Sir, before 10 days i bye one bucca bucci shouses from your naptol, but when i open my pakete i have to see souses no is 7 but i ordered no 8, than and there i have to countuc the coustomer care request him to change my shoues, than he told me if you are open the pakete, we cant do anything for you, sir you tell me without open the pakete, how i see which no shoues i receved?     I Have order this product by online shopping on 08/07/2018 invoice no :840L0025119, as per the advertising the product received not worth for RS.1398/-, quality of product very low.so that I raise the complaint to the NAAPTOL for return back of this product, after greater than 3 weeks of follow up with the NAAPTOL there will be no courier executive come to our home to return back this product, & NAAPTOL employee no given proper information about that, also they don't transfer the call there team leader .

      I have ordered a roti maker on jul 6th, but till now i haven't received the product and called to customer care executives couple of times. The response obtained from them is to wait for few days and backend team will call. But no response or resolution provided till date. I request to refund back the amount back. Very worst service and support from naaptol.

        Hi, this is in regards to below complaint for which I am looking forward to have a solution. I am not satisfied with the product delivered as it’s not as per shown in the TV show of yours. I wanted to have a refund for the same and would like to return the item. How can your colleague behave in such a rude way when I am suffering loss cause of the item delivered to me and your team says problem has been resolved or closed successfully....

        Dear customers i have ordered for 3 denim jeans for men from naaptol and received it today evening. When i opened the package there is two jeans of 32 size and 1 of 34 size (Which is dark blue). There is no bill or invoice in this package.
        It is possible that they may not be giving gst to government, and doing this type business.
        I then contacted with customer service mobile number [protected]. Customer care executive talked with me, asked the invoice or order number. I denied that there is no bill or invoice in this package.
        He gave me 49879102 number.
        He told currior will come to your place and take it back within 5 days and then after that we send you other 32 size denim jeans.
        I asked him to send my money back and collect the package. When you send me real size denim jeans i pay the amount.
        He denied for that.
        He gave me my complaint number 33871182.
        Be aware with naaptol online purchase, it's harrassment policy to customers.

            I had ordered a product of naaptol for. RS 1898 (order no:[protected]and when it arrived it's was of low standards and bad quality and not at all worth the money and I had complianed within an hour of receiving the product to them and registered a complaint asking for the pick up of the product and I've been calling them and complaining ever since I've called them at least 20 times and their response is that they are sorry and within 48 hours delivery boy will come pick up this has been going on for a month now the products they sell is just of low quality and they treat their customers so bad that I would never buy anything from them ever

              I recieved my order no 49269260 product that is kashmiri print carpet - pack of 2 0n 11.july.18. The product is very bad in quality and prices are not worthy. Product is not at all carpets but they are more likely bed sheets available in market at pricecof 100 each. Very bad experience. I want to return this product as soon as posible. Dont fool people . Consumer forum is also there to resolve problems like this.

                I, Subhashree Sahu, bought a kitchen Queen 81 pcs dinner set with itemno- 13303 and HSN Code - 7323from Oxford international from naptol.comby showing in TV .But the size o[censored]tensils is very small in comparison to shown in TV. Also 30 psc of spoons were provided out of 81 pcs. In view of this the cost price and transporting charges is very high, which are Rs 2699 & 499. It's not worth buying for me at this price. Kindly process my complain as soon as possible and refund my money.

                        The person is not taking customer properly supervisor also not taking complains properlynor giving any phone no. Or way to talk to senior for the solutions. One supervisor name as geeta talk to me in immproper way not resloved my request. And nor givin any solution for further talk to coy.                           I have received a call for product and i refuse for order.

                          Then after they doing missed calls continuously.

                          This is your service?

                          If customer don't buy so you doing this cheap things.

                                On t. V screen we saw the ad of drilling machine and made a call to number above the screen. We asked "yeh machine dono side ghumtha hai kya?". They replied "haa sir" and she told that we have to pay extra 399 for courier. We havent placed the order because of charges 399 rupees. Same day we get a call from company told me that i should not pay any courier. After recieving it the same night i have checked the machine but the machine was moving only in one direction. So we called to your office after some discussion they agreed to take back. But no one came to take machine. And they said they will return our money on bank account.

                                we are misguided by your dept. and we not need one side rotating drilling machine so please take back and return us our amount. after receipt of machine we made call and talked with Mr. Mondul who replied us with rash talking which was not expected from your international standards company.

                                  Sir I purchased Canon printer from Naaptol company of a amount of RS 3750 but the product I received is defective and they refuse to take it back within return policy.                                     I would like to to inform your kind good self that i have seen product on naaptol channel on tv and order placed for 43 peaces kitchen king set for kitchen but when i received the courier then i open the box what seen that pots are very small than seen on naaptol channel. They are showing on channel big sizes things and deliver to customer very small size things so it is cheating with customer so we will request you to do the necessary legal action and justice with us.

                                      My name is puthiran and i have been continuously getting calls from naaptol even after informing that i am not interested. Then they started using abusive languages.

                                      Once i bought a product from naaptol and they took my number.in one day i m getting more than 20 calls from naaptol which is very disturbing and irritating.

                                      If required i can share the contact details of the land line from where i got the calls from. Request you take action.
