I have just received an order of 45 pcs Jacquard Living Room Combo, colour: Brown, Item: 32013

I am totally disappointed with this product and on the same day, I raised a complaint with them. Please find details below:

Dear HIMANSHI, We have registered your complaint no: 48311069 for Order no: 77552290 on 16Mar.

They are still calling me to use refund voucher rather than returning my money back to my account.

Account details are already been provided by me.

Please help me to get my money back.

I just ordered I kall big screen smartphone from naaptol on 8th February and on 14th February it was delivered.When i unboxed it, the device was golden coloured and it was damaged.I ordered for a black coloured device and it was even mentioned in the bill
I mailed and contacted the naaptol customer service for return the product and their customer service was poor.
I filed the complaint several times and still there is no action from them.
Till now I don't get any information from them, when I call their customer service they told me that it will be delivered with in two day and it is almost around one month...when I asked them for refund, they keep telling that there is no refund option for them.i don't need the product...I just need the money back

I got a scratch card from Naaptol I am Cal led to that number they told me u won. First price u want cash or car price I ask ineed car price they told me u have to pay 4%of 1480000 ipaid 59200 and again asked Rs.51200 for GST not paid but i have doubt them so kindly check and revert.

I ordered accupressure slipper with naaptol. The product was too poor and quality was worst for 500. I asked for a replacement . The replaced product was even more worst. The buttons were falling when the packaging was removed. When I asked the customer care executive, he carelessly replied you can just fit it manually and use. I felt I was cheated. Even the springs within the button were all missing.. and the buttons were not firm. I asked for my money refund. I don't want to take this product. They are not ready to refund my money. Even if the product is poor, I have to use it even when its faulty. This is unacceptable.

It is stating that I won a car in naaptol lucky draw contest. It is also stating that, To get that prize, I need to pay some amount(in the name of govt. Tax) to them. I got my order today. The quality is very bad . I don't want this product any more. For return I contacted naptol customer service . They are not ready to take back the product and refund the cash.They are very much irresponsible. When we are trying to say complaint they are not ready to hear it. They cut the call . It was a product worth 699. I want the refund .
