My mom as ordered double bed size bed sheets from naaptol and received the bed sheets and paid via cod. Since our bed is queen size it was smaller so we have returned the bed sheets on a same day. Later on we didn't like any other product in naaptol your executive told that they cannot re-fund the amount but they will put in oxygen wallet. We try calling customer care several time every time they say will forward...

I have ordered 03 jeans pants of the size of 34. But i received 38 size pants. I am working in a govt firm away from my home. When i reached home after 13 days of duty i saw the package ad opened it. For my surprise when i contacted and said about the unsize pant they told me that it was late complaint.

Naaptol not delivered the product nor refunding amount, all naaptol people are cheating. They are not delivering the product nor refunding the amount. And they close my complaint.
