I have purchased 6 set of necklaces and earrings from naaptol last month. When it was advertised on the television it was looking perfect and up to the standard. But the original product differs from the showed one when it was delivered to me. None of those can be used as it feel very cheap in quality from the look. I have called the naaptol customer care and reported the issue. They told me that they would call me within two days. But I didn't get any call hence I made a call after two weeks ie yesterday and one lady from the customer care told me that within 48 hour someone from the technical team will call me. She also told me that there product got 6 months warranty hence I don't have to worry and they will replace it. Today I got a call from the technical team and they told me that I should make a complaint immediately to get it replaced and now they can't not replace it since I made a complaint yesterday. Actually I made the complaint long back and naaptol didn't respond to my issue. The delay is from naaptol: now they are telling that I didn't report the issue on time and they don't have any record for my call history. Finally when I said that I'm going to make a complaint the customer care representative used many abusive words and which I could record finally. Since only jpeg files can be attached here I can't share the voice clip. Attaching the call history I had between naaptol. They are actually cheating the customers selling defective products and not ready to replace telling unjustifiable reasons.

Today i have received my product & open the product box i am shocked my product is not match of shown in add. My product is totally different of shown in add. Product has shown in add 11 nos but product received only 06 nos and his quantity is very low. I am not believe on online products in future. Faulty we receive, so please return and refund my money.

I purchased roti maker on october month and returned it as i received different colour. After my return for more than a month the product was not delivered. I placed cancellation request last week. I need my cancellation voucher. People in customer care not answering properly. They are very harsh and impolite. My order phone number is [protected]. I need the cancellation voucher. Now i want know its true or not. That person know me &he know what iam purchesd in ur shop. I think naaptol online shopping company doing like this fraud.

I received a call from unknown no. And the guy said "you win the tata safari from naaptol, and you need to submit 8500/- to collect your prize".
I'm pasting that sms which i got from that fake no.

I have ordered 7 sarees from naptol in the month of 1 month ago. While ordering the product i have got cash price of 5097. I have told that i can receive the gift in the next order (5097 worth of gift). I have ordered again on 28/09/2017 thru ph call. Invoice no. 847221s[protected]. I have received my order for 7 sarees but not received the gift. I have called again the ph no which you have provided in naptol tv but the person says that you have not claimed for the gift. But i am sure that i have remained them about my gift. And they have told me that they will dispatch the gift along with my order. But i have not received. Pl arrange to send me my gift as early as possible.

Hi, i ordered a sewing machine from naaptol. But i didn't like the machine as it's not tailored for my convenience so i requested them to take it back. Despite of me being very clear on this, they were beating around the bush and were not initiating the return process. Then after few days they told me that according to company policies we can't return your product as it's been more than 48 hours of your delivery. According to basic return policies, a company provides minimum return period of at least 10 days and they said it's 48 hours. And therefore i can't digest the fact that it's true. So i kindly request you to look into this matter.
Also when i asked them for the copies of company policies regarding return process they said it's confidential, which is again something conflicting as the customer must know the return policies.

I have ordered a swipe eco mobile, and now im using it as a iron box. When i initially switch on swipe mobile, it do hav a high temperature, heating issue, got hanged and can't use for the next few mins... This is my first impression on swipe mobile.. And further i contacted customer care to accept return but they conveyed with silly reasons and they argued me that i can raise complaint or do anything against naaptol. They know the holes. I have lost money, can't do anything with this.! Requesting you all not to buy anything from naaptol

My father placed a mobile phone order in the month of august 2017 from naaptol and later cancelled it.

On 7th september 2017, he got call/sms saying that he has won tata car as first prize in lucky draw. My father did argument on such scam call with the other person but after continuous all day discussion the caller convinced that he is from naaptol and this is not fake call. Moreover, he told that instead of car, he can deposit rs. 12 lakhs in my father's account for which he has to pay rs. 6500 into a sbi account.

Unfortunately, my father trusted and deposited the amount to caller's account. After few minutes of caller's confirmation, he again asked for rs. 18000 stating some policy. Here then we called to naaptol customer care and asked for details but they refused saying that there is no such call made from naaptol.

We called to the other person and mention that please return our amount we do not want any prize. He mentioned that by friday or latest by monday 11th september 2017 money will be credited into my father's account. But, this was not the case, we tried reaching out the person but he did not receive the call.
Hence, i raised complaint in naaptol customer care but one of the executive was very rude, was not cooperating with me and dropped the call stating that register fir. I made second call to customer care and that person suggested to write mail to back office team of naaptol. I dropped mail to them on saturday (23/09/2017) and did not receive any mail till now and today (27/09/2017), i was asked to wait for the response by another executive since the inquiry is going on.

Please, take this request ahead and catch hold of the team who is making such scam call.

All formalities were done and corresponding messages received from your end. With out specifying any reason that order was cancelled. After a few days, again the same articles were booked. Related messages were received from your office. 2-nd time that too was cancelled from your end with out any valid reason. We suspect that only to avoid the supply of the gift "rajouri rajwarda bedsheet" you are cancelliung our order continuously. On yesterday 19-th again i had ordered for the same articles, and i am in receipt of confirmation messages from your office. They have agreed to supply them on or before 27-th. Kindly look in to the matter seriously.

I have purchased products from naaptol.com after seeing their advertisement on televisions.
I ordered product in march 2017 which was kitchenware. The product had utensils whose size was smaller as compared to shown on the tv. I complained to them however they told that order is 48 hours old and nothing canbe done.
Moreover they gave me rs 5000/ worth discount coupons for various merchandise. The coupons were outrightly rejected by the partner companies both at shop and online. Inspite of repeated requests the coupons got wasted and no one solved my problem even after repeated complaints at naaptol. I have all recordings for the same.

With this purchase the naaptol company gave me some naaptol cash which they told will be redeemed once it is more than 5000/. So i ordered another product which is bedsheets. With that my naaptol cash is more than 6000/. Now company is asking me to buy another product to redeem naaptol cash, the condition which they never disclosed before for redemption of this naaptol cash.

I am feeling cheated with this commercial and unjustified behavior of the company "naaptol.com"
Please look into the matter so that the unjustified loot be prevented and innocent buyers principles be safeguarded.

I got a fake letter from naaptol online shopping pvt ltd. It says i got first prize tata safari car or 15 lac. It demanded 1%, 2%, 6% amt to be trfd to sumankumar
Sb a/c [protected] ifsc sbin0008311, bihar. I trfd total ₹60000+17.70 then i thought it should be a scam. One person cell number[protected] talked to me all the time demanding 6% to be trfd to said a/c. I wanted my money to be refunded. I already made complaint to both banks. Remitter and recipient bank. Also to naaptol.
Pl. Guide me how to get back my money from sumankumar.

Someone called from naaptol telling i got maruthi suziki car prize his no is [protected] if i want to get the prize he is asking 45000 money. The messages are coming from vk-naaptl. I want to know whether it is real or fraud
And if he is fraud how does he know all the details with address his name is aakash kumar he said i got prize and i need to pay 8600 rupees for transport tax. We thought it is for real and send money and he sednd another msg saying he need to pay rto tax of 16200rupees we paid that too. Again he is askig for another 20000 for insurance. We rejected the prize and refund. From then on they r not replying and not lifting our call. They even gave me driver no and executive no manger name acc no there numbers are

My order no is 27253468. I had ordered an electric tandoor. I did not like the product as i could not use it. Therefore, i asked for return and money back. But now they have taken the product back and also did not refund my money. It is very shameful for a company like naaptol to have such cheap behavior towards their customer. Please help me out to get my money back of rs 2000.

Naaptol is a fraud, scam site founded by fraudster - manu agarwal & mohamed khan. There are in numerable complaint /case against naaptol in consumer court.

Apart from that they sell customer info to scamster and claim bogus gifts.

Luck drow call 3 -4 time after naptol order. The last call received[protected]
Got a call from this number, said talking from naptol. Said you won tata safari car or cash of 12lac. The guy asked me to deposit money of 12500 and registration fees of 6500 in their pvt account number. I counter checked the details on google and got to read the scam. We, the consumers should file a complaint against the company and such scams. I'll file a petition soon and shall post the link on this website too... Need to raise voice against such scams guys. After this, my wife call to customer care of naptop, how may information is leaked some fraud person, they did not any satisfactory answer.

My mother has been called by phone no. +91 [protected] where a person who is talking in up local illiterate and in non professional hindi language has called and informed that my mother has won the first prize worth rs. 1280000 and she has to pay rs.8400 as registration fee and share the account no. Where the amount will be credited in 20 mins post payment. They sent an sms on my mother's mobile no. And this shows that naaptop officials are involved in sharing the details of customers. My mother bought a manual juicer of low value which made me think again if this is genuine call or a fake call.
If anyone of you has faced any such incident in the past, please report and also lodge an fir to this company and its owner if this is not real.
