43 pcs Coloured Stainless Steel Storage set advertisement Air tel DTH channel No.100. We have that 43 pcs seen big size. Date of Booking : 23.12.2016 by Phone [protected]. Order No.30338167 SMS received 23.12.2016 09.08am. Material received by Naaptol's Ecom Express NPD via AWB[protected] on 31.12.2016. After received amount remitted 2398/- parcel opened We have shocked inside Stainless Steel Storage set 43 pcs all were not big size all small size. Than I have contacted Naaptol same number that not attend my call than next day they have attend my call. after that naaptol staff told me lie you have delayed. after that I have complaint to another contact Number they have accepted to return take 43 pcs and one SMS has received me on 06.01.2017 03.33pm for return to Naaptol service warehouse, Naaptol online shopping Pvt. Ltd . Do mention my Order and mobile Number. I have handover to Naaptol's Ecom Express NPD recever he has singed and acknowledgement slip. recever Name : Balachndar His mobile No. [protected] on 07.01.2017. after that I have received a SMS your complaint or order 30338167 is successfully resolved. But they not returned my remitted money . they have given New gift voucher NTCV8YS525 of amount 2398/- is generated against your cancellation request for order 30338167. but till date not refund my money Rs. 2398/-

मैने दिनांक 6 फरवरी 2017 को Order No. 31795537 से बुकिंग की । दिनांक 7 फरवरी 2017 को मेरा प्रोडक्‍ट केन्सिल का मैसेज आया परन्‍तु मेरे द्वारा किया गया भुगतान मुझे आज दिनांक तक वापिस नहीं किया गया है । मैने दो बार कम्‍प्‍लेन्‍ट भी की एवं कॉल भी किया परन्‍तु अभी तक पैसे वापिस नहीं किये गये हैं । क्रपया मेरे द्वारा भुगतान की गई राशि 1198 रूपये मुझे वापिस करने की क्रपा करें ।

It's 2nd time happening when naaptol people replaced the same product now this time I got worst product still glasses are stained bowl are smaller as what they promise weight are soo light as compare to same product Which I have been recived it's very bad and worst experience which I have ever facing with naaptol.my last same order deliverd on Your Order: 23749721 has been successfully placed. It is expected to reach you by Mon, Jun 20 2016. Thank you for choosing Naaptol.but after not satisfied with products they have send same product last week but still there is a problem

Don't fall prey to this highly unprofessional
TV shopping site.though they have website and app, not many people don't buy, coz they know naaptol just cheats with 3rd quality products, no refund policy, arrogant customer handling.

The people who see their TV shopping channel are the most unfortunate.All items are sold at mrp or even higher with all fake discount.Most of time you will get non functional item and no refund policy.even you manage to get refund after spending your time and money it will be in form of voucher that you are forced to buy from naaptol junk products.dont trust in mouth shut naaptol reviews, coz all negative reviews are moderated and never show up.all those positive reviews are fake and paid to please their online rating.

Yesterday, I received a call from an employee of naaptol company from mobile number "[protected]"and he informed me that i have won a lucky prize of Tata safari and i could either take car or payment for it which was 1280000. For this I deposited 8500 rs in SBI account number "[protected]" which was in name of "Sanjib Nayak". After this deposit now I received a call from a person named "Raj Singh" with mobile number "[protected]" who introduced himself to be SBI employee and he told me that due to some reason he cannot deposit the amount of 1280000. To help him I need to deposit more 20000 in "Sanjib Nayak's" SBI account which i refused.

My wife Mrs. Shamika Palande ordered a bunch of 5 Blankets in December 2016 and also we received the goods in good condition.
Yesterday-08/02/2017 she received a call from +91 [protected] this no for Verification and confirmation of product (Note: after one month they are doing verification and confirmation). Then the guy was saying to my wife do you want to participate “Lucky Draw" and she refused... Then he suddenly started ABUSING her... he used very bad words which I cannot even tell to somebody.
I am going to lodge complaint against Naaptol for Degrade.

Hi sir, before 5-6 days ago one call come from naaptol and say u have win swift dezire car, its cost is 9, 55, 000. registration fee is 4500 rs and other one other fee is 7500 rs. his account detail is raju sharma, acount no [protected]. plz take some action againt it.. one call is also come from [protected] this no and say u win tata safari car.. what is dis plz do something.

I bought Sanganeri rajai after highly acclaimed product on TV.
It is useless very costly product.Never go for it.They dont listen to your complaint also.do whatever wish.The product does not eep you warm which is it is primary function . The product was bought for 2000 And is not better than a Rs 100 blanket.All their claim on TV on bogus. This company is not good to deal with.

Order no 31422833. Awb no[protected]. Delivery before coming to my home he is telling that you cant open the product a varify the product. He is explaining about open delivery, flipkart, amazon etc. He itself telling that it is a open delivery and blaming me about delivery. It is better to get from shop than naaptol. It is very sad to get blame for ordering items from naaptol. This was the first and last time i ordered from naaptol.

Order number[protected], roti maker is horrible in quality and makes papad instead of roti, called them to return back product and they ignored... Complaining number 21460135... Refund my money, will never suggest this site for all my known circle. I have been told to receive call to sort this sort... But with very little hope I am waiting... What they show and they deliver has a huge difference.. Horrible

Maine naptol se combo pack 3jeans ka order kiya tha . aj jab order mere pass aaya toh usme 3jeans toh thi but jaise ki apne tv pai dikhaaya tha ki fabric b acha hoga but meri jeans ka fabric acha nahi hai .. mujhe ye combo pack 3jeans ka pasand nahi hai so plese aap meri jeans ke paise refund kar diniye main naptol se kuch or achi cheez order kar dunga .. please refund my cash .

The product shown on TV is totally different in size and quality. The dinner set of 81 pieces was the product. Not at all satisfied with quality. Glasses are stained once and looked like old steel material kept for years. Knieves given are of very bad quality. Spending 3000 for such pathetic product is just waste of money. When we called for returning of product customer care person Anita Das assured us of sending someone to collect it. But today they refused and sent us a message saying problem has been resolved successfully.such a poor quality and un educated people are working don't have telephonic ethics worst service I have ever been got it in such a poor experience.

This was placed by my mother but she has gone back to Delhi due to emergency. please treat this order cancelled. Since it was for her, i am not in position to take the order nor i can afford to buy the same.Hope you understand my concern.

I purchase one product from naaptol, That product was deliver successfully.
BUt with that detail I got a call from Mobile No. [protected] and [protected] (rahul Pandey that person name who called me) Saying you have won alto car or 475000rs, for avail any one of them you have to deposit registration amout 5500rs and intracity charges 14700rs to sbi bank account Mr Anjani Kumar account no [protected] IFSC code SBIN0000962
Could you please check this is sacam team to make a fool to customer.
and they are getting validate info from naaptol.
I can understans that, If they have Mobile then mobile company having adress and person detail
and also they have valid bank account number then bank have proper detail of that fraud person, If you have rights to catch that perosn vai calling service provider or bank then please do that.

I have ordered a 4 sim jeotex mobile order number 31137350, I am not satisfied by this product it has many problems like display is improper not able to use internet and speaker is not good so i kindly request you to provide me refund or provide me a new android mobile of same price this is a kind request of mine to you please take a action against it

Sir the video recorder first working with blue led flashing after that it is not flashing both red and blue led is in on it is not recording i have changed my SD card also even changed USB adapter but not recording red and blue led is glowing constantly connected to USB adapter and pressing the small button no result is found i am sending the the invoice along with the materiel i have tried my level best to rectify it but waste of time . it has worked for two times only ie we use it of temple purpose when hundi collection counting day that is every month one day like that it has worked for two times so please exchange for the new one and send it immideately because the purpose for purchasing will be mear waste thanking you sir

I just got a call stating that I have won a Maruti Car due to a lucky draw. That person had all my details with regards to address, contact number, etc. This is the number [protected] and the call was from Bihar.
He further said that I might get the money in cash. He told me to deposit the amount of rupees 4500 in the sbi account details of which he messaged to me. When I asked him to first mail me the registration proof he didnt have any
Please don't fall for such scams.

I have received a call from [protected] who calls himself to be a Naaptol representative and his name is Ashish Dubey. He says that I have won a Tata Safari in the lucky dip against my oder num 27044056. He asked me to deposit Rs. 8000 as part of registration and other charges so that they can delivery the vehicle directly to my address. He also said I can avail cash in place of the vehicle if I want to.

Surprisingly he has all my details like the Order num, Items ordered, Full name and address.
This is very sensitive issue. Many people are falling for such scams. Naaptol should be held responsible for leaking out the customer information and making its customers vulnerable to such frauds.
I am taking this up with Cyber crime dept.

Chappathy maker purchased last month sustained damage during its function. It was reported to the centre with no fruits so far
