Today morning my wife got call many times between 10 and 11 am from phone no. [protected] claiming that she got prize of tata safari vx model. She told me jubilantly, but i had doubts about the call. I called back on that number. On my enquiry he told that he is anil singh calling from naaptol and repeated that my wife got the lucky prize of tata safari valued at rs. 12, 60, 000/- she could take the vehicle or take cash. He further told that she would require to deposit rs. 27, 600 in case she wanted cash and rs. 12000 in case she opted for the vehicle, in some bank account. When i asked him how to make sure that it is from naaptol you are calling, he replied he would send the relevant contact details. He did not send the details.

My wife saw naaptol tv commercial ad and purchased some articles by placing order by calling the number advertised on the tv commercial. My question is how the fraudster knew about the purchases my wife made from naaptol. When i searched the internet i found there were many such complaints.

Please take action against the fraudsters who might be in collaboration with
Naaptol or their outsource partner

We ignored the message as now a days we get fake messages.. We got call twice and my mom gave my contact no and i spoke to mr gowtham mihsra and he explained same thing... I said i don't believe... How do i trust.. He gave toll free no mentioned above a. Nd u can get ur details and pro. Of as. Well... I. Called that no and he said this is naaptol toll free no and this is big company why will we do such fraud.. If any fraud then u can lodge a complaint... Then listening to him and deposited 8500/*- to ac no: [protected], sbi a/c...

This whole thing happened on 14th july... After 30 minutes i got call stating i need to pay 2% tax of 25k... Now i again got doubt, then i said im not interested in ur price pls payback my money... That guy said he will deposit back money to my acc... I even recd message from sbi stating rtgs done but till now no amt got credited.. I keep calling to those numbers above... Gowtham says going to bank.. Will chk.. Some prob with server, some # reasons he is giving... Now my patience level broke and i am posting complaint.. If this is really fraud then how those ppl have my contact and address details and u r responsible for my money... If not i want naaptol to payback my money..

Hi, yesterday i have received sms ad-naptol saying that hyundai i10 worth of rs 6 lakh, for that they have asked processing fee of rs 6, 000, and asked me to contact @[protected]. When i contacted them they gave account details mr ramagiri, sbi a/c no [protected], branch hatiara, ifsc sbin0012376. They are trying to cheat with having our data base, need to initiate severe legal action, else many people may get cheated.

Please avoid buying in naaptol. My uncle buy a jewel set from them they canvased him to buy diamond membership, he is illitetrate he order from one mobile and give different number for diamond membership. The person take the order from naaptol didnot explain anything about it and terms and conditions. When we recieve the jewels set it is very worst quality and also different from shown on tv. So we ask for refund, they take the product and...

I have purchased a product (Juicer and slicer) from naaptol and the order no is 37262438 on 09-jul-17 and product delivered on 10-july-17. But when i used that product the juice and slicer both is not working and the quality wasn't good. I would like to refund my money rs. 1398. They are not looking at my issue and one of customer executive from naaptol has denied giving the refund.

I request you to look into my issue.

Customer support executive wrongly committed that the voucher issued will be valid for 1 year but found it got expired when tried placing order in 11th month from the issue date of voucher.
Please either reactivate the voucher or issue new voucher.

At present the track record of Naaptol is displaying that the order is ready to be dispatched but not yet dispatched. Finally i need to cancel my order.

My mother received a call that she was a lucky winner of the Naaptol lucky draw. Being absolutely sure that it will be a scam I called them and started questioning about their policy and I spoke to 3 people and when they realised I'm trying to take their case they started disconnecting my call. Furthermore, when I confronted them that all this is a scam and they're trying to fool people I noticed a drastic change in the tone of their voice and guess what I got abused back eventually. I really hope no one transfers these losers a single penny !!

I got a message to my phone number from naptol company saying ;
hi sir you are winner of naaptol company you win-1st prize (tata safari) price of Rs-12, 80, 000 registration charges rs=8400. on details, contact me=

[protected].

i called to[protected] number and spoke to them.
they said the same thing what i have got in the message.

i dont know how far this is true.
but please do avoid these kind of messages

They are calling again and again and saying you got a Tata Safari in draw.they are also saying to pay 65000 in order to get that prize.the person is calling again and again and sending messages forcing us to pay that amount.I have also seen other customer complaints regarding this of Naaptol. I really feel they are fraud. action should be taken immediately.

I got one call mobile no :[protected], caller giving information regarding my order, he had my order number, my contact no, my address.

He giving me one offer that my order win the lucky draw and i got 1 car, but need to service tax and for expense, asking me rs.10000,
He giving me office address :
Sector 63, plot no 92, shop no 61, naaptol, agent name: raju malhotra.

Please check, caller is truly employee of naaptol, if yes, then why he had asking money.
If he is not naaptol employee, then how he had my naaptol order detail with address contact number, any miss use of my detail, who is responsible.

Please try to check and hope to do needful.

I had purchase a combo pack of shoes, sunglasses, a pair of shocks and a watch, altogether it cost me Rs1400 with shipping charge included, but the sad part is i didn't like any of the items. The quality which was displayed in naaptol channel in TV, it is not even close to that. So I am very much disappointed with my product. I want my money to be refunded in my bank account as soon as possible. I hope that my request will be granted. Thank you.

We got a message that we have won can we got call from mobile no. [protected] on July 3, 2017 we were explained you will have to pay only Rs. 6500/- that is registration charges only and nothing should be paid, I had asked several times that please tell us properly nothing to be paid said no only you will have to pay 6500l I was told to deposit the money in the name of Ganesh Patra A/c no [protected] IFSC code SBIN001367 STATE BANK OF INDIA we deposited the amount July 4 again he called said give me the confirmation of bank whether you have deposited I said OK he again called that I have received the money then he said now I need you ID proof to make papers at RTO office then too he is not telling me that I will have to pay the money for paper work when I got the ID ready and sent to him immediately I got message that you have won car now you will have to pay Rs. 48500/- then I called him I asked him he said when you are winning the car free then RTO papers we have to prepare how will you run the car. My question when I am winning car that means they should send the car to me at the following address given, he said no until you pay the amount of Rs. 48500/ we cant deliver the car, I again spoke to him on the phone I said the amount of Rs. 6500/- what I have paid please return it back he said no we cannot return now your name is registered in RTO henceforth if you would like to buy a car you do not have to money. Sir Once again request you to refund my amount what I have paid. I do not want car but do not cheat people like this no body will buy thing of your product.

Hello I have got a call & text msg today from naaptol call centre and been told that i owned first prize i.e. Tata Safari in naaptol lucky draw. He asked me to pay service charge or if i wants to exchange the prize into cash then asked me to pay cash.
Here is the text msg coopied plz check-

Badhai Ho Aapne NAAPTOL Se Products liya Tha Jisme Lucky Drawa Me 1st praize TATA SAFARI Ka Winner Bne Hai Call[protected].(Winner Char-Rs-8500/-&12600/-)

Is this true? As per my knowledge naaptol is not providing cash in exchange of prize. That person had called me through out a day so many times.Then i give a call to naaptol custmore care number so lady executive said its fraud plz dont take serious.Naaptol company will take legal action for the same.

Now I have contact no [protected] Mr.Subham and he send to me Bank Deatail as SBI bank A/c no [protected] Account holder Name-Krishna Kumar.

Request you to indian consumer complaints forum plz do the needful ASAP.

We are going to file the FIR in police station for the same.

Hello I got a call today from naaptol call centre No. +91 [protected], and been told that she owned first prize i.e. Tata Safari in naaptol lucky draw. He asked to pay 5000/ as service charge or if I wants to exchange the prize into cash then asked me to pay 5000/ -. Is this true? As per my knowledge naaptol is not providing cash in exchange of prize. That person had called her through out a day so many times.

Kindly reply. Was that a true call or fake?. Does Naaptol ask winners to pay anything for the prize?.

I ordered 50 pcs designer dinner set from naaptol for 1500 rs.
First of all they didn't tell me about 400rs shipping charge extra.
They confirmed my order through phone call but didn't talked to me about any extra shipping charge.
Plus they sent me totally different set of dinner set from shown on tv.
All i want is refund my all the money back i paid to you including shipping charge.
Stop cheating on consumers.
