Received an envelope delivered by a post man regarding a fraud scratch card addressing a win of a Mahindra SUV. Reading more regarding this, I came across a lot of people being victims of this scam as the claiming rules instruct you to pay a 4% tax payment. Personal information of innocent individuals are being misused for such crappy scams. The company must take responsibility for leaking or misuse of customer contact information or even if someone is using their company name without its awareness.

I got registered post from naaptol pvt. Ltd. Im got selected for lucky draw contest I got a letter, its real or fake.

I bought a some products last year, but after that Naaptol agents keep calling for promotional offers. Problem is the agents keepon callimg minimum of 8 to 20 times rven after polite refusals. The agents call you unlit you are furious to hear. Its been going on from past 1 year now n I have blocked Naaptol. Now thry keep on calling round the clock from multiple numbers.

I received one letter from indian postal service . When I opened it I found the letter and one scratch card in it. I'm thinking that it is fake, spam and fraud . So I'm complaining about this issue. Please take nessaary action on those who involved in this scam. Please do need full.

मैने नापतोल से 27मई को एक प्रोडक्ट ऑर्डर किया था ऑर्डर id[protected]हैं. जो कि मुझे 31मई को प्रोडक्ट मिला जब मैं प्रोडक्ट को खोल कर देखे तो प्रोडक्ट डैमेज और बहुत ही गंदा क्वालिटी का था .तो मेने नापतोल कस्टमर केयर में फोन किए और उनको पूरी बात बताएं. उसके बाद उन्होंने कंप्लेंट लिया .और ना कोई कॉल आया ना ही कोई मैसेज या ईमेल लेकिन फिर बिना कस्टमर से पूछे कंप्लेन क्लोज कर दिया गया ..और आज तक कोई भी नापतोल से respone लिया गया. आज मेने फिर नापतोल कस्टमर केयर में फोन किए तो उनके तरफ से बहुत ही गंदा भाषा था. तुमको जहां कंप्लेंट करना है कर दो. मेरा कोई बाल भी बांका नहीं कर सकता. सर हम बहुत गरीब आदमी है

i had purchased a portable fan cum light product by paying 799/- when the productreached my place it was damagwed and morever i was not satisfied with the product. i immediately raised a complaint for return and the same was acknowledged by your cioimbatore office. now it is 2 months no one has come to collect the retured material and it is lying with us. we keep getting messages that they will collect in 5 days but no boby comes.

i am a senior citizen and my money is struck for your non complaince. i finally request you to take back the material and give the credit such that i can purchase some other product.

if i dont get areply from your end i will post this in the facebook and twitted whxch will tamper your image

Got a scratch card by post from naaptol which says I have won 9.30.000 rs cash prize in lucky draw. With a helpline no. On it . [protected], when I called he asked for my bank details on WhatsApp. Now I m worried about my account. I called naaptol customer care to ask whether they are celebrating their 11th anniversary so they said no nothing is like that . I think it’s a fraud. Please suggest what should I do ?

Recently We had ordered 8 bed sheets worth 300 plus each but they had send us very poor quality cheap material .

We had received good quality with same design two years back so only booked again for a gifting purpose but this time they cheated on the quality. they had sent us duplicate sheets.
We have received this on April 9 2022 ., they said they will send on 27 April 22 but all of a sudden their delivery boy called and delivered the product to home.

I had to order three four time to get this since the order was getting cancelled/ rejected, if they were out of stock they could have let us know instead sending this low quality product. I came to know this now because I gifted this to my mom, informed me this ; its absorbing the moist and bed is getting wet. the material is too bad for using.

I want good quality sheets, easy to wash and long lasting, which will not shrink or they have to repay my money with delivery charge rupees 400.

I have paid to receive this 2400/-
I am expecting an action against this cheating and i dont know how many they had fooled..

Naaptol Online Shopping send me a massage and post and Said you won 11, 50, 000. And he ask a details of me and said to deposit to 11, 500 and again he said to deposit to 34, 000 for TDS Tax on withdrawal your 11, 50, 000, and what we do now, I lost already 11, 500

I've received a scratch&win coupon along with a description letter saying that i've won KIA SELTOS as part of the 13th anniversary celebrations of naaptol online shopping services pvt. Ltd. The registered speed post letter saying that i've to contact the given number to redeem the bagged price and to pay the 4%tax in advance.Address given in the said offer letter and the sender address of the cover are different

I ordered a product on 17th April 2022 named 10 Pcs Stainless Colored Handi Set. The prodect has been delivered on 21st of April 2022. I paid the money to delivery boy via (COD) hand to hand. Which was 800 rupess. But the quality of the product was unsatisfied. That's why i returned the product on 22nd of April.

It's been over a week but i didn't get any payment refund information. I contacted Naaptol customer care more than 20-25 times, but they didn't provide any helping info.

Ive got an envelope from Naaptol that indicates it's giving such amount to few consumers for celebrating their 12th birth day..so I've searched about that in online..it says no contest announcement from their official page..but I've fill ed form and sent to their whatsapp number [protected]... but now I got some scare about my bank details and Aadhar number sent to their whatsapp number..so please register this complaint and take quick action before happening big tragedy.

I got a letter from naaptol online shopping that i have received 980000rs scratch card coupon...and i calles the helpline number and they ask me to pay 4550rs as TDS fee and again they ask me to pay 18800rs as RBI fee... totally i paid 23350rs and i got scammed by this naaptol online shopping... please some help me
