I ordered pack of 7 naina kota doria saari pack, but when i opened it, these are not kota doria saari, cheap material with different design and pattern i get. Either replace it with correct order or refund the money. This product is different from the description and not worth for the money.
Sorry to say but if this issue will not resolved i have to reach out to escaltion matrix.

    I book cannon printer from naptol online shopping item recived on 30 cot 2018. After installation printer doesnot work. I approch naptol custmorcare they gives canon service center number. Canon enggineer come to home he tells printer motor not work replace the same with naptol. I approach so many time and send doa letter and innovice but till date no positive replay from naptol.

    Cloth quality is very bad I saw different quality in advertisement but delivered product is different

      i got a telecall from the naptol with an offer that i am the one of the daimond customer and i will get a air cooler for rupees 1898 having 5500 market price by that offer i ordered and paid the amount to the naptol after receiving the product that it was clearly cheating the cooler was having the hieght is 10.5 cm width and 13 hight the company offered me that the hieght is 30 inches width and 24 cm height. so when i complained to the naptol the customer care exicutive replied that they will not refund the amount...

        I was ordered 75 pcs lazer etching dinner set. Bt i didnt like its quality its all pieces are also very small in size thats why i have returned it. I contacted to naaptol customer care for many times regarding to my refund bt eveey time they r saying that we can not return your money directly into ur account, we will creat oxygen wallet or voucher. Bt i didnt like any other product from naaptol so what will i do of that wallet. Every time customer cqre saying that we r putting ur complaints nd our execurive will talk to u.. But from last 7 days i have not received any call also not any refund... Plzz refund my money... Dont let it be d worst shopping experience with naaptol... Many people having complaints about ur refund policy... Just bcoz of it u r lossing so many customers plzz dont make d people full... Value d customers money... Nd refund my money

            Dear sir,

            My mom as ordered double bed size bed sheets from naaptol and received the bed sheets and paid via cod. Since our bed is queen size it was smaller so we have returned the bed sheets on a same day. Later on we didn't like any other product in naaptol your executive told that they cannot re-fund the amount but they will put in oxygen wallet. We try calling customer care several time every time they say will forward call, we have taken complaint you will get a call etc but we have never received any call yet. Please do the needful

              I have ordered 03 jeans pants of the size of 34. But i received 38 size pants. I am working in a govt firm away from my home. When i reached home after 13 days of duty i saw the package ad opened it. For my surprise when i contacted and said about the unsize pant they told me that it was late complaint.

              Naaptol is giving poor quality of products (for eg if spoon is there it is worst sharp at handle ). Also they don't know how to talk with a customer and more to that it is only 43 pieces not set which include even the lid of storage set . I usually order online but this is the worst company I bought a product from .

                Napptol company holder pls refund my 3500 rs i don't like any other product i am waiting from 4 months, i don't want any voucher pls transfer my amount all other companies will refund the amount i am expecting same from napptol too.                         I have purchased 3 denim jeans from naaptol amount rs. 1499.00.
                        When i opened my pack there are 2 jeans in same color. First i called "[protected]" its showing switch off (Attached). After i called naaptol customer care "[protected]". The person who attend my call, he told me within 40 hours you get call from merchant or from naaptol (Attached call history 2 mnt 41 sec). But due to busy schedule i din't followup them. Next week when i called them again for the issue the representative told me you called here first time so we can not replace your product. I told her that i already called within 2 hour of received product. But they not accept my request.

                        So please see the attachment and replace my jeans.

                          Surprisingly, I was supplied with 5 pcs. Panipat blankets completely different from the variety shown in TV and on my lodging complaint lodged over customer care it was assured to exchange within 5 days but it is strange that it has not. Feeling cheated.

                              I am a senior citizen and a health care provider with teaching life saving skills (Cpr) in different places
                              On 29/9/2018, i placed an on line order for a pair of therapeutic slippers and naaptol confirmed delivery within 24/48 hours. After 2 days until today i received 5-6 telephone calls stating that the item will be delivered within 30mts, 1 hr, 2hrs and so on but no body came with the item until today. I unnecessarily waited, cancelled my teaching sessions, incurred loss of my daily earnings and wasted my valuable time. But why should i loose? For whose sake? And who is responsible? Just because i wanted to buy some item on line, this is the punishment? They have no respect and value for our valuable hours and days.

                              Through this complaint/message, i wish to create an awareness on our public friends, not to trust any on line shopping centre, otherwise you will loose time, money etc.

                                This is anoop sharda.. Purchased 5min roller exerciser from naaptol @1599... Product was damaged at the time of delivery... Returned that product immediately to naaptol... Now i don't want that product and asked for refund.. They denied for refund and telling me that we are providing you voucher code so whenever you feel to buy anything from naaptol you can buy... After that i ordered one juicer but the order was of not that value credited to naaptol... They used to keep telling me that you have to order in one go that to of 1599 or greater than that. I simply want refund

                                  I bought this product before two days with delivery subscription Rs.2598/-.im not satisfied the product so I raise a complaint immediately.Initially they will refund the amount now they told won't refund the amount and can't cancel subscription..I'm totally upset because of the callers speak..I'm disappointed with your services..So plz return this product and refund my full amount of RS.2598 as soon as possible.

                                    I be ordered for a 5bed sheets set n askd me to pay 400rs for delivery n parcel service called me askd me to collect from their office which is 15km away from my home in addition to the delivery charge i am paying. They threatened me saying unless i come over they will return the product. It's my second order. For my first order u made me a diamond member n the parcel guy did the same thing n returned the product without my knowledge. I called naaptol customer care they hung up on me twice nz third time they said i can go for legal action against the company. Wth?? Ur staffs themselves are fraud.. N we are getting cheated. I ve the voice recording of the staff asking me to take legal action. Such an irresponsible customer support.

                                        Naaptol not delivered the product nor refunding amount, all naaptol people are cheating. They are not delivering the product nor refunding the amount. And they close my complaint.
