Kindly advise the above caller person is fake or right, i have not trusted with him

We purchase the bags which shown to naptol channel last night and looks to be very nice but when we actually received the package it's quality is so much inferior.

I ordered Set of Bedsheets order number 34338735. Now when I received this product it's totally different from what they displayed on TV advertisement. I advise my fellow colleagues that don't ever buy any kind of product from naaptol I request please don't ever buy any product from them because they show something and deliver something else. And when we complain about the product then they don't even return the money in cash. They gives the coupon of that much amount means at last we have to purchase something or the other from them. This is ridiculous.

My father had ordered a product ROYAL CHEF 12 IN 1 SLICE &DICE -BLUE, Item no : 11984 from Naaptol by tel -calling them on 30/03/2017.
The product is of substandard quality and blades are not sharp to cut veggies. Hence we planed to book a complaint but didn't get satisfactory assistance from the customer care also .Though they have booked complaint with Complaint no. 23627952 .Mode of payment was COD. Order No: 33996598 .When he ordered the product while asking for return policy in case he doesn't not like the product, he was understood that he shall be receiving whole amount as refund in case he doesn't get satisfied with the product.
When he called for returning the product and refund they said that's not possible for this product instead he has to buy something else in place of it .No such terms and conditions were mentioned at the time of order as well as were not printed on invoice. Looking forward to collect money for non-standardized product.

I have ordered a combo of vacuum cleaner and 41 pieces toolkit from naaptol.com on 1 march 2017. Order no.32683705. The product i received was completely different from what they displayed on their website. The images were quite fascinating on the website. As it is my first experience with naaptool i called them twice to make sure that the product will be good and useful according to my needs which i explained them on the call. They assured me that the product is good and if not found useful they will replace it. I received the product in time but what i received is completely different from what i have ordered. The vaccum cleaner is not at all worth the money and the tool kit is like used for a hundred times. I called them immediately they told me that we do not make any guarantee of return on phone you are mistaken and if your allegations are true we will hear your recording and will call bake in 48 hrs. I never received a callback and when i call them to ask they say that we call you but you do not recive. It's been more than a month now i am fed up. I gave them 4 numbers to call but the excuse remains same. This is a total fraud company and should not be allowed to operate in india.

par isme 2 option hai 1st is ki agr ap car lena chaty hai to apna adhar card, pan card, voter id, or photo dejey. or agr ap car nahi lena chaty to apna account no ddejey m rupai transfer karta hu.
par in sabke ley apko 30, 000 pay karna hoga to wo apke account se le lunga is ley apna account no btay .
ab mai apse ye shikayat karna chati hu ki kya apki company fraud bhi karti hai. kitne logo ko aise loota hai apne. or agr ye sach nahi hai to ye kon banda tha jisko y pta tha ki mujhy car milne wali hai agr mere pic select hoti hai to. or agr m uski bat p ake apna account no de deti ki apki company bharose layak hai or mere sara cash chala jata to iska kon zimme dar hota. ye no hai jisse mujhy call ai thi.

I have ordered Rajastani Bedsheet on (31/03/2017 Friday) And on
Sunday I called to customer support to cancel my order.They said we are
taking your complaint and cancelling the order. And also i wrote to

is shipped already on (1st April 2017). Again i have called to customer
service number. They saying as product is not yet shipped and it was
with vendor. To whom I can believe. Finally i need my order should be
cancelled.

My father brought a body massager order no. 31827086 from #naaptol he used it once and it stopped working properly. The massager stops working if you remove the finger from the power button. When i called their customer service team they transferred the call to their technical team and they informed me that the product works that way only. I asked them to replace this faulty pice it has a six month warranty but they refuse to replace it. The customer service team is very bad and don't know how to talk. I have registered a complaint and the complaint no. 23163310. Will see what is the response from them.

I am getting a fraud call from a unknown person, whose mobile no is [protected]. He said I own a Tata Safari in the lucky draw contest from Naptol. He asking for 12, 100 cash to deposit in his bank account to get the car deliver to my place.

And also he have my all information leak which i am share with naaptol at the time of online order place. how it possible

Hi,

I have made clothes purchase from NAAPTOL. After that I received call from NAPTOL representative that I have won a lottery and there are two option one is car and other is cash of rs 12 lacs.
I opted for car option for which they asked me to deposit money. Falling to their prey i have deposited a total of Rs. 40, 000 to their account and now they are demanding more money. I discussed this with my family and realized that its a fraud call.
Please help me get my money back.

I ordered a Multi Kadai. Worth Rs. 999. With 399 as delivery l. Total about 1400. Got it 2 days before. That thing is a total crap. 0 built quality. Very bad design. 0 starts and worth nothing. I asked naaptol about refund. They rejected it and said that it will not be refunded because other consumers love it. Does That even make any sense. These people are stupid. Don't buy anything from them. I'm a Journalist and will surely write about this in newspaper. Just you wait and watch. I will write about this whole incidence. And I also have the call recording and will surely write the important lines. Just wait and watch,

Hello, i got a call today from naaptol call centre and been told that i owned first prize i.e. Tata Safari or Rs1350000 in naaptol lucky draw. He asked her to pay service charge first or if i wants to exchange the prize into cash then asked him to pay first 13500/ -on behalf of 1% government tax. Is this true? As per my knowledge naaptol is not providing cash in exchange of prize.

Kindly reply. Was that a true call or fake?. Does Naaptol ask winners to pay anything for the prize?.

And on your customer care marathi executive not available...you r doing business in maharashtra and you r not hired marathi guy ...

I ordered "Jessica Dazzling Austrian Diamond Jewellery Collection" containing 6 Designer Necklace Sets. When I received the pieces, I was shocked to see the very low quality of the products. Its absolutely of no worth for the amount paid (Rs. 999 + Rs. 399 - shipping charges). I felt cheated.
No proper colour or proper finish and the stones have already started to wither while opening the parcel.

Please cancel my order without knowingly i booked the product moreover i wil be going to another state
