    Naaptol Online Shopping a like (Bank Details, Product no., Purchase Date, Customer No. and Address ) to 3rd party vendor. Who make a call that you won a CAR kindly deposit some money (4000 –5000) as a filing charge and they will transfer CAR (4L-5L) amount in winners Account.
    Getting a call on daily basis from Naaptol that I have won a CAR Maruti Alto in a lucky draw. He further said that I might get the money 4.8L in my account. He told me to deposit the amount of rupees 4500 in their Account. When I confirmed the news by calling on the naaptol tollfree number they told me that there was no such scheme by company and they do not ask for any money for delivering the prize.

    My Question is from Naaptool how can they leak confidential information of customer with others?(Product no., Purchase Date, Customer ID and Mobile No. with my Complete Address)
    Naaptol make a fraud with their customer. How can we trust with Naaptol during online Payment?. How Safe our online transaction / Confidential Information with Naaptol?

      Hello All,

      My Order Number #31383687, Ordered Chapathi Maker.

      I have received a call from [protected] Karthik (spoke in broken tamil )on 03rd March'2017 and told that you have won a TATA SAFARI car in NAAPTOL contest. Also asked me to pay Rs.25000 as a car registration fee.

      I doubt that its a SCAM call. My only question to NAAPTOL is how could you can be such a irresponsible e-commerce firm in not protecting customer information . does it not in your company policy of customer data protection?

      Shame on you NAAPTOL.

      The caller asked me to collect car from the below address:

        I have bought a set of 7bags of 999rs. The bag shown in the TV looks big and the delivered bag looks very small... I want to return the bag no proper response from customer support of Naaptol and they forcing me to buy some other product they are not ready to refund my amount... Please I suggest everyone not to buy anything in Naaptol buy in Amazon where you money will be refunded when your not satisfied with product...

          Hi,
          I booked bed sheet product from Naaptol on Feb 7th 2017 and received the product by Feb 23th 2017.

          Order Id : 32184215
          Compaint Number against order : 22003360

          While booking time I asked the executive that if I am not satisfied with the product will I get my money back and the executive replied me that I can get the money back including parcel charges that call was recorded at that time.

          After receiving the product I checked it and felt it is not worth for the money i paid. So I called customer care and booked a complaint for money refund.

          The executive who called me for the complaint he did not respond me as correct way and he did not verify the recorded line also.

          Executive did not resolved my issue and I got message that my issue was fully resolved.

          I called customer care again and again regarding this issue but no response.

          Am totally frustrated with your executives. Please take necessary action against Naaptol.

                I had ordered 5 blankets of 999
                And was info will get a voucher of 5000
                However was not info I need to redeem the same on line using the link
                So I called the contact center and placed a request to cancel the same the same day the delivery was done Now the advisor info me this will take 5 working days
                I waited for a week and call again that when I came to know I cannot cancel as it is more then 7days I requested Mona to listen to the recording she did not agree wanted to place a complain I info her I do not want to complain just arrange a pick up
                She still got a complain logged and no pick up done then I get a call from a manager stating they cannot do anything I had to escalate this further and go a call from the complains team I explained that I have a basic phone and I ma 68 years old lady this is not worth She said she will look into it and escalate the same
                I got a other call late in the evening
                Saying sorry I will send the link and I told him I spend the whole day with this issue and now yo still want me to click the link that doesnot work on my phone pls do not close the complain He then sent a text your complain is resolved for more query sent a whats up mgs How am I suppose to do this on a basic phone
                And now I just donot want to go thought all this just place a request to cancel this order
                or pls let me know i will take this to RTI ( consumer court )

After received amount remitted 2398/- parcel opened We have shocked inside Stainless Steel Storage set 43 pcs all were not big size all small size. Than I have contacted Naaptol same number that not attend my call than next day they have attend my call. after that naaptol staff told me lie you have delayed. after that I have complaint to another contact Number they have accepted to return take 43 pcs and one SMS has received me on 06.01.2017 03.33pm for return to Naaptol service warehouse, Naaptol online shopping Pvt. Ltd . Do mention my Order and mobile Number. I have handover to Naaptol's Ecom Express NPD recever he has singed and acknowledgement slip. recever Name : Balachndar His mobile No. [protected] on 07.01.2017. after that I have received a SMS your complaint or order 30338167 is successfully resolved. But they not returned my remitted money . they have given New gift voucher NTCV8YS525 of amount 2398/- is generated against your cancellation request for order 30338167. but till date not refund my money Rs. 2398/-

                          It's 2nd time happening when naaptol people replaced the same product now this time I got worst product still glasses are stained bowl are smaller as what they promise weight are soo light as compare to same product Which I have been recived it's very bad and worst experience which I have ever facing with naaptol.my last same order deliverd on Your Order: 23749721 has been successfully placed.                           Still no one has revert back when I called on tool free number spoken with rupa sarkar she told that they have already generate the coupon agains refund when I asked her whome you people have inform about it she didn't have any answer and talking rubbish.same scripted not allowed to transfer the call to senior and no rights to send me the mail that solution will be provided in next 48 hours.all cheap and nonsense people are there no one is there to help I did such a big mistake to buy product from naaptol suggest everyone not to purchase anything from naaptol.

                          After the complaint I got voucher code of same amount(2999)from naaptol but when I m going to redeem that on 2000rs product it's not working some error massage is showing what the hell they people are fooling customers by giving this voucher code better you people return my money i have lots of issue from naaptol suggest people not to purchase anything from naaptol it's worst product and if you return not proper coordination or valid voucher you will receive worst service i have been ever faced.

                            Don't fall prey to this highly unprofessional
                            TV shopping site.though they have website and app, not many people don't buy, coz they know naaptol just cheats with 3rd quality products, no refund policy, arrogant customer handling.

                            The people who see their TV shopping channel are the most unfortunate.All items are sold at mrp or even higher with all fake discount.Most of time you will get non functional item and no refund policy.even you manage to get refund after spending your time and money it will be in form of voucher that you are forced to buy from naaptol junk products.dont trust in mouth shut naaptol reviews, coz all negative reviews are moderated and never show up.all those positive reviews are fake and paid to please their online rating.

                              Yesterday, I received a call from an employee of naaptol company from mobile number "[protected]"and he informed me that i have won a lucky prize of Tata safari and i could either take car or payment for it which was 1280000. For this I deposited 8500 rs in SBI account number "[protected]" which was in name of "Sanjib Nayak". After this deposit now I received a call from a person named "Raj Singh" with mobile number "[protected]" who introduced himself to be SBI employee and he told me that due to some reason he cannot deposit the amount of 1280000. To help him I need to deposit more 20000 in "Sanjib Nayak's" SBI account which i refused.

                                My wife Mrs. Shamika Palande ordered a bunch of 5 Blankets in December 2016 and also we received the goods in good condition.
                                Yesterday-08/02/2017 she received a call from +91 [protected] this no for Verification and confirmation of product (Note: after one month they are doing verification and confirmation). Then the guy was saying to my wife do you want to participate “Lucky Draw" and she refused... Then he suddenly started ABUSING her... he used very bad words which I cannot even tell to somebody.
                                I am going to lodge complaint against Naaptol for Degrade.

                                    I bought Sanganeri rajai after highly acclaimed product on TV.
                                    It is useless very costly product.Never go for it.They dont listen to your complaint also.do whatever wish.The product does not eep you warm which is it is primary function . The product was bought for 2000 And is not better than a Rs 100 blanket.All their claim on TV on bogus. This company is not good to deal with.

                                      Order no 31422833. Awb no[protected]. Delivery before coming to my home he is telling that you cant open the product a varify the product. He is explaining about open delivery, flipkart, amazon etc. He itself telling that it is a open delivery and blaming me about delivery. It is better to get from shop than naaptol. It is very sad to get blame for ordering items from naaptol. This was the first and last time i ordered from naaptol.

                                        Order number[protected], roti maker is horrible in quality and makes papad instead of roti, called them to return back product and they ignored... Complaining number 21460135... Refund my money, will never suggest this site for all my known circle. I have been told to receive call to sort this sort... But with very little hope I am waiting... What they show and they deliver has a huge difference.. Horrible
