Return my money @3399/-

Too much noise coming when we start the paint spray machine, we paid @2999 + 399 delivery charges rs. Its more then double price at market rate but same is not good hence we do not wants please return this heavy noise paint spray machine.

As I ordered Air cooler of Kelvinator but it does not give cooling air for this purpose only we purchased it but it is failed as per my expectations & also it is not as shown on TV. Kindly refund my paid amount as soon as possible. I want my money at any cost. Such a loot by naaptol.com which should be banned by Indian govt. Please everyone make sure not to buy a single thing from naaptol it's a loot company.

I purchased the cooler and it was delivered last evening and as I open to use it and the product didnt work. I called customer service more than 10 times but no answer. Then I wrote then an email and today they replied stating contact the service center as it has warranty but there is no exchange. Why should I take a defect product. I need it to be returned. This company is fake company, please dont buy from them...

From many days, I am calling to return the product however no one is coming to collect the product and I am not getting my refund. Customer care executives also not provinding proper answer when a person will come to collect the product. I need my money back now. I think money amount is too low for you but it is very much valuable for me.

I never observed such bad customer service from any online shopping sites. Your Customer executive are also big liers. We are talking to customer executive though they are saying that they dont receive calls from our side.

I ordered for a non-stick cookware. The product delivered to me is not non stick and there are defects in the product. I called up the 7000 number the guy was very arrogant and did want to refund at any cost.

I have bought a tab(Ubislate 7DC*) from naaptol on 30 Oct 2016 and now it is not working properly.My order no:[protected].Warranty -Tablet, Handset and Netbook-12 months.Battery/Charger/other accessories-6 months.Please refund RS.2999 .please do the needed as early as possible

Order 35888278 placed on naaptol on 27/05/2017 by calling[protected]. Rs. 2398/- cash on delivery was paid. Naaptol is cheating people, don’t trust naaptol advertisements, luxury queen 3d printed double bed sheets with satin finish thick material is being shown on tv but very cheap quality product, rotten material, duster quality cloth, without any brand seal, faded print, rotten stuff has been sent which is very badly finished. It has been delivered to me by star vintage home textiles on naaptol/ guru kirpa enterprises behalf. Defective lowest quality product has been received. Naptol is not reliable. Naptol should refund money with damages or replace with stuff matching quality shown on tv.

Product code : 4444, Ad shows the cost as 999/- but while placing the order asking for additional 399/- as shipping charge which is approx 50% the cost of product. I mean no courier company charges 400/- for shipping a product anywhere is India. This is just a loot. Above all, why this shipping charge is not shown on screen?? This is absolute cheating.
I am going to lodge an official complaint with consumer court and with all the concerned legal cell and the ministry.

After the complaint I got voucher code of same amount(2999)from naaptol but when I m going to redeem that on 2000rs product it's not working some error massage is showing what the hell they people are fooling customers by giving this voucher code better you people return my money i have lots of issue from naaptol suggest people not to purchase anything from naaptol it's worst product and if you return not proper coordination or valid voucher you will receive worst service i have been ever faced.

I got a call today 16/05/2017 from some unknown person claiming that he is from naaptol and that i have won tata safari or in lieu there of 12.80 lakhs in prize money and asked me to sms him my bank account number, adhar card details and deposit 8200 rupees to take the car value or 12500 if we want the car.

I have only 1 question, how did the scammers got all our details?
Our contact details/address/the item we purchased?
Its clear that naaptol is not at all interested in customer safety.

Called customer service number and the representative was rude, have recorded call for the same.

Never going to buy anything from naaptol henceforth.
Please do not buy anything from such company which cant even save the customer data from hackers.

I recieved roti maker against order no 34835855. I am not satisfied with the product. So i want to refund my money.

I have purchased a datawind tablate order no.25040884 last year in july... And its battery started creating problem... Low battery back up... Ihad complaited many time phonycally to techanical expert and customcare... They just advise me to charge tablete for 4 to 5 hours... And the condition is that, battery swalled and opened the tablate... I am worried... It may blast in my hand or my son's hand... Why r selling this kind o[censored]nsafe product... When we watch Naaptol Television Channel marketing, we have ordered one item through telephone [protected], We ordered Item Name is Jessica Dazzling Austrian Diamond Jewellery Collection with Order Number 34444672, Item Cost 999 Rs Frieght Cost 399, while ordering through phone sales executive confirmed the delivery of an item is 2-3 days. But we have received item in 2 hours with wrong item which we have not ordered.

Requesting for 10000 Rs compensation as wrong item delivery in wasting our precious time, but item not exchanged after several calls to Naaptol.

Kindly do necessary action and do the needful to get Rs 10000 as a compensation.
