Very poor service, I have never spoke to such customer care executive, I cant call as customer care too, they least care about their customers and dont listen to customers and what resolution they find, they say it and tell us now the case is closed. I ordered for 2 products, one I received which was cookware set, I ordered and received next day, no one will believe if I say, I order6a color and received another color, and the quality was so poor and cheap and the set was so small that it looked like my kids play set, I contacted customer care the moment and requested refund, and they told they will take back the product and provide refund, I was a bit peaceful Atleast they make no issues and take back with no hassle, next day I got call asking what's the problem with product and told me, they would take back product and we would receive no refund but a voucher worth the product, I said when I bought the product I paid money, then why should I receive voucher valid 6 months instead of cash, that agent told me, we cant provide refund, hence the case is closed and hung up, I called back, they dropped my call and blocked me. I again called and called customer care original number, they say you have 2 options either voucher or refund, I said I want refund and they say, ok within 24 hours someone will contact you regarding refund and they will assist you, and they call say only vouchers they could give but not refund, they play fool around us. Such a worst experience I have never went through my entire life in any of the online shopping. Be aware of such fraudulent sites which rip off your money and misbehave with you

On 30/09/2020, i had received letter & one coupon Code from naaptol.com in the name of my father, coupon is about a redemption code inside with scratch cover, when i scratched the coupon it was mentioned "you won - ₹12lacs.
The letter mentoring about the SL NO-E398966 asked me to fill the form with all the account details and send it to WhatsApp number [protected].
Later I searched About naaptol coupon in Google and found about the fraud of the money using the name naaptol

I have ordered 41 pcs multipurpose tool set from naaptol.

The products they show on t. V. & what they actually deliver are totally different. The product quality is not up to mark and not in usable condition. Because of poor quality, it is unable to perform the task which it is intended to. Then, i called customer care for a refund & they refused by saying refund is not possible & asked me to purchase another item by issuing a 6 months validity voucher.

In this way, they grab the hard-earned money of their customers, by selling low-quality items mostly. Either the customers are bound to purchase against their will to take out their seized money or else naaptol will consume this amount.

Business wise unethical & misleading company. Kindly address to my issue and take strict action against naaptol on this unethical practice towards the consumers.

I need cash back as a resolution to this issue.

Today i have received with scratch & win coupon along with a description letter saying that i have won xuv500 car as the part of the 11th anniversary celebration of naaptol online shopping service pvt. Ltd. The registered speed post saying that i have to contact the given number to redeem the bagged price and to pay the 4%tax in advance after making a call to the help line number of mr. Vikram (Cro officer [protected], [protected]. Address given in the said offer letter and the sender address of the cover different.

Sender address given in the reg. Letter:
Naaptol online shopping pvt. 2nf floor, swasthi, vip road, tegharia, kolkata, west bangal - 700059. So kindly replay me what should in do.

They asked me to share aadhar pic for verification through what's app so i have sent to them does it create any problem to me?

Naaptol sent me utensils which were not as shown in the and they are not giving the money back everytime i call them they say we will pick back up the product in 24hrs and refund but 1month passed but they have even not collected back the product and doing fraud with everyone by showing shiny utensils on tv and sending small utensils which is played used by children

I have ordered the jewelery from the naaptol website which i received on 23rd may which is defected (Attached snap) also it costs me 999rs. So i have raised my complaint and the product got picked up on 24th may.
Then i received a wrong product on 31st may which is some plastic products which i didnt order at all. Then i raised my complaint and they again came and pick my product on july 07. (See attached)
After that i did not receive the right product. I contacted the customer care many times but they often telling their superior will call you. But if they call also they did not respond to my issue properly. They told they ll give refund voucher that also they did not give. Now finally they saying that your complaint got closed because of late complaint.
Please i beg you to look into this and get my money back.

I have received a letter along with a scratch card saying that naaptol is celebrating its 11th anniversary and providing random coupon cards/scratch cards to its selected customers. On scratching the card, it indicated that i won mahindra xuv500 and was provided with a number to call and send certain documents. Later i was asked to pay 25600/- if i have to claim a car or otherwise 14600/- if i close to encash my price.

I have received a letter and a coupon stating that I am the lucky winner of Naaptol anniversary so please confirm whether it is fake by seeing these photos

My order no[protected] and complain no[protected] has been registered with you 13 days back but till date naaptol has not responded and not refunded my money-2398/- . I once again request you to kindly refund my money. If my money is not refunded then i will move to the consumer court for cheating the consumer.

I got a letter regarding Naaptol birthday celebrations. In that letter I received one coupon and scratched that coupon It Worth's 1200000 rs. Also asking to submit my bank details. I deeply believe it's completely fraudulent and also fake. Please take any action against those fraudsters.

Writing from a village near by Mysore, Karnataka. Our neighbor had bought some products from Naaptol last year. Last month they received a speed post about 12 lakh lucky draw money and these people made her pay around 97, 000 to get the prize money. Even now they r asking her extra amount to get the lucky draw amount. Please note these are village people who have been duped. We have phone no of person who is conversing with her. We can share the details of it. These innocent people have bought products from Naaptol thru TV ads and I don't understand how their contact info is shared to these scamsters? What NAAPTOL IS DOING ABOUT THESE FRAUDSTERS COZ THEY R DEALING UNDER NAAPTOL NAME. We have decided to raise complaint against main Naaptol in consumer court coz our personal details has been shared to fraudsters and they know what products we purchased from Naaptol

I had ordered a sewing machine almost a month ago. The part was defective and I wanted to return the said product.
Its been a month and I have been calling almost daily.
- Customer Care are rude
- Customer Care Cut the phone as soon as they hear I want to return the product
- Few of the call did go through and they have made false promises of return being done in 24hrs.
