Order no: 43087139 received the courier on 30/12/2017 at 8:30pm and have paid 4100/= including diamond membership. The mobile touch screen is not ok bottom right side touch is not working on screen..

Worst online purchase... I have purchase a swipe mobile 3days back its not switched on i raised a complaint they told me to go to services center. The service center person is telling that there is a pattern lock.. It was not switch on from the day one how can we give the pattern lock.. Napptol is seeling a used product and worst product.. They have very worst way of explaining about the product information and when a customer is unhappy with the product dint have proper way of making them understand abt the product. Worst speaking way with the coustmer regarding any product or confusion of the product for the customer. Aak them to first sapek with the customer and clear the customer doubt regarding the product properly...

I had ordered saris from naaptol but the quality was terrible. Very poor quality cloth with smell that gave me a headache. I returned the product immediately. I called them for refund but they refused saying it is not policy. I have requested them many times but they threaten me saying do what you want.
