I received a letter in the name of NAAPTOL ONLINE SHOPPING PVT LTD, Kolkata regarding lucky draw contest in connection with 11 th anniversary. I attach here with photos of the letter and scratch card and I received PAN and Aadhaar details of the customer care person. Kindly suggest me about the same....

I have got a letter and scratch card winning 12 lacks twice to my address by having phone numbers [protected] they have taken 60000 rupess from me as gst tax nad processing fees so please do justice to me

This is b.Poorna chandra rao we got one scratch coupon on your company name through speed post recieved on 19.01.21 . Scratch card and letter also. Letter itself having your campany web site. And tollfree no. Etc. And down side asking about our details a/c no.And pan no./ addar no. For this is redamtion of winning price which has been on scratch card . By mistake we sent our bank a/c details etc. But reprasantative of company said that 12000/-...

I am a customer of naaptol. The address mentioned and shared with them have been shared with many third parties. I have got 2 letters in which the naptol was written and the details have been given in such a way that anyone can fall into such kind of traps. The address has been shared by then due to which the letters are reaching to me easily without any inconvenience and sharing my address and details is a violation to my right to privacy....

I placed my order on 10th Jan 2021, My order Id is 74988917. My order never got confirmed but 2498/- was debited from my account.

I have telephoned to [protected] from [protected] and asked to book the above product. The phone attendant has asked me to demand Rs.101/- towards shipping charges. My family members and friends also purchased so many items. I requested him to book order without shipping charges. He refused to do it. Then I requested him to give chance/connection to concerned SUPERVISOR to whom I want to request for accepting the order without shipping charges....

It contains the information about 11th anniversary celebration, LUCKY DRAW and they sent me a scratch card attached with it. After opening the scratch card, i got 6, 50, 000 and a coupon code, there written sms coupon code to [protected].

I ordered a hand sensor helicopter with order no 73642925.
The sensor is not working properly.
Also in the product box the MRP is hidden by using black marker.
But in the bright light MRP is visible and that is 188 .
The MRP of product is 188 showing on box.
And they sell the product at MRP 599.
This is cheating.

Hi,
I ordered 3 bowl sets of blue color after watching TV adv.
But these 3 bowls were not of Blue Color. Plastic sheet was covered from outside and when I washed it, plastic got removed.
I registered complaint for the same and in return you gave me Milk Boilers and I had to pay additional 600Rs for it.
I first boiled water in this boiler, no sound came from whistle.
