Actually when i bought mini silai machine totally i spended 2500, 2000for product and 500for delivery it took too much time to get delivery and when i got product it worked but after 6days it's not worked so i call them so many times they just told me procedure of working machine but i previously know by seeing video on youtube but they are just said me that u have not done properly actually i called them max 10times in a day but they just said me that we can't exchanged the product my 2500rs was wasted i totally changed my mood towards such online products but mostly gives me happy by amazon and flipkart even i got some product not working they just replaced that really i was happy about this both amazon and flipkart

    My name is shivangi gupta. My father ordered magnetic bracelet with dual tone watch from their channel on tv.
    The courier was received on[protected]. My father didn't like the quality of both the watch and the bracelet and also they were super loose. We saw their return policy online where it was written that you can file a return within 2 days after receiving the order. We called and filed a complaint on[protected] in the morning. The girl who picked up the call didn't provide us with any complaint no but assured that your courier will be picked up within 3 days and the entire money will be refunded via money order. We waited 5 days and no one came to pick it up. We called again and were told that no complaint was filed for this order. Nd the boy who was talking this time said that i have noted your complaint now and courier will be picked up. Nd you will get a call from our senior. We did receive a call and were told that since 5 days have passed, we can't accept the return. And he refused to listen to us when we said that we already filed a complaint on[protected].
    Also, i opened their website the same day after receiving the call and found that the return policy complaint time has been changed from 2 days to 1 day.
    These people are running such a fraud company. I want my ₹1400 back.

      I had ordered for a canon printer and we got a defective product from company naaptol, they had sent a canon service executive who came for installation and charged an amount of 500 for a non working defective printer. We have called the customer care for more thab 15 times now but no action has been taken to take the product and refund the money. Supervisor mohammed zahir (Tamil speaking executive) promised yesterday that an agent from naaptol will pick up the printer today 1st july 2019, till now no call, mail or messages. I need a refund of the printer and the extra 500 back for the charging us for a defective product supplied. Need immediate action. Order no: 59132871

              Non of the courier partner had called me yet.
              I shopped for a sewing machine from naaptol online but it did not work even on the first day when I tried to contact the customer care they said cant do anything about it but after months Got a letter by speed post along with a scratch card stating that I have win a cash prize and plz sms the six digit code on no [protected].
              I this true, i have recieved a book post to my home is this true

                We have received a scratch card and we have got mahindra xuv 500 in that and they provided some whatsapp numbers and asking 1 % to be paid by customer and 3% will be paid by naaptol By seeing this portal we have understood that it is fraud. Naaptol have take action on these kind of people. How the confidentally information of mobiles nos and address are leaking to third parties.

However, the material is not as per my expectations and thus have called your executive for the same to be returned. However, one of your executive "pinky" talked so rudely and directly said that the product can't be returned as if she herself stipulates the company's policy.                               Even i know it’s fake but i want to know that how it actually works out that these fake ppl get our address phone no n all they even send letters
                              Some of educated ppl will do research on it but some ppl who stays in some remote areas will simply transfer the money to them how is that possible please i need confirmation on this

                                Dear sir,

                                I have done some online shopping in naaptol and have received the products ordered. However, we also received additional letter with scratch and win card.
                                I got a prize of xuv 500 in that card. Mobile number of one kiran kumar ([protected]) was given to whom we were supposed to contact for further details.
                                We did contact him and he asked me to send kyc documents and letter scanned copies to a whatsapp number ([protected]). I can either take cash (14 lakh) or the car but have to pay 4% service tax.
                                I believe this is fake. However, i urge you to take action against such people as they are harming the brand name of naaptol.
                                Please confirm that you do not have such offers for public currently.

                                  I ordered one product from naaptol online shopping and return the product as product quality is bad. And i return the product and ask naaptol representative to refund my amount than they are saying they will refund amount through voucher but i told them i dont want shop anything from naaptol.

                                    Date :23rd may, 2019
                                    I ordered royal chef juicer, and the senior person who spoke to me told me to buy solar lantern and mini cooler also with the juicer, i clearly told him that i am buying the product (Solar lantern & mini cooler) only on the condition that if i dont like the product they will return my money. After receiving the product on 24th may, 2019, i was not satisfied with the product and on the same day i called naaptol that i want my money back and i want to return the product. Now these people are telling that there is no such policy of returning the money, they will give me vouchers, i want my money back as i took that extra only on the condition that they wil return the money... They are cheating the people by commiting something on the call and once we purchase the product, they say that ther is no such policy. I want proper action to be taken against fraud company.

                                      This is thriveni from chittoor. On[protected], i ordered for turkey denim pants set of size 40 and i recieved the same on[protected]. But my the person for whom i bought this pan sets was not available upto[protected]. On[protected], he found that size 40 is not fitted to him. And we want to excahange the same product with 36 size. We called to th naaptol customer care and there were telling that, they will accept the returns and exchange only after 48 hours after recieving the product. But we feel that the time which was given by the naaptol is not at all acceptable by any customer.in this regard, we will not buy any product from you and we will tell the same to all our colleagues, relatives and friends.
