Naaptol is sending Lucky Coupon gift card via post asking to scratch the card to see the prize money. After scratching the card it says i have won 7, 50000 amount in cash and a number was mentioned in the letter ([protected]) after calling this number i was asked to give the bank account details. This is totally a fraud a new way to loot money from innocent people.

I would request consumer care to take strict action against this fraudster.

We received a speed post from naaptol in that we got a scratch card and on that we won a maruthi shift dezire of rs 930000 i got a call from naaptol call centre I paid a service tax of 9300 at first and I got a letter from rbi that my prize money is given to me if I am willing to pay rs 23, 250 I paid the amount later I received another letter saying that for Noc & npc I need to pay rs 49, 800 then I thought it was not real it's seems to be fraud so I requested them to refund my amount which was paid by me earlier then they demanded me to pay rs 29000 for the cancellation of the prize money they also told me that if I pay rs 29000 the amount which I paid rs 35550 + 29000 will be send to me after a penalty of rs 600 so I was trapped and there is no way to get my money so I request naaptol to look about my issue

Big claims. But the product Compressor burnt in first 20 seconds.
When complained, they offered a Rs 350 Voucher.
When I refused to accept the voucher, I was told by another executive to return the product to DTDC 3Pl Fulfilment Ltd.

Naaptol is selling Fraud Products mostly imported from China.

Cutomers be warned.

I ordered this product but the quality is not nice so I want to return the product.please refund my money

I ordered the above item and received on 19th Apri, 21 in the afternoon. Due to covid-19 we were busy with other related issues. Today morning (21.4.2021) we opened it to check if it's working. The juicer is not working at all( no juice is coming) and it's very delicate. The handle is not rotating once you put fruits. I immediately called your customer care number [protected] to complain about the product but the lady on the line told me that she can't help me because the varranty period is over. I want to return the product as it is not working as shown in the demo on TV and want a refund.

Some one Pinged me about winning of NAPTOL prize money worth of 12 lakh rupees. He sent me the postal card contains the whole details of prize winning and begged to fill the bank details of me

I got a letter from naaptol in my home address .This letter had a scretch card of first prize of 7.5 lakhs.But I know it is a fraud .I request to take an urgent action to that fraud gangs.I will send my proof if I get reply from naaptol. And the helpline number which i got it from them is [protected] they claim as Naaptol branch based in west bengal. The Executive to whom i talk for claiming this prize her name was Mrs.Juhi kumari.I want you to look into this matter so that the people who are not aware of it can get aware and be safe from financial loss.

I received a speed post from "Naptol Online Shopping" for their 12th year Anniversary Celebration along with a prize scratch card coupon.

This seems to be a fake and used for phishing, hence registering a complaint. I have uploaded the picture of the letter and the scratch card details. Kindly verify its genuinity and if found fake, please take appropriate actions against the specific group.

This is a frad company

This is an offer given by Naptol with special gifts. I didn’t give consent, it was compelled and finally accepted. But the products are of poor quality and unfit for daily use, hence I am returning the products. Please make refund

You are telling that this issue is resolved, yet one of my family member had received a letter with a scratch card in it from naaptol yesterday, in which I had won a swift Dzire as 1st price.
These people are asking me to pay 7500/- as gst.
They are asking me to the payment on this site https://naaptolonlinewinner.in/.
If this problem is solved then also how are these people getting contact numbers and addresses of the customers can't you people keep it confidential.
I request you to kindly check on to this matter as soon as possible.

I ordered a solar emergency light. And it is received defective. I tried contacting right away via watsapp. I was told there is some technical issues. So I contacted one more time via whatsapp, the executive was not responsive at that time. I contacted them the third time, they asked why are u contacting very late. And then I was given a contact number. The person was very rude and was telling she can give me only a voucher for half the amount. I ordered for 500+100( delivery charge) . I either want my money back or I want a good working product. But giving half the amount voucher is not acceptable. What am supposed to do with the defective product.

I don't want to accept half the amount voucher for the defective product.because it's a loss for 300 from my end. I would want to return this defective product. I prefer returning the 600 rs to my account..And am not satisfied with the customer service people.They are being rude.

Information was leaked to some fraud company and they delivered a post in which they asked for bank info.

We received scratch card and own XUV 500 car a gift. And a letter with rules and procedure to get the gift.

I have purchased a car air compressor pump from Naptol after watching the product in their tv channel. The product doesn't match with the features they described in their tv channel. The analogue gauge for pressure is misrepresented. There is no way to put in the required pressure (28psi) based on the faulty gauge range. I contacted their customer support for technical assistance and they can't help me on that. I asked for refund of the product for which they offered only as a naptol voucher. This is cheating and I want the money rs599 I spend on this product back as it is hard earned. Please refund my money ASAP !

I received a letter on my postal address by my name.

It is a certificate of achievement of rs 150000 and an additional scratch card of worth rs 10lac.

Please investigate and take action against breaching my personal information to a fraudster.
