My father had ordered 5 bed sheets for 999rupees. But they delivered the product which has no quality. It is available for very cheap price in open markets. It has only a value of 400 rupees approximately. When i called customer care, they told that they will not return it and they will not give my money. Also the lady who picked up the phone... Her behaviour was very rude. I want my money back. Please help me.

Hi... I'm arun from hp. Last time i order but naaptol adviser can't give me proper guides.. Last 2 months i can't received my product. They give me excuse 2 days 4 days like this. I'm not happy. Plz give my product. Iske baad kabhi b jivn me order nai krugga... Never order again in live..& advice to my friend plz don't order from naaptol. Sorry 3class sport system.

I ordered kitchen queen 43 pcs coloured stainless steel storage set on 27th july 2018 and got it on 4th august 2018. But product is defective. I filed a complaint order no. 49950726 complaint id: 34055989. There is no full refund (Rs 1999) and no complete replacement and they have closed the complaint. I am still following on this. I am just getting a promise that product will be picked and i will get refund. This is one month now but no resolution. Please look into it and refund full amount.

I had placed an online order of roti maker on "m. Naaptol.com" on[protected] @9am and made the payment of rs 1698/- through paytm mistakenly.. Then i cancelled it few minutes later and waiting for the refund. But till now i didn't receive my refund yet it's been 1 week. I have been trying to contact customer support and filed few complaints but none helping me out. How fraud this company is?? How anyone can allow this kind of fraud company to advertise on tv?? I can't believe this... No one is responding to any refund queries... Is there anything i can do to get my money back??

I had ordered for drill machine. At first the delivery was not made on time. I got a call from customer care if i have received the product. I said i didn't after some days they managed to track it n delivered it at my home defective n the product was delivered in my father's hand. The package was damaged so immediately checked the product and filed complained within 24 hours. It's been passed one month i m falling customer care at first i asked for replacement of product but still not done. Now i already bought product from local dealer so i don't want it n i want my refund but the customer care says there will be delivered guy to pick up the product but still not done. I have ordered one product, which i didn't like so i returned it and they gave me a voucher for that. Now i am trying to order another product using the voucher and they are asking me to pay more money as delivery charge. I don't want to pay unnecessary, i just want my money back else give me product of same worth not a penny more.

Secondly, the salesperson, they are so rude and disrespectful.

It's a fraud company. They cheat the customer. On 05.08. Orderd yoga paduka (999+shipping charges), and it was delivered. But the person who took my order he offer me diamond membership which will be valid till 1yr and you don't have to pay for shipping charges next time. But you have to pay 1598. I agree... Next day i got a message that your order has been cancelled so membership is not there for you... It's joke going on. Maine 1598 payment kiya h... Iska mtlb tmhre deliver boy nae paise update nhi kiyae... Mujhae ab yae order nhi chahiyae plz return my money.

Shoping with naaptool is a worst experience for me. I called 23times sice 15days to return their defective product but customer care team is making only fake promises that today or tommorow they will reverse pickup.. But nobady came... Product deliver karne k liye inko address mil gaya or wapis karne m bahane marne ko dedo.. Tv channel par to itna high fi show karte h product or product quality to itne ghatia ki koi bhikhari v use na kare... Blue beg ko red thread se stich kia.. Pain k spot pade h kai jagah se fata hua

Sir, before 10 days i bye one bucca bucci shouses from your naptol, but when i open my pakete i have to see souses no is 7 but i ordered no 8, than and there i have to countuc the coustomer care request him to change my shoues, than he told me if you are open the pakete, we cant do anything for you, sir you tell me without open the pakete, how i see which no shoues i receved? I Have order this product by online shopping on 08/07/2018 invoice no :840L0025119, as per the advertising the product received not worth for RS.1398/-, quality of product very low.so that I raise the complaint to the NAAPTOL for return back of this product, after greater than 3 weeks of follow up with the NAAPTOL there will be no courier executive come to our home to return back this product, & NAAPTOL employee no given proper information about that, also they don't transfer the call there team leader .

Hi, this is in regards to below complaint for which I am looking forward to have a solution. I am not satisfied with the product delivered as it’s not as per shown in the TV show of yours. I wanted to have a refund for the same and would like to return the item. How can your colleague behave in such a rude way when I am suffering loss cause of the item delivered to me and your team says problem has been resolved or closed successfully. Let me tell you one thing very clearly that it’s not solved and I am not happy with what is delivered to me. Kindly take an action and resolve it.

Dear customers i have ordered for 3 denim jeans for men from naaptol and received it today evening. When i opened the package there is two jeans of 32 size and 1 of 34 size (Which is dark blue). There is no bill or invoice in this package.
It is possible that they may not be giving gst to government, and doing this type business.
I then contacted with customer service mobile number [protected]. Customer care executive talked with me, asked the invoice or order number. I denied that there is no bill or invoice in this package.
He gave me 49879102 number.
He told currior will come to your place and take it back within 5 days and then after that we send you other 32 size denim jeans.
I asked him to send my money back and collect the package. When you send me real size denim jeans i pay the amount.
He denied for that.
He gave me my complaint number 33871182.
Be aware with naaptol online purchase, it's harrassment policy to customers.

I had ordered a product of naaptol for. RS 1898 (order no:[protected]and when it arrived it's was of low standards and bad quality and not at all worth the money and I had complianed within an hour of receiving the product to them and registered a complaint asking for the pick up of the product and I've been calling them and complaining ever since I've called them at least 20 times and their response is that they are sorry and within 48 hours delivery boy will come pick up this has been going on for a month now the products they sell is just of low quality and they treat their customers so bad that I would never buy anything from them ever

I recieved my order no 49269260 product that is kashmiri print carpet - pack of 2 0n 11.july.18. The product is very bad in quality and prices are not worthy. Product is not at all carpets but they are more likely bed sheets available in market at pricecof 100 each. Very bad experience. I want to return this product as soon as posible. Dont fool people . Consumer forum is also there to resolve problems like this.
