    I have ordered Rajastani Bedsheet on (31/03/2017 Friday) And on
    Sunday I called to customer support to cancel my order.They said we are
    taking your complaint and cancelling the order. And also i wrote to
    [protected]@naaptol.com to cancel my order. But they replied as the product
    is shipped already on (1st April 2017). Again i have called to customer
    service number. They saying as product is not yet shipped and it was
    with vendor. To whom I can believe. Finally i need my order should be
    cancelled.

      My father brought a body massager order no. 31827086 from #naaptol he used it once and it stopped working properly. The massager stops working if you remove the finger from the power button. When i called their customer service team they transferred the call to their technical team and they informed me that the product works that way only. I asked them to replace this faulty pice it has a six month warranty but they refuse to replace it. The customer service team is very bad and don't know how to talk. I have registered a complaint and the complaint no. 23163310. Will see what is the response from them.

        I am getting a fraud call from a unknown person, whose mobile no is [protected]. He said I own a Tata Safari in the lucky draw contest from Naptol. He asking for 12, 100 cash to deposit in his bank account to get the car deliver to my place.

        And also he have my all information leak which i am share with naaptol at the time of online order place. how it possible

          Hi,

          I have made clothes purchase from NAAPTOL. After that I received call from NAPTOL representative that I have won a lottery and there are two option one is car and other is cash of rs 12 lacs.
          I opted for car option for which they asked me to deposit money. Falling to their prey i have deposited a total of Rs. 40, 000 to their account and now they are demanding more money. I discussed this with my family and realized that its a fraud call.
          Please help me get my money back.

            I ordered a Multi Kadai. Worth Rs. 999. With 399 as delivery l. Total about 1400. Got it 2 days before. That thing is a total crap. 0 built quality. Very bad design. 0 starts and worth nothing. I asked naaptol about refund. They rejected it and said that it will not be refunded because other consumers love it. Does That even make any sense. These people are stupid. Don't buy anything from them. I'm a Journalist and will surely write about this in newspaper. Just you wait and watch. I will write about this whole incidence. And I also have the call recording and will surely write the important lines. Just wait and watch,

            We have ordered one data wind mobile by online cash on delivery process on 17.03.2017,

            But the mobile phone not showing necessary accessories, and we have return this mobile to you.

            kindly advice us.
            This is a 3rd grade product sold by Naaptol.When contacted they asked me to send the product at my own cost.This product is not even worth Rs100 but sold at Rs 1299, Fake company fake product.

              Hello, i got a call today from naaptol call centre and been told that i owned first prize i.e. Tata Safari or Rs1350000 in naaptol lucky draw. He asked her to pay service charge first or if i wants to exchange the prize into cash then asked him to pay first 13500/ -on behalf of 1% government tax. Is this true? As per my knowledge naaptol is not providing cash in exchange of prize.

              Kindly reply. Was that a true call or fake?. Does Naaptol ask winners to pay anything for the prize?.

                  I ordered "Jessica Dazzling Austrian Diamond Jewellery Collection" containing 6 Designer Necklace Sets. When I received the pieces, I was shocked to see the very low quality of the products. Its absolutely of no worth for the amount paid (Rs. 999 + Rs. 399 - shipping charges). I felt cheated.
                  No proper colour or proper finish and the stones have already started to wither while opening the parcel.

                      As a customer I purchased a all in one kitchen solution from Napptol Company which product was delivered on 20.02.2017. Today i.e. 16.03.2017 I have also received a call from [protected] and he congrats me about winning a Tata motors based on my recent purchase from Naaptol. I have also been offered the option either to take the vehicle or cost of vehicle in cash, Amount Rs. 4, 60, 000. He als said, the only formality that I have been asked to do is depositing an amount of INR 17800 in their manager's SBI account .i deposited INR 4600 & 8600 in two SBI Acc no.[protected] & [protected] . The person is repeatedly calling me to confirm deposit of INR .4600.

                      I think he call me and say the details of the puchase, how it possible? Here my question is that how can they got my name, that means Naptol must share it or unable to secure our privacy.

                      For this Naptol is also equally responsible and they have to bear for any loss.

                      Immediately it should take action against the fraud .

                        We had ordered 3D bedsheets (5 nos.). The first time we received, we found that the pillow covers did not have the 3D prints as shown on tv, as a result the overall look is missing. I complained on their helpline, got a call back apolising for the shortcoming and promised to arrange for replacement with 3D prints on pillow covers.
                        We were disappointed to receive the product the second time, in fact whatever prints were in the first set are missing in this set of pillow covers.

                        At the time of placing the order, I was told in case of dissatisfaction, they have a customer friendly replacement and even refund policy. Now when I placed the complaint, I am told I can expect a call back but money cannot be refunded.
                        How is that when they promise to refund when contacted to place orders? How can they go back on their words?

                        I had not asked for refund initially as I desired to get a replacement but as they cannot provide the prints as promised, I want refund from them.

                          We had ordered for 5 no. Bedsheet for rs, 1999/- + courier rs.399/- = rs.2398/-. On receipt of product only one bedsheet quality was good, rest bedsheet quality were not as shown on tv.

                          When i ordered i had asked for return policy in case i did not like the product, at that time i was told that i shall receive whole amount rs. 2398/- as refund in case i do not like the product.

                          When i called for returning the product and refund and i was told that i shall not receive refund instead i shall have to buy something else. I was told i shall receive refund voucher instead of refund. No such terms and conditions were mentioned at the time of order as well as were not printed on invoice.

                          Naaptol.com products are of poor quality. It is a fake website, looking forward to collect money for non-standardised product, do not purchase anything from this website.

                                Today dated 10 march 2017, i received a call from [protected] a Bihari accent boy speaking as a employee of naaptol online shopping that i won Mahindra XUV 500 .He ansures me to send Adhar card No & bank details etc and requested to pay 12000 on his persoanl a/c .Aslo received a text msg and address given is Dwarka Puri, Sec 17 new Delhi.He provided me toll free number [protected] to confirm the prize even.
                                two times he called from same number on ur behalf to submit money.

                                  1) I placed an order for 05 Nos 3D Bedsheets on 5th March 2017 for Rs. 1999/- & Courier Charges 399/-
                                  2) Later after one hour I placed an order for 02 nos. Rotimaker & was informed about diamond menbership. Hence my above order was cancelled & placed a new one worth Rs. 599/- for courier charges for yearly courier
                                  3) But the old order was still delivered to the courier company though cancelled & received a call from courier man hence I cancelled it verbally bcoz the amount was Rs. 2398/- instead of Rs.2598/-

                                  While placing the above orders I clearly mentioned that I am a government employee with full time job in media and hence provided alternate address in case I am not at home. But the alternate address is not provided to the courier company at your end as informed to me on tel no. 33003300. Also my request for delivery on Saturdays only was not entertained at all.

                                  I am wasting many hours practically daily tracking my order to inform about the alternate address. I am really repenting for placing these orders. I also called on your customer care no. [protected] but they said they cannot help me out.

                                    I received a fraud call from the no.[protected] telling me that I have won a tata safari worth Rs. 12 lacs 60 thousand in a lucky draw held at in naaptol and I had a choice to either take the car or the cash. I was asked to tell my aadhar card no. And bank acc no. When we asked him to verify that he is from naaptol he told us that he has got the complete details( order no., date of order, my name, contact no., and complete address). When we called the naaptol customer care to verify they told us that it was a fraud call. And on the same day i gave another order and got a call after a while from the same no. Telling me details of my order and aksing me to keep the payment ready. How does he know each and everything about my order.
                                    Is naaptol trustworthy???
                                    They leak all the information which is so unsafe. Please take some action against this and hide the personal information. It is causing me too much of inconvenience and now i m really scared to order anything as i may again get the fraud call. Please resolve this issue.

                                      I was told that the product against order No.32529499 [protected] could not be delivered till now despite my repeated contacts . A very shameful thing is that the delivery person is giving false messages that I was not available at home.On contacting the delivery channel, they reported that the vehicle was out of order. Your office person told that there is logestic problem. It could be delivered around 15th March. The delivery person at Agra tells that he has to look after whole of Agra deliveries, it is not possible to deliver promptly. When I asked him why did he send false messages, he told that that was in practice . Now I have waited till now, I feel that I should not wait till next winter to use the quilts and cancel the order.
                                      If you take this complaint seriously, it may help your business.

                                        I have placed an order at naaptol.com order id[protected]. After receiving the product i saw that the condition of the product is so poor. So, i call to naaptol regarding the return process and i told them that i want the refund of my money as soon as possible but they denied. They did not give any response to me.

                                        Naaptol is completely a Fraud website. Their products quality is very poor and they add fake reviews. Their return policy is not fair to customers.

                                        naaptol.com products are of poor quality, never go shopping through naaptol even by mistake.

                                        They inform while placing order that they shall refund in case the product is not liked by the customer and later when we ask for refund they show policy of issuing refund voucher instead of issuing refund.

                                        Better complaint against such websites in consumer forum.
