Dear manager,
I have purchased a silai machine invoice no 849l[protected], dated 29.01.2018.
Due to some reason, it was not used after delivery. Today when i tried to use it, after following all the instructions, it did not work. I tried with the help of batteries and power both but the main knob did not move. So, if someone is sent for checking it would be appreciated. Please, do the needful at the earliest. Whoever is coming to check can come between 4pm to 6 pm.

    I have purchase n1 tab from naaptol but piece is defective i have telephonically file complaint so many time but no solution they are just ignoring the consumer. No service centre is provided so that i can visit there and make my tab checked there. Naaptol are making customer harrasement. While placing order they are very helpful but after once product deliver they change their status please do the needful.

      I purchased scottish club 7pcs complete travel bag from naptol. When i received the product i didn't like the quality of the product and wanted to return the same. I raised a complaint vide no 31326522 on 05.03.2018 and escalated the matter to company representative and requested them to refund my money.
      Next day one of the representative called me and informed that the money can't be refunded instead they will provide a voucher which can be redeemed within a period of 6 months. I said that i am not interested in any of their products and requested for refund of money for which the company representative is not agreeable and disconnected the call abruptly.
      I have purchased many products through other online portals where i didn't experienced this kind of treatment. Whenever i was not satisfied with the product i got my money back.
      But naptol is the only company from where i experienced this kind of treatment.
      Kindly look into the matter as i don't want other people to be cheated

        I purchase scottish club 7pcs complete travel solution order no. 44861047 from naaptol. When i receive the product it doesn't fullfill my means on quality and i request for return. They call me but instead of return they offer me voucher validity of 6 months but i refuse for voucher. After some conversation they disconnect the call and don't pick after that. Still after 20 days of my request they told me that 'kahi bhi complain kar lo tumahara kuch nhi ho sakta chaye consumer complains he sahi' plz look into the matter. I she'll be very thankful.

          Order No. 45318626, I have taken electric roti maker last week. When we cooked roti, omlet, kabab on this the outer part is getting burned but inner part is not cooked properly. The taste of Kabab and omlet are really worst when made in this.When i called customer care and asked for return, They are refusing to return to return money or exchange with other product. I have already taken 7 pcs bag and yoge rope from naaptol, But i dint return them.When i dont like this item, They are not taking it back.I am totally dissatisfied with Naaptol and they are not bothered about customer satisfaction.

              The products i had ordered is not so good as i had guessed. There is damage for one item and rest is not so satisfactory. I had bought a pack of two sports shoes one sandal and a multipurpose bag as a set the shoes are not comfortable and the sandal has a damage so now am left with only the bag out of the set. Thats is useless without these things so i want to return them back.

                I also got call from number [protected] 3 times today when i was on a call. They claimed the same thing that i won tata safari value rs. 12, 80, 000. I need to deposit 1% of it in a private sbi account in the name of sanjeev kumar singh.

                Once i deposit, i will get the rs. 12, 80, 000 within 20 mins. The moment he said this, i got sceptical and called naaptol helpline who confirmed that this is fake & fraud call.

                I called back that number which was a call centre number and told him you guys are fraud and i will not deposit anything. He said ok and just hung up on me rudely.

                Be careful guys.

                Naaptol - what the hell are you doing? How is your information leaking?

                Your customers personal details are being shared illegally???

                Do something fast as i have seen this problems is years old.

                    I have purchased three jeans worth rs. 1499 and 300 rs. Delivery charges. But the jeans quality is so bad that I can't wear that. The color and febric is totally different totally worthless product.
                    What I have to do now. Even I can't return the item . very bad experience with naaptol. Very very bad
                    I don't like the product and I want to return it. The quality is not good of the product . And the gift voucher is not satisfying. It is not an offer, it is cheeting. Nothing in the voucher . I'm not satisfied with the product. I want my money back.

                      We ordered the 43 pcs stainless steel storage containers and serving set. Order no:24286127. We purchased this item with full confidence that company will give a product with high quality guarantees, but the plastic that company have used is of cheap quality, the plastic is very delicate and it is breaking very quickly within the 1st use. So most of the boxes that i have purchased has no lids. But still company is promoting these products in channels without any guilt. We requested for repay ment of my money without any delay otherwise i will take this to the consumer court for cheating me about the quality of the product. But the company rudely says that they cant replace it also. My mobile no to contact is [protected]. Thanking you. We are very disappointed with the product which the company have sold.                         My mother booked a product with naaptol. Before receiving the product, she received a call claiming to be from naaptol that she has won a lucky draw prize of tata safari or an equivalent prize money of rs. 12.8 lac. She was asked to pay a processing fee in the name of some ákash anand' in sbi account that was given by the caller.
                        She gave them my number and asked them to relay the procedure to me. They were fraudsters asking for money through cheque and they even started abusing when we refused to accept the offer.
                        Please take action against companies like naaptol who are sharing confidential customer information with third parties and fraudsters. They share commercials on tv and fool innocent people; especially elderly. One of my friends was even fooled for rs. 50, 000 via a similar scam phising call.
                        Kindly take naaptol into task on this. The company's customer service is bogus, they offer the worst products and then stoop to this level. The scam is run from - bihar and jharkhand states of india.

                          Ordered a ladies gown set from these cheaters called "naaptol" during july2017. They accepted the order, but upon delivery item was found to be totally different than what was ordered. Requested for a replacement, but they took the item back and conveyed that the ordered item is no longer available. Instead of refunding the amount, they told the money is kept in a wallet. So far fine. But once logged in to somehow utilise the money, they provide a new condition that in order to use the money, there must be minimum rs. 5000/- credit! Now, i don't need to buy any item worth that much from them. After couple of months they say the wallet credit is gone! This is nothing but plain theft / cheating.

                          Lesson learnt: stay away from these cheaters called naaptol!

                          Please refund the order amount of Rs.1600 back to the credit card, or atleast allow to use this amount to purchase any other item of equal value. Please don't impose such rules as minimum credit in wallet/loyalty points, just to make the customer pay more ! This is not followed by any other decent ecommerce vendor !?

                            In the name of 4G phones they are selling java based phone.Just misbranding and misleading the information.& When we ask for return or refund they are giving excuses that we can't do anything cause its your fault.
                            Farmers, workers are literally been looted..please make some action

                                I am seeing many complaints already registered against this on going fraud then why we are getting such fraudulent calls still i wonder.

                                Has Naaptol taken any step to grab the miscreants or just taken a back seat considering it to be just a call.

                                The concern is they not only waste our time but they play with the mind of people like they target housewives who can be cheated easily, their modus opurandi is well planned but poorly executed.

                                The silly chaps dont even know how to speak like a consumer care representative.

                                I have already registered a complaint with Naaptol.Lets see what happens.

After sometime a call from mob. No [protected] received saying about this prize. I request you to please enquire this and inform immediately.

                                      I have purchased a swipe tablet which was very bad in condition. My product order no.[protected]. Product quality was very poor and it was a damaged product. I have placed the order on 1 Feb 2018 and product received on 2nd Feb 2018. This product name swipe 3 in 1 gorilla glass tablet with keyboard . It's touch was not working too . So, I want the refund my money as earliest as possible.

                                        Dear sir maine 18.1.2018 ko ek order book kiya 3d nature bed sheet ka. But mujhe jo bheji gyi vo satrangi bed sheet thha. Inki kwality bahut kharab hi. Fabric bhi cheep hi. Isliye mujhe mere paise waapas kare. Maine kl aapke customer care no. Pr call krke complain bhi ki thhi unhone bola aapke paas 48 hr me call aayegi senior ki but abhi tak koi call nhi aai hi. Aapki service me itna time hi lagta hi saayad. Mera complain no.30480306 hi. Kripya mera product waapas lene ka kast kare. Please
