Received a detective piece for replacement their is no proper response from them... I have been calling from the date I have registered the complaint but I get to hear the same ie wait for 3-4 days... Till today there is no replacement has been done..

In the name of naaptol company we received scratch and win coupon via post. As per the coupon we got firt prize which is hyundai creta car and they ask us to send the details of the coupon and next day we receive the letter of confirmation and asking us to pay. From the beginning we noticed this as fraud activity. To collect the whole evidence we tried to keep in contact with them.

I Got lucky draw coupon of rupees 8, 80, 000 but they have told me to transfer same tax and GST i paid about 2, 00, 000 but still they are asking me to pay same more amount and they have send me the HBSC Letter to pay 54, 000

I had ordered an 81pcs dinner set from Naaptol online shopping worth Rs 2398 on[protected] from Hubli, Karnataka.The product is very small compared to what they have showed in television. After receiving the order within 30mins my brother had called the customer care regarding the defect of the product, which the customer care people didn't take it seriously, infact they questioned my brother saying that there are 81 pcs or no.And later asking us to register the complainant within 48 hours, which was shown nowhere in ad or the invoice.

Naaptol online shopping is one big fraud company showing items in television in one size & delivering the other.

I would request to take serious action against naaptol online shopping, for scaming people in daylight.
The way the customer care people speak is hopeless. No respect towards the customers. They are full ready to cheat people in broad daylight. I now have full respect towards Amazon, flipkart customer care people.

We received a letter and a scratch card saying that we won a Maruti suzuki dezire worth Rs 8, 80, 000 and to redeem it they are asking to send our bank details in the given whatsapp numbers...i realised this a big scam...i request you to take immediate action on such fraudsters and why our personal details like name address and phone numbers are leaking by the third party?? The followed numbers are from west bengal naming "naaptol scam" please whoever receive such type of letter or scratch card don't believe in it... it's a big scam and beware from such fraudsters!!!

I have order these products last year 2019. These product not delivered to me. these products laying in the track order. these product delivered address pin code has changed due to this reason these products not delivered to me. The product details as follows

Sir I got a scratch card coupon from Naaptol via post and I called the helpline number, they took a bank detail from me and got the message from him, after that I got a call from customer care and said 1.1% (Rs-8250) Service tax is being charged, you deposit this tax amount, then the amount of 7, 50, 000 will be transferred to your account. Now, whether they should deposit 8250 rs in their account or not

Here I got a letter from naaptol lucky draw letter by India post. I scratched it I win the prize xuv 500 and I call to given number [protected]. And they said to transfer the amount of 1% gst of xuv 500 rate. And again asked to pay 3% gst . Like that I transferred money. But I don't get the prize and please kindly issue my complaint.

I asked to give bank details for refund please provide cash refund

I have ordered set of bedsheets on 17-Oct-2020, through naaptol online from TV and got the product on 21-Oct-2020. The product is of very bad quality and stuff and also defective and entirely different quality from what it was stated in the add. They are totally foling the buyers. So please give my money back. I got a scratch card by post from naaptol which says I have won hyundai creta prize in lucky draw. With a helpline no. On it and he asked pay 4% tax in advance and after prize delivered your address I think it’s a fake, Please suggest me what is it, sir pls response I waiting for your suggest.

Sir i have to received one letter that from NAAPTOL swastik bulding avenue rajrhat vip road.so i scratched the card and it will show XUV500 and i was cl to the them, they will said that 1st u pay 4% advance after that i will give a prize. So it is Fake are real sir pls responce.

I had received a scratch and win lucky draw saying that naaptol is celebrating 11th anniversaryand asked for the photo ofadhar card and other documents.when I scratched I get xuv Mahindra car.is it really from naaptol???

Is there any scratch card and lucky draw letter sent by naaptol to the customers asking for bank details and called to pay some amount around 19000 first and toll charges 9000 to deliver a car???

There is product missing 3 tapala 1 bolo

Dear Team,

We received a scratch card and letter saying we have won 12Lakh rupees. They are also using HSBC bank name. "gauranteed by HSBC bank".
Its unrealistic to get a prize of 1000rs for free. Getting 12 Lakh was impossible to believe that too in such a pandemic situation where well established companies are also going towards loss.

Kindly take necessary actions against such fraud.
