Very poor service, I have never spoke to such customer care executive, I cant call as customer care too, they least care about their customers and dont listen to customers and what resolution they find, they say it and tell us now the case is closed. I ordered for 2 products, one I received which was cookware set, I ordered and received next day, no one will believe if I say, I order6a color and received another color, and the quality was so poor and cheap and the set was so small that it looked like my kids play set, I contacted customer care the moment and requested refund, and they told they will take back the product and provide refund, I was a bit peaceful Atleast they make no issues and take back with no hassle, next day I got call asking what's the problem with product and told me, they would take back product and we would receive no refund but a voucher worth the product, I said when I bought the product I paid money, then why should I receive voucher valid 6 months instead of cash, that agent told me, we cant provide refund, hence the case is closed and hung up, I called back, they dropped my call and blocked me. I again called and called customer care original number, they say you have 2 options either voucher or refund, I said I want refund and they say, ok within 24 hours someone will contact you regarding refund and they will assist you, and they call say only vouchers they could give but not refund, they play fool around us. Such a worst experience I have never went through my entire life in any of the online shopping. Be aware of such fraudulent sites which rip off your money and misbehave with you
