This silai machine is not working.The item was delivered to me on 20th April 2018.I have already given a complaint aganist this product.But no necessary steps are taken till now.I prefer a refund of Rs1999.Hope you would look on to my complaint .Make the necessary arrangements as soon as possible.

    I ordered[protected] for mobile phone from naaptol. But i received the product and i paid full payment with delivery charge. But when i open the box that was wrong product which not ordered by me then i complained for it and according to process i send it. But my product not delivered by naaptol. When i call customer care says it is in the process wait 48 hours many times. There are no result found. Pls provide my product if not able to deliver then return my full payment. (Attached wrong product return sleep)

      Well it was firstly our mistake that we ordered something from naaptol. We have heard very bad reviews but still for some reason we did the mistake of ordering.

      The product they delivered was broken, so we lodged the first complaint. After a long waiting time, we were actually provided with a replacement.

      But the replacement delivered was also broken. So we re-registered the complaint. I have called their customer supports innumerable times, every time i would get to hear a different solution to the problem.

      But non of the solutions informed by them has ever take place.

      Eventually i was asked whether i wanted a replacement or would i wish to get a gift voucher of the same amount to get any other product of my choice from naaptol.

      It has been very long waiting for either to happen... A gift voucher or a replacement. Nothing has happened till now and no one is even slightly bothered.

      Kindly help us out.

      Since this response from Naaptol Online Shopping Customer Care on April 18, 2018, I have never received any information or call. The problem is still unresolved, though initially this website mentioned that I would receive some kind of communications within a few days.
      Request this forum to take the necessary action since Naaptol doesn't have any urge to resolve this.

          Hi, i bought a sewing machine for the first time, it stopped working within 1 month, hence i requested for replacement, they replaced it for 5 times but the product didn't work properly, after that they provided me a voucher to buy other products, so i bought a cookware set paying some extra amount, but again the product which i received is not proper fully broken.. When i asked for refund, again they are convincing to buy their product by giving a voucher, they are not refunding the amount.. Please help me with this. Take action on them.. They are cheating each and every customer by providing defective products..

              Dear manager

              I purchased 15 pcs copper base cook & serve set + 5 pcs kitchen tools from naptol on 10/4/2018. When i received the product i didn't like the quality of the product and wanted to return the same. I raised a complaint no 32039087 on 10/4/2018 and escalated the matter to company representative[protected] and requested them to refund my money. Representative said that we will refund ur monry with in 3 to 4 working days.

              Next day (11/4/2018) one of the representative called me and informed that the money can't be refunded instead they will provide a voucher which can be redeemed within a period of 6 months. I said that i am not interested in any of their products and requested for refund of money for which the company representative is not agreeable and disconnected the call abruptly.
              I have purchased many products through other online portals where i didn't experienced this kind of treatment. Whenever i was not satisfied with the product i got my money back.
              But naptol is the only company from where i experienced this kind of treatment.
              Kindly look into the matter

                My mother order Nutriglow Facial kits (₹999+₹399) for shipping and after receiving those products, I immediately wanted to return them because one of my colleague used it and complained about her skin burning. I cannot risk anything happening to my skin. So on the same day of the delivery I called them up and ask them to take back the product, but the customer care guys are saying something far different than what is return in their return policy. They immediately refused to return my product. They said that even if they did they are going to give me a Naaptol voucher as my refund. Their website states that the cash will be debited in my bank account, but this people are saying some different story. I want my money back and they are refusing it on silly grounds. I followed everything that is stated in the website's policy and I am eligible for a refund, but this people just wouldn't do it for the heck of it. Such an unprofessional service.

                  It is submitted that In spite of my repeated requests (about 20-25 times), the Naaptol is failed to issue me refund voucher amounting to Rs. 3098/- so far. Since I am requesting the company for the same for the last two and half months, but no body responded in a positively way and I am suffering loss due to their ill behaviour. I am again requesting you to direct the concerned persons in this regard so that proper refund voucher is issued at the earliest.

                  It is very unfortunate that the persons attending my calls every time hold my calls and say that the refund voucher is being issued but the same has not been issued so far.

                  Kindly look into my problem and solve it at once, please.

                              Hello,
                              I ordered two insect repellent from naaptol around 6 months back. However, these products were faulty. I demanded a replacement of those and handed over both the products. However, only one product was received back. I called and complained about it after 7 days as i was pretty much unwell during that period. I got a rude reply back that won't be helping me as the time-line is to complain back is max 48 hours.

                                Maine dt.21•02•18 ko zen neo 4g android mobile ka order kiya aur 26•02•18 ko received kiya. But delivery boy ne check kiye buna hi mujhse cash dene ko kaha. Maine pucha pehle open to karo. Usne kaha company iski permission nahi deti. Pehle payment karo baad mein pack open karo.. Aine same waisa hi kiya. Aur wo delivery boy chala gaya. After 3 hrs. Mobile hang hone lag gaya. Phir cust care par call kiya jawab mein service centre ko jaye kaha. Waha jaane ke baad service wale ne 350/ rs. Maange woh bhi diya after 2days same problem ab woh bolta hai company me bhejna padega... Pls support me. Nahi to mujhe legal tarike se jaunga.

                                  I also got a call from someone who called from mobile number [protected] at 9.53am today and twice before at 8.42am and 9.46am informing that we have won a tata safari and to deposit a sum of rs.15, 300/- towards registration in case we want car delivery and in case of cash in exchange to send money to a certain account number. Again he asked 34, 600/- ipayed it
                                  At last i know that it was fraud. So please do not respond to the call.

                                  I know this is a fraud call but what i want to tell is that someone from naaptol is involved in giving such information to the fraudsters otherwise how can they get our personal purchase details with date etc.

                                  Naaptol should take serious action against such people and keep a check on their staffs or take some security measures because ultimately naaptol will sufferdue to mistrust from people.

                                  some of your employees are sharing database to fraud it is 100 percentage grantee
                                  because they are saying list what you buy first from naaptol to till end how this data can be gone through don't say any stuff to the common people .iam one of the experienced people I also called many times to call center they said we resolve your problem as soon as possible but there is no reply from you management of naaptol
                                  .If have any power catch who is sharing database to fraud otherwise your management will face many problems by higher officials so, please don't or never share your details with naaptol and never make shopping with naaptol.so please understand the problem of all Indian who are becoming fools by this naaptol fraud.its a true life incident am sharing with all the people so that other people can aware of this type of thing happening in this society.we should be unity and we should be banned the naaptol until it stops these fraud type problems to common people.

                                    I purchased a bag from this naaptol, they first charged me 400extra for delivery, even tho the seller was in my city (Bangalore) and after i told them that product wasnt good and was damaged they told me that they cannot issue refund instead they will issue a 'refund voucher' this is a complete business strategy blunder. But thats not what i want. I want my full money back. Order id 45585745

                                      They show and say excellent quality bedsheets on tv, but are sending worst quality. Once money is gone.. They keep telling we are sorry.. Pls wait we will send our person for return pick up and a voucher in 4 to 5 days but it never happens. I have called for 7 days consecutively till today from 6th to 12th march 2018.. And the answer is keep them packed we will send our person!

                                      Getting call from [protected] asked for 6500 transfer the money to bank account to get TATA SAFARI worth of 12, 40, 000.

                                      Why don't the company take action upon these scammers . They misguiding and scamming from innocent people.

                                        First time i have taken product from naaptol but size was not fit then we complain (complaint number 31045938 dt. 19 feb 2018) to naaptol then we got cut cheap a low category product give our better product m size or give my money back i feel my money get waste so quickly action to my product.
