Dear Sir,

I had a phone call today morning from +[protected]. One person speaking in Hindi was saying that I had won a lucky draw conducted by Natpol for their customers and will get one Tata Safari car. I had given my date of birth on his enquiry for processing the documents​. He was asking my bank account details and I asked him to call me after some time. He told me to transfer some money as transportation charges. As he told in Hindi, amount was not clear. The following details had given for transferring the money.

I got a call today 16/05/2017 from some unknown person claiming that he is from naaptol and that i have won tata safari or in lieu there of 12.80 lakhs in prize money and asked me to sms him my bank account number, adhar card details and deposit 8200 rupees to take the car value or 12500 if we want the car.

I have only 1 question, how did the scammers got all our details?
Our contact details/address/the item we purchased?
Its clear that naaptol is not at all interested in customer safety.

Called customer service number and the representative was rude, have recorded call for the same.

Never going to buy anything from naaptol henceforth.
Please do not buy anything from such company which cant even save the customer data from hackers.

I recieved roti maker against order no 34835855. I am not satisfied with the product. So i want to refund my money.

I have purchased a datawind tablate order no.25040884 last year in july... And its battery started creating problem... Low battery back up... Ihad complaited many time phonycally to techanical expert and customcare... They just advise me to charge tablete for 4 to 5 hours... And the condition is that, battery swalled and opened the tablate... I am worried... It may blast in my hand or my son's hand... Why r selling this kind o[censored]nsafe product... And why missguide the customer... I will never like to buy anything from your site now...

When we watch Naaptol Television Channel marketing, we have ordered one item through telephone [protected], We ordered Item Name is Jessica Dazzling Austrian Diamond Jewellery Collection with Order Number 34444672, Item Cost 999 Rs Frieght Cost 399, while ordering through phone sales executive confirmed the delivery of an item is 2-3 days. But we have received item in 2 hours with wrong item which we have not ordered.

Requesting for 10000 Rs compensation as wrong item delivery in wasting our precious time, but item not exchanged after several calls to Naaptol.

Kindly do necessary action and do the needful to get Rs 10000 as a compensation.

I ordered Set of Bedsheets order number 34338735. Now when I received this product it's totally different from what they displayed on TV advertisement. I advise my fellow colleagues that don't ever buy any kind of product from naaptol I request please don't ever buy any product from them because they show something and deliver something else. And when we complain about the product then they don't even return the money in cash. They gives the coupon of that much amount means at last we have to purchase something or the other from them. This is ridiculous.

My father had ordered a product ROYAL CHEF 12 IN 1 SLICE &DICE -BLUE, Item no : 11984 from Naaptol by tel -calling them on 30/03/2017.
The product is of substandard quality and blades are not sharp to cut veggies. Hence we planed to book a complaint but didn't get satisfactory assistance from the customer care also .Though they have booked complaint with Complaint no. 23627952 .Mode of payment was COD. Order No: 33996598 .When he ordered the product while asking for return policy in case he doesn't not like the product, he was understood that he shall be receiving whole amount as refund in case he doesn't get satisfied with the product.
When he called for returning the product and refund they said that's not possible for this product instead he has to buy something else in place of it .No such terms and conditions were mentioned at the time of order as well as were not printed on invoice. Looking forward to collect money for non-standardized product.
