looking at a solution to this deal.
        I had ordered for a SanDisk Cruzer Blade 8GB PenDrive on 21 st of June, 2011 from Naaptol and my order no is: 1948568. Naaptol confirmed that they have received the payment for the pendrive worth Rs. 479.00 on 22nd June, 2011. I kept a watch on my order status and it never changed from "order shipped" to any other status. I never received the pen drive till date. I made several phone calls to their customer care service and received a hopeless service from everyone there. I gave written feedback still no go. I wrote to the CEO which is an option on their website still no go. I am left helpless. Openly these people are looting customers. I request you to look into this matter and provide me justice that I deserve. How is reputed newspaper like Times of India giving such big advertisements of Naaptol products? Why is law of India not taking any action against them and letting them carry out their business.

          I Bought Blackcherry Mobile BL 8000 .Before ordering the mobile they said netconnection is available.But net is not getting connected at all.Moreover free gift watch is not worth at all.it's old fashion and not working properly.

            hello sir, i am Sanjay Kulkarni from Pune (Maharashtra).i purchased a 16 gb spy pen camera drive from naptol.com. my order no was:-748573 for this product in naptol .com.but when i received the product it was faulty piece by default.so i call to naptol.com's customer care.:-[protected].& take address where to send the product.so after that i send the product to the vendor which is based on Hyderabad. i sent the product from blue dart couriers service the awb no of couriers is:- [protected] dated 01.10.2010

            I call may be more then 10 times to the customer care of the naptol.com in above mention no.always customer care executive said that we will try our best to as soon as possible u will get your product just wait 7 to 10 days.
            the some name of that customer care executive are :-miss Reshma, Mr Rajesh,miss Bhagyashree , Mr.Sayyad and lot more.i already called 2-3 times just in one day same answer they gave me.

            So i want that they send the product as soon as possible fast & i want my money also back. due to the suffer from last 1 and 1/2 month. The product cost is :- rs 1599 & shipping cost 150 so total 1750/- i paid. so please sir help me to release my product and my money also. so they realize that the customer's satisfaction is main in online shoppe. but the naptol.com haven't address because it is online shoppe.so the officer said that first u concern the company by mail n send the mail & take that copy with u.so we can proceed for further but now i want my money also back & i want product also
            because i suffer lot & more then Rs.300.00 i spent for talking with naptol.com's customer care.so i hope u help me but please sir i hope i got the product right time free of cost.if you want my help for this case

              Respected Sir,
              I am Sajeesh K a serving soldier now posted at Delhi. On 14 Oct 2010 I have booked Wespro Q 5000 smart QWERTY dual SIM mobile and Wespro DV 138 3.1 Mega Pixel digital camcoder through Naptol. The order number is 878085. On 27 Oct 2010 a parcel was reached at my post office (Pinarayi, Dist Kannur, State Kerala). My brother paid a sum of Rs 4199/- and receive the parcel. After opened the parel it was found that the box is empty. Soon my brother informed to me that the box is empty. At that time I contact with the Naptol agents through telephone. They said to me that to launch a complaint against it. I launched a complaint at Naptol and the complaint number is 332326.
              After repeated reminders through telephone there was no action has been taken from the company. At last they said to me that to send back the empty box to Wespro Co-Op. As per their instructions I send back the empty box to Wespro Co-Op Mumbai through professional courier. But they did not accept the courier and send it back. Now they can’t take any action on the above subject and I loss my money which was I get during my 24hrs tough duty.

              In view of the above you are requested to take a strict action against the company. I have already spends lots of money to getting the product. But it take my valuable time and money.                 Dear sir,
                The order no.900867 was cancelled and replaced by order no.900948 for car multimedia player as the speakers were smaller in size.
                This was done minutes after the first order was placed and after confirmation that the previous order stood cancelled. The product against second order was delivered on 27.,10.10. Now today the parcel against cancelled order has also been delivered and accepted by my daughter against payment of Rs.2299/-.

                The co is refusing to listen to me and telling that we donot have the policy to receive back the sealed parcel once it is delivered.

                  Dear Sir,
                  I have big complain to Naaptol and the company (NAAPTOL), my problem is that I purchased a cell phone (Boss e phone 3300) on 06/07/2010 and I received a different model (Boss e phone 3300+) which has no facilities as I want.
                  Boss e phone 3300 is proper for me and because of that I ordered it but by the big mistake of your company I received other model which is not my order.
                  Boss e phone 3300 has good facilities like 1.3 Megapixels camera(Camera result is very very bad), Contact groups, and other much, besides that Boss e phone 3300+ which I received has no facilities like all this.
                  One more thing when I received my order, already it touch screen was not worked, I posted back to Naaptol and I was received it after 9 days. It was very big mistake from Naaptol. After I received my order back after 9 to 10 days once again I received other Model which I never ordered.
                  I have knew all about it after reading booklet in the mobile box and searching on internet and when I called to Naaptol chargeable customer care, its executive replied very rudely and no good reply.
                  So after all that all mistake done by Naaptol and it became me foolish,Naaptol is cheater company. I want my original order which I ordered Boss e phone 3300. Boss e phone 3300+ is very cheap(Rs.2500) and I paid Rs.4200 for Boss e phone 3300 and its charger and the keys to write messages are not working. Please suggest me for my problem, I am waiting for your reply.

                    I have ordered car multimedia player on Naaptol overphone on 08.09.10. The order no. is 741378. I have made the payment Rs. 1699 incuding courier charges through credit card.

                    On 13.09.10, I received sms and phone call that my order ( car multomedia player ) has been shipped by M/S Armax courier to my home town Lucknow vide air way bill no. [protected] and the same will be delivered with 2/3 days.

                    Till date I have not received the car multimedia player. Inspte of regular phone call anf follow up I have not received the product. I have Naaptol to cancel my order that also Naaptol.com.

                    Please help me in this regard.

                      Please refer the mail below. This is to inform you that we have placed an order with Naaptol Online Shopping Pvt.Ltd.(herein thereafter referred to as 'Naaptol'or 'The Company')) based on the advertisement given by the company in the newspaper 'The Times Of India - New Delhi' Saturday, 16/10/2010 on page no.28 for WESPRO Mini Laptop with WIFI Connectivity (warranty 1 year). Based on the advertisement I had placed an order with the company through a purchase order No.886904 dated 16/10/2010 at 18.10 pm for buying a Mini Laptop of Wespro.

                      But this is to inform you that the product delivered to us is of SIGMA with a warranty of six months. We have a persistent discussion with their executives but no satisfactory response has been received from their side.

                      Further, this is to inform you that we have already invested much time in communicating with your executives but all went in vain.

                        I Prabhu Singh Rathod ordered a TCL DV 552 12MP Digital Camcorder vide order No. 678481 dated 20.08.2010 and get delievered a defective piece on 25.08.2010 after paying a sum of Rs. 4199.00 only. I talked to NAPTOL and returned that defective piece to SRP Enterprises Pvt. Ltd., 12/A Gazdar House, 629/A 1st Floor J Shanker Road, Kalbadevi, Mumbai-400002 on 4.10.2010 as per advise. After this I called several times to NAPTOL on [protected] but every time callcenter person told me that your camcorder is being send and will reach to you within three four days. But it is a matter of great regret that I get nothing. Now as more than one month has been wasted by NAPTOL, I not need such deels if they send another defective piece it will take six months to replace it and all guarantee liabilities seiges. Now I want only my hard earned MONEY back. Please do needful.

                        The dv552 is lke china phone camera pickcells? nd the cam recording was not nice to record any Seana nd the brigth ness is very low so wat shoukd we do after buying? and the lens is like 1.3mp its is not like 12mp? ...?
                        Im sure i wont purchase one now!
                        guys. i too faced the same problem.. i recently ordered the same camera from naaptol. first of all i had a terrible experience while getting my order on time. i got it after 25 days that too after repeated callings to the customer care. atlast when i got the product, i was really shocked to see the picture quality the camera gave. Its is surely not at all a 12Mp. It is even worse than a china made VGA camera. I sincerely feel i have been ditched by naaptol. they are luring people by these low standard products.
                        Please tell me how to get my money refunded. I feel i should have donated this money to some charitable trust instead of buying this piece of plastic.

                        I purchased a Blackberry Storm ( Order No 1332110) Feb 2011, paying Rupees 12, 190/- after seeing an Ad in Times of India, to present it to my wife. To my horror, I received a defective Blackberry Storm Handheld. Later when I called the Complaints Division of Naaptol, they asked me to send it back by BlueDart. When I went to BlueDart office in Mission Road, they say that they receive minimum of 3-4 products of Naptol everyday. So they hesitated to take this product to return it to the Address Naaptol had asked me to return SRP Enterprises Pvt. Ltd., 12/A Gazdar House, 629/A 1st Floor J Shanker Road, Kalbadevi, Mumbai-400002. Bluedart Doc No - [protected] on 14th Feb. Incidentally the day I was supposed to present it to my wife. Today it is 1st March and I have not received any positive reply from both Naaptol or from SRP Enterprise. I am sure, like many who have complained, my money too gas gone in deep drains. This is the state of our Leading National News Paper carrying these Fraudulent Advertisements which are there to only cheat people in India.
                        hehehe..me to having d same problem with this .really naaptol is just a cheating site.its not a real TCL brand.just making us fools.

                          This is to complain that I purchased a video camera from NAAPTOL the quality out put was very poor and the camera was so poor . I returned the same with in two days from the same to the address told by the company executive and same reached them on 01.09.10 , I gave request for refund and I was promised to receive money with in a week but even after number of reminders no money is refunded .I wan to make complain and endorse a case against the firm as being cheated

                            I have purchased car Stereo with USB player from NAAP TOL ONLINE SHOPPING as published in Dainik Jagaran & Hindustan by Placing Order , the order No. 321625. After receiving the product within 15 days it failed . The same was returned to the address given bu NAAP TOL ONLINE SHOPPING to Haeidas Market Hyderabad by courier BLUE DART . Airways Bill No [protected] dated 15.06.10. Blue Dart has delivered to address and also given email for the receipt, the same was forwarded to NAAP TOL. After calling 4 times to customer service and sending two mails , till date the product is not returned after repair / replacement.
                            NAAP TOL Online shopping is now intensly not returning which was failed in warranty period of six months.

                                i send this mail 2nd time . as a orderd a kids laptop from the Naptol. The Mrp Tag on the product is 321Rs and another walki talky with Mrp tag 122. and a small watch of rates 20. Total cost of all product is Not more the 500rs. and Naaptol sell me this chep product in 1700 rs . i daily concernd with Naaptol customere care but they do not able to help me . and they will do not able to give any solution regarding my problem. so i request u to plz do the needfull from ur side.i have aal profs regarding my problem.

                                  I have made online order No.760891 Dt.14.09.2010 with NAAPTOL for spy pen 16GB. The vendor is M/s Aditya Infoteck Haridas Market, Bank Street, Koti, Hyderabad-500095. Challan No. 4555501.Courier Co.handed over the delivery of goods after taken the Rs.1750/- on 24.09.2010. I Checked the spy pen, and found that it was not working. I immidiate called to customer care No. [protected] and complained of goods. He sugested me in a formal way that I can returned this piece through Blue Dart Courier without spending any amount. I went at aforesaid Courier Co., but they have totally refused. I, again contact to consumer care ([protected]) and after all they backed in hole, and not giving proper response to consumer.

                                  I have also BAD experience with this product. The product purchased by me in January 2011 Order No. 1213702. Within 15 days the On-off button was not functioning. Hence I lodged complaint, in response to which I was advised to return the product to Vendor. Accordingly I returned it, and after one month I received replacement of the product BUT WITH SAME DEFECT i.e. on-off button was not functioning. Action should be taken against such vendors for not giving the quality product as per their advertisement.

                                    As i ordered the kids laptop from the Napptol . and i got it But the Mrp Tag on Kids Laptop is Rs321 Nd also on Walky Talky Rs61. the other small kids watch which is of 20 rs.then total cost of the whole product is 321+61+20=402 Rs and naptol gives me this product in 1499.00 Rs and 200 Rs for shipping charges. so plz do the needful as soon as possible.
                                    And i also confirm the total product cost from the market it will not more then 450.00.So naaptol give me cheap product in a high cost.

                                    I received a Kids Laptop from the Napptol on 22.10.2010 against Order No.: 886819. I found it is completely cheap (China made) product. The Cheap watch is not operating at received condition. My daugther where very excited before receipt of Laptop. As soon as she opened & saw the laptop & non-working watch she just thrown it in dustbin.
                                    Based on the experience, I canclled another order of Multimedia Car Tape Order No : 887072.

                                      We have made on line shopping with Naaptol as per their advertisement in Maharashtra Times ( Marathi Newspaper) dt.02.09.10.

                                      We have made the payment through credit card & the same is received at their end on 03.09.10.

                                      We have received the material vied delivery challan no. 4324280 dt.06.09.10.

                                      1) But we have not received Free Hot Lunch Box along with this consignement as shown in their news paper advertisement.

                                      2) Also in the received material Helicopter Game after charging for more than 8 hours can not run through remote control.

                                      3) Other items i.e. Educational Video Game, Sports Car are also differ what is shown in advertisement.

                                      4) We have put them the mail on dt. 19.09.10 & reminder dt.20.09.10

                                      5) We have received a reply from them on 20.09.10 in which they assured to send Free Gift within 7 to 10 working days.

                                      6) But they have not mentioned any thing about low value items received.

                                      7) In advertisement they mentioned item value Rs.7000/- & discounted price Rs.1999/- i.e. 71% discount which is one of the reason for us to purchase these items.

                                      8) Now kindly gudie us what action acn be taken against them for the same.

                                        I am ordered NAAPTOL (TCL) DV552 still image digital video camera, by SAKSHI a Telugu news paper advertisement. After 15 Days i a received this through a courier. The Delivery boy SAID, not to open this box until make the payment. I paid 4200 to him and Handed over the Handy cam. To check the working condition There is no battery in the kit.

                                        I purchased again battery from out side. I was eagerly waiting to operate the product...
