I am ajay kumar. Naaptol couriers team pickup the item from me 2 days back and they said will give you call in 24 to 48 hours 4 days ago for refund. Till date there is no response and when i called to customer care they don't even borther about.

Just few minutes ago i received fraud call from [protected] this no. and this guy said I am calling from naaptol and asking my debit card info and said I will provide you the refund.

Here I requested to solve my issue not to increase the fraudulent.

Please assist me or else I will take a big legal action.

    I have book a 1 pair of boots from naaptol.i have recieved it on 20th jan at 2 o clock in afternoon.after getting the product i have check the product but the shoes are big and loose then i have checked the size on the bill its size 10., but i have booked the size 9.i dont know whose mistake is this and also not recieved the glasses also.so its my humble request to you that kindly change the size 10 to size 9.because i want this on urgent basis.

        I got a message from an unknown number inside it was that I won a Tata safari worth 1240148 registration services 6500 from the number [protected] and [protected].they were asking me to pay the registration fees as soon as possible. I was smart enough so I googled it iam registering this complaint so that police official could track these cheating ### by tracking these numbers...

          I had ordered for 15 piece designer cook and serve set bearing order no.43608793 with free 5 piece kitchen tools. The product is sold by logistic centre auth agent of mahavir enterprise. The shipment was delivered to me on 11th jan 2018 and paid rs.1499/- to the deliverer and to my surprise instead of the above product i received black hair shampoo in the shipment and immediately i raised a compliant at naaptol. But till now i have not received my ordered product nor there is any positive response from naaptol to send my ordered product and take back the wrongly delivered product.

            I ordered the product on 2nd nov 2017 with order id: 41188892 and i got the same on 5th nov 2017. On 26th dec 2017 i went a picnic with my family and returned on 1st january 2018. During the trip 4 bags got damaged. The quality of the product that much worst. I then called the customer care number on 3rd january 2018 and i got a reply that with in 48 hrs an executive will contact me and do the necessary action. But till 6th january no support from your side i again called and the get the same reply. But this time they provide me the compliant number.[protected] and asked me to pack the product. I waited for the call from the executive. But no response. Then to now daily i called and yesterday they told that with in one hour the executive will surely contact me and collect the product and replace it with new one. But the same result happen. Today is 14th day that i am complaining.
            Kindly let me know what to do to replace the product.

            We have purchased 7 bag from naaptol. It is too worst. you show something else & send torned bag.We want money refund otherwise we will complain in consumer court.
            I am also going to do the same thing. I am going to file a complain in CBD Belapur consumer court. They are just scamming people. They are running a e commerce business but they don't have any payment gateway. It means they are doing it knowingly also just have a look to there refund policy. It will make you clear everything. Just log a complain in consumer court.

            The delivery boy asked me to pay Rs.1398/_(Rs.999+398)for the cost of product & delivery charge, but he did not give me the invoice copy at all . As soon as I took the delivery & opened the packet, I went shocked to see the poor stuff & useless colour of the product, immediately l asked the delivery boy to get it returned but he did not do so.
            It is requested to arrange to return the product with the cost of delivery charge & or supply me PanipatKambal( blanquet) inliew of the same.Pl. confirm by return mail.

            We buyed these 7 bags from naaptol 2-3 days ago and today they delivered it and those bags are completely different from the one which are shown . Worst quality. Bags are torn zips are not working properly, material is also completely different and when we are asking to return they are giving us voucher of 500 even though we don't want them also we are calling them but they are not talking properly

                I ordered a combo of 7 bags in 900 rs and received a used one which was terrible and broken, no response from the company. And the quality was so cheap, and the product was not even finished that was a semi-finished good like the thread was hanging from all over the bags all of them the 7 bags and the quality was like made with papers i mean like so cheap, and when i asked for a refund they are just providing me vouchers i mean how could that be a refund the balance is still with you and i haven't received my money so how could you call that a refund i dont need your vouchers this is unfair i mean comeon we are in 2018 and you guys still up with those fraud scemes how could you do that that is a tv channel too. I am so disappointed with naaptol service.

                  On 24th December 2017, I order 2 items of product code no. 13966, i. e. Nutriglow Sona Chandi Facial Kit, payment on delivery. I got a courier with Awb no. [protected], my order no. was 42997307. I made the payment of Rs 2597/- on receiving the same. Unfortunately when I opened the it, I found in the packet some other item. I gave a call immediately to customer care of Naptol as per them a senior person will call. Mr Sayad called from [protected] as per him I have to send this back and my product will come after one week, but when I said to send my product and collect this back he said that this is not in our policy. From last 10 days I am Calling again and again for this but not getting satisfactory reply, neither I got my material nor my cash.

                    On dt.2.01.2018 at 8.50pm during naaptol tv ads show for hair4real 5 minutes instant hair colour shampoo @rs.999.00 for 2packets. I have order the products, but when it reached to me claimed rs.1398.00. I never understand why and how you have cheated peoples. It really painic to any one. Courier changed never be so high it is ridiculous deal.

                      I ordered a xxl american indigo double sided premium winter jacket - black. (Order #[protected] i was told that i can exchange product within seven 7 days. But when i called within 7 days, they told i was supposed to call within 48 hours but i told them that 7 days was told me on call. They were agreed to return product as they were not having xxl size and promised to give me voucher worth 999/. But next i got call again. I the person on call told me that product can't be returned as i din't call within 48 hours and talked very rudely and cut the call. After that i got a sms like my complaint is resolved successfully. This was too ridiculous. I want my money back and return the product to naaptol.com. They are fraud.

                        As per the fake advertisement given by naaptol on its channel nt1 vide which they assured that they sell an instrument known as super sonic and if i install the same in my houses or any other premises, no lizard etc. Would be able to move with in sphere of 20 or 30 meter area. At their fake advertisement, i purchased the same for a consideration of rs.999/- in july or august 2017
                        But surprisingly, it was of no use at all and fully ineffective. Despite of my efforts, this company has not been paying my money of rs.999/- at all. They have just cheated me in order to extract money from me illegally and wrongly.

                        I want my money of rs. 999/- back along with all other compensation as you deem fit and proper.

                            Call received from [protected] on 26 dec 17 and continue disturbed to this daily call. Already informed to your company for take action but not taken any action.
                            Today also received call self identified prabhat singh from naaptol.

                            You are once again requested take action and who is the caller.

                            Other wise i will complain another place, against your company to information leak of customer and gain money.

                              I had placed an order for "instant electric heating tap - wall mount", item 14597, on 24.12.2017 after watching the promo on tv. The courier delivered the product today (28.12.2017). The plastic naaptol wrapper with the invoice stated the correct item details and we paid rs. 3098/- (Inclusive of delivery charges). When the plastic outer wrapper was removed the product inside was "royal chef' a product worth about 2000/- and not ordered by me. Will naaptol replace the wrong product with the right one??

                                We ordered soumya collection sarees for ₹2500 with a discount coupon of ₹5000 but v had to pay ₹3100 n didn't get any coupon with it.
                                We also ordered bacca bucci shoes for 2000/- and we were the 3rd lucky customer on that day with my husband's name (Kamal ganesh) v won ₹20000 naaptol cash n ₹5000 discount coupon, v didn't get any of these.
                                Then we ordered vellani jewellery for₹999 with discount coupon of₹5000 the order was given in april, v got delivered in may, the discount coupon got expired in march.
                                If we call to the customer care center, they just ask us to wait for 2days everytime we call till now, there is no response about that lucky draw or any coupon.
                                I know there will no response for this message

                                  I purchased "royal home ultimate sofa cum bed color: blue" (Order id[protected] from naaptol.com online shopping (Tna marketing) for inr3999 prepaid on 10th december 2017 with an expected delivery date of 18th december 2017. (Attached). The company neither acknowledged payment or confirmation of order by sms or mail (Even though this is a fully prepaid order)

                                  No calls have been received from 18th december to 23rd december about the delivery of the product. On 23rd december, when i contacted the contact centre (3 times), the service agents (Amit and ashraf) were only parroting that the product will be delivered before 1st january 2017.

                                  First, they are irresponsible for not acknowledging payment and booking my order for pre-paid order, then not calling me on the provided expected delivery date and telling me that the product will be delivered before 1st january as if it is routine to delivery they can and that they are doing a favour by selling their goods to me and that i should be glad to be provided the product, even if for payment.

                                  Due to horrible deficiency of service, i demand that the company pay me compensation of 10000 plus rent of my house 12000 (Where i could not sleep due to non availability of sofa cum bed) and another 25000 for the harassment by the company representatives during calls and cost of an entire day of follow ups and arguments with them on mobile 22500

                                    I ordered a silai machine for 1999 +delivery charges 399 from naaptol tv add on 18-12-17. I wanted to cancell the order, but everytime i called the lines were busy. They delivered within 2 hours (Which is absurd as i was told that 2-3 business days. Someone else received the order as i was out and was not informed that delivery will be made. I checked the product and the quality was very poor. I immediately called for return and refund. No warning was given that the product will not be refunded. They say they will give naaptol vouchers. I want refund, i don't want to buy anything from naaptol. My order id is 42772125. I want my money back in my account or by cheque. Full amount. Please look into the matter. I hope we will not lose faith from consumer forum.

                                        Worst online purchase... I have purchase a swipe mobile 3days back its not switched on i raised a complaint they told me to go to services center. The service center person is telling that there is a pattern lock.. It was not switch on from the day one how can we give the pattern lock.. Napptol is seeling a used product and worst product..
