I also received same fake call from [protected] today morning at 8.30am and also a message regarding tata safari and cash prize from naaptol. The person was illiterate and saying that he is manager. When i called toll free number provided by him [protected] it got connected to naptol call center and that person confirmed his name and number too.

I was just fool gaming with this people...

Immediately same person called me back saying that call center has replied him.

This need to be really cracked down. This # are just looting innocent people.

Napptol need to be careful regarding handling people information.
I bot economy mobile phone via naptool (Stating gorilla glass [unbreakable]). Its screen cracked when it fell from 2 ft. Company is sealing such fraud product without verifying them and on top of that careless about our personal information.

Please stop buying from them...

I brought a ilo rice cooker from your naptol. That cooker is too small for my family. And also it's not mention on live display. So i register a return complaint on customer care. On 30/7/17 i have received a call and that executive misbehave with me and told that we are not to take return back your cooker.

That's why being a american company (Amazon) written on his add india ki apni manpasand dukaan.

Customer service is main priority but i didn't think how poor customer service provide by naaptol.

So if ilo rice cooker not get return back from me i will do a consumer complaint on consumer court. Product order no: 3775407.

I have on last week of june 2017 booked one sweing machine thru naptao
Who in turn informed tat by 3rd of july it will be delivered but by the delivery
Date it was not delivered and told the order is cancelled and fresh is booked which will be delivered on 13th july, which also they could not do and informed
That the courier could not deliver same and again cancelled. On enquiry
I was told that the order is cancelled and booked again which will be deliverrf
On 24/26th july 17 and again it was not deliverd and send a message that
Courier could not deliver same as home/shoo is closed.

In fact 24 hours people are in the house and they never turned down to my
House for attempting delivery and they were not even bothered to call me prior to delivery attempt.

It is clearly understood that naptol is trying to fool customers like this so many have experienced this type of behaviour.

Now naptol is unable to supply the items ordered but giving false promises only.

My mom purchased some items from naaptol few weeks back. Yesterday, she got a call from a person (With hindi accent from bihar), who proclaimed to call from naaptol and told her she had won some lottery of ₹12, 80, 000 or tata safari. I searched the no. On truecaller and the no. Was registered as 'naapol'. This guy then asked to deposit ₹12, 800 for the car's 'registeration' or telling him bank account no. For cash deposit along with aadhar card details. I knew it was a fraud call
I called naaptol giving them the number of this fraud. The issue that i have is how dare this guy get all details to our transaction?! He has my exact address details with time and date of ordering! It's so unfortunate my mom shopped from naaptol. Organized online retailers such as flipcart, amazon keeps such information highly confidential. Shopping from naaptol is goddamn risky

I had ordered an item from naaptol telebuy (14 peices stainless steel vessels) for rs 2398 on 17th july 2017 and received the product on 24th july 2017. When i opened the box, the items were not complete and the items were also damaged. I called naaptol customer care so many times asking for a full refund of the money that i have paid and they were not willing to do so. One guy called me back and spoke with me in a very rude manner using harsh words and told me to do whatever i can do but they will not give my money back. I have also informed that i am going to move it legally and their reply was so irritating that they stated that they don't even care about the legal issues. I am totally disappointed. I never thought that you were such a huge scammers snatching money from people through your fake advertisement and worst customer service. I bring to your kind information that yesterday morning i got a call from [protected] on my phone number, the person durgesh sharma said he is calling from naapol and he confirmed my residence address, further he said that i am a winner of a tata safari in a lucky draw of naaptol.com since i purchased bacca bucci shoes 2 months back from naapol.com post viewing the product on tv.
He said that either you can take the tata safari car or take money 12, 60, 000/- in cash that would be transferred to your bank account. He wanted me to share my bank account details to which i objected and told him that he can send me an account payee cheque instead. He also mentioned that in order to get the lucky draw prise of tata safari, i would also need to transfer 12, 600/- as processing fee which confirmed my doubts on listening to his demand. I told him that i will call him back, then i called naapol customer service from my number [protected] and enquired about the luck draw they told me that it was a fake call, that a few days back naaptol.com website was hacked and information of customers were stolen. I have recording of both the calls.
Post that i called the guy durgesh sharma and he still tried convince me because he had all my personal information. I am sure it was a fake call and not from naaptol.com, when i told him that i will report to police he threatened me by saying “i know your address”.
I would really want to understand, is this carelessness on part of naaptol.com that their website gets hacked or customer information gets leaked like this? Or is naaptol selling my personal information to such thugs and criminals who are wanting to dupe me since they have my personal information?
I need an explanation.

I have received a call from [protected] about winning a tata safari costing about rs.12, 60, 000 based on my recent purchase from naaptol at 9.01 today (25.07.2017). I have also received 2 (Two) sms congratulating me for winning such prize. It has been mentioned that offer is valid for today only. I have been asked to contact their toll free no at [protected] for details in the matter. I have been asked to deposit around rs.7, 000/- towards registration service in bank today only. The person was reportedly calling from jharkhand.
I am of the opinion that a gang of fraudster is operating to cheat the common people and investigating agency should look into the matter to track down the culprits.

Friends please naaptol se koi product naa kharide ye logo ki baat nahi mante.
Maine product kharide se pahele pucha ki products pasand naa aane pe return kar sakta hu kya usne kaha aap bilkul return kar sakte hai. Lekin deliver hone ke baad ye log koi response nahi dete aur kahte hai return nahi hoga.
So please don't purchase any product from naaptol.

Today morning my wife got call many times between 10 and 11 am from phone no. [protected] claiming that she got prize of tata safari vx model. She told me jubilantly, but i had doubts about the call. I called back on that number. On my enquiry he told that he is anil singh calling from naaptol and repeated that my wife got the lucky prize of tata safari valued at rs. 12, 60, 000/- she could take the vehicle or take cash. He further told that she would require to deposit rs. 27, 600 in case she wanted cash and rs. 12000 in case she opted for the vehicle, in some bank account. When i asked him how to make sure that it is from naaptol you are calling, he replied he would send the relevant contact details. He did not send the details.

My wife saw naaptol tv commercial ad and purchased some articles by placing order by calling the number advertised on the tv commercial. My question is how the fraudster knew about the purchases my wife made from naaptol. When i searched the internet i found there were many such complaints.

We ignored the message as now a days we get fake messages.. We got call twice and my mom gave my contact no and i spoke to mr gowtham mihsra and he explained same thing... I said i don't believe... How do i trust.. He gave toll free no mentioned above a. Nd u can get ur details and pro. Of as. Well... I. Called that no and he said this is naaptol toll free no and this is big company why will we do such fraud.. If any fraud then u can lodge a complaint... This whole thing happened on 14th july... After 30 minutes i got call stating i need to pay 2% tax of 25k... Now i again got doubt, then i said im not interested in ur price pls payback my money... That guy said he will deposit back money to my acc... I even recd message from sbi stating rtgs done but till now no amt got credited.. I keep calling to those numbers above... Gowtham says going to bank.. Will chk.. Some prob with server, some # reasons he is giving... Now my patience level broke and i am posting complaint.. Hi, yesterday i have received sms ad-naptol saying that hyundai i10 worth of rs 6 lakh, for that they have asked processing fee of rs 6, 000, and asked me to contact @[protected]. When i contacted them they gave account details mr ramagiri, sbi a/c no [protected], branch hatiara, ifsc sbin0012376. They are trying to cheat with having our data base, need to initiate severe legal action, else many people may get cheated.

Please avoid buying in naaptol. My uncle buy a jewel set from them they canvased him to buy diamond membership, he is illitetrate he order from one mobile and give different number for diamond membership. The person take the order from naaptol didnot explain anything about it and terms and conditions. When we recieve the jewels set it is very worst quality and also different from shown on tv. So we ask for refund, they take the product and refund it through voucher. But the refund voucher is not usable in diamond membership mobile. So we have to buy shipping charges of 400 again instead of diamond membership with us. When we contact customer care they told our terms and conditions does not allow to change the voucher to be usable in diamond account. So if we want use voucher value 999 we have to pay shipping charges of 399 again even though we paying diamond membership of rs.500+. So every will be alert with this company. Careful.

I have purchased a product (Juicer and slicer) from naaptol and the order no is 37262438 on 09-jul-17 and product delivered on 10-july-17. But when i used that product the juice and slicer both is not working and the quality wasn't good. I would like to refund my money rs. 1398. They are not looking at my issue and one of customer executive from naaptol has denied giving the refund.

Customer support executive wrongly committed that the voucher issued will be valid for 1 year but found it got expired when tried placing order in 11th month from the issue date of voucher.
Please either reactivate the voucher or issue new voucher.

My mother received a call that she was a lucky winner of the Naaptol lucky draw. Being absolutely sure that it will be a scam I called them and started questioning about their policy and I spoke to 3 people and when they realised I'm trying to take their case they started disconnecting my call. Furthermore, when I confronted them that all this is a scam and they're trying to fool people I noticed a drastic change in the tone of their voice and guess what I got abused back eventually. I really hope no one transfers these losers a single penny !!
