On 22/06/2019 we got a defective product from company naaptol, then and there we have lodged complaint, naaptol picked up my defective product on 26/06/2019, no cash back or cash voucher received from their side during pick up time, till now no call, mail or masseges we have get regarding our cash we have paid during purchasing, our. Complaint number is 39233577. Inform us how and when we will get our paid money...

I purchased master pressure cooker from naaptol and they delivered classic essential companie's pressure cooker.I complained for same they calles me after 48 hrs and now they are denying to replace with correct product.
They told that both the product is same use this product. Also their answers are irritative

I had ordered a pressure cooker set at naaptol on 24/05/2019 and the delivered item was damaged and i had contacted customer care and tey said the return will be done within a week but after 2 weeks they called me and said they will not be able to take return and will not be able refund the cash ( registered number : [protected])

We have received a scratch card and we have got mahindra xuv 500 in that and they provided some whatsapp numbers and asking 1 % to be paid by customer and 3% will be paid by naaptol By seeing this portal we have understood that it is fraud. Naaptol have take action on these kind of people. How the confidentally information of mobiles nos and address are leaking to third parties.
My sincere request is to take perfect action on these...

I hve bought online from NAAPTOL online shopping 7 pieces utensils set during 11th birthday celebrations festival & they told me about bumper offers after few days a letter receive by post at my home then I cl that no. I contact the customer service of naptol and told them my problem, after too many request they told me if you want the refund it will get to you via naptol cash vouchers, but i want my cash as a refund but they not giving cash as a refund. We did contact him and he asked me to send kyc documents and letter scanned copies to a whatsapp...

I ordered one product from naaptol online shopping and return the product as product quality is bad. And i return the product and ask naaptol representative to refund my amount than they are saying they will refund amount through voucher but i told them i dont want shop anything from naaptol.

It's rubbish product and the sellers like naaptol is doing fraud with customers as this shampoo is utter waste and it did not turn the grey color hair into black.
