I bought bed sheets twice from naaptol. Observed that the details of customers viz. Name and telephone numbers are leaked out to come criminals who are sending fake messages in the name of im-naptel stating that i won tata safari in naaptol tv show and calling to my cell no. From [protected]. The person speaking in hindi asked my bank details to credit prize money.

Not worthy spending,,, rs 1199/- i, isent back to naaptol for refunding money since 4th aug 2017 i, had paid rs 1199/- sent my banking proof and names etc =they, r not refunding??? Frauding??? Why cheating-as i have been sending information on whats app-as well as on fone calls - they give bogus reply — product was sent back (Suntech dtdc courier delhi) 15/aug/2017 seven times talked with customer care officer, knowingly giving wron reply

I have purchased a mobile phone swipe make vide sl. No-r[protected] through the naptol. The same was delivered to me on 29.08.2017. The tuch screen of the mobile is completely defective. I have contacted to cutomer care five times on 01.09.2017. Every person replied me that they are sending the address of service centre located at patna but failed to comply. Kindly take it at most urgent by chaingig the mobile set or returned my money

On 21st of aug 2017 i have ordered one car jack combo from naaptol,, i have received the products time but when i had open the box i found all the product either used or defective... After complaint i got the replacement in three days.. But guess what this products are missing.. Naaptol is sheer wastage of time... My order no is 38673926

I am anil kumar have ordered a juicer from naaptol.

But the ordered was not delivered to me due to some reasons. However they contacted to me & told they will be delivering at my address & there after they didn’t call me.

But today a person bearing ph no – [protected] called at my phone number & my wife picked the phone & he said you have won a safari 4-wheeler.

My wife replied we haven’t received the order how we won the safari 4-wheeler.

Then, all of a sudden that guy started saying slangs.

And when i tried to reach him & talked to him he disconnected after sometime & not receiving the call.

I am going to raise a police complain against the ph. No & naaptol.

I bought a callmate smart watch by order no 38196987 dated: 07 aug 2017 which i received on 30 aug 2017. When i try to start the watch it did not started. And this is not charging. I called your customercare numbers. I also send an e-mail to repair defective watch and also send photo of bill. My e-bill no is 6309. But the watch is not starting nor charging. Plz try to repair this watch

One man telephoned me from naaptol like i got tata safari. You want money or car. Actually not for me for my sister in law. As she dont know hindi i answered them. She told she want money and. As they told we send 6500 and again told 20000 for tax. I send it. Now they are telling they want gst money. I asked for my money back. They are not answering now. I got a sms/call that i have won tata safari in a lucky draw contest as per my shopping at naaptol.com. The call was made from the no. [protected] and the person on other side gave me 2 options, either to receive it at my house or to give me the amount but before i have to deposit 12, 800 in his bank account as per the charges. Obviously it's a fake as in any case i would have to give him the money beforehand. These scams should be stopped.

Dear sir/madam,

I order 7 bags via order no 38442223, consignment no 829l[protected] and order date 14/08/2017.

I received delivery on 16 aug 2017 around 8 pm and asked delivery boy to let me check first then i will receive the delivery he refused me to do so and left.

After checking i found 2 bags out of 7 has been torned then i called on customer care no to register my complaint on 16 aug 2017 9:11 pm (Duration of call was 5 mins 48 secs). He told me that he will send delivery boy to collect the defective pisces of bags and replace it within 10-15 days.
After 5 days i. E on 21 aug 2017 i receive sms like "your order is out of delivery" but no delivery has been made
Till 28-aug-2017.
Therefore, again i called on 28th aug 2017 for delivery not happened and told about my all conversation but customer care executive (Lady) says that your replacing period is over so we can't able to replace your product.

Please refund my money or replace the defective product as soon as possible

The product pertains to car washing and cleaning kit was ordered which was not up to the mark. As a customer i was not satisfied with the product and want to return the product but the naaptol.com company denied for acceptance and return of product, which is not appropriate.. As a brand this does not suit them for such action. They are bound to and liable for accepting the returned products which other well known company, online shopping sites and reputed brand does. Being a brand if they cannot do so then the said company cannot last long or will not have existence in few times. I would appreciate if company can accept the returned product and deliver the cash to customer over the counter...

The company is making fool out of customers by announcing wrong deals. It is an harassment of the customer. It has happened few times with me when i have purchased few items after discussion with naaptol representatives, but after making purchase they have refused to accept the deals.

The company has also leaked my details as i received call from naaptol and was informed that i have won a car and they asked us to submit the registration charges which we identified was fake call. The question is how we got my purchase details along with other personal details.

I want to raise complaint against naaptol.

Obviously it's a fake as in any case i would have to give him the money beforehand. These scams should be stopped.

Dear sir,

I have ordered a phone from naaptol which of different specification but delivered product is of different specification. I asked cs team to get replaced my product the cs team told to solve my query within 2 days.
After 2 days without replacing and talking to me closed my query without resolving.

Plz help me to get my money back or to get specified product which i have ordered.

Fraudulent call stating u have won tata safari and asked me to pay rs. 6500/- as registration fees in his account.

Sms i received is
Naaptol you winner first prize tata safari storme vx varicor and price 12, 40, 148.00 registration charges rs.6, 250 helpline number [protected] [protected]

I received a call from one mr. Rakesh agarwal mobile number [protected] he said i won a tata safari prize and that i need to pay only rs.8500/- registration service charges and i was asked to provide my id and photograph. I was surprised initially then i asked him to give me his id representing naaptol first. He promised to do that. But did not send any details. Later i made a google search and got convinced that his call was a fake.
Dear citizens beware of such fake offers. Never part with any id without making a thorough study of the company/caller.

Today i got a fraud call from a mobile number ([protected]) and the person on the other side claimed that he is calling from naaptol.com and he told me that i have won a tata safari car in a lucky draw and in order to avail that offer, i have to deposit 12000 rupees to the person's bank account. On asking about the bank account details, he gave me the following details:

Please look into it and let me catch hold of this impostor.
