As per the condition naaptol has organised a lucky draw we have won the first price they are not doing the procedure and giving false promises saying that pay this much money open current account or pay the same money or they will not transfer the money and also they are making the condition complicated i have got a proof of the message sent by naaptol.pls do the need ful already we have paid registration money and further procedure money still they are making the condition more complicated.

Please refer the order no. 28145547 and the product has been received by me. Since publicity of the product was for 43 pcs but while opening we find it has got only 23 pcs. On contacting your side it was informed that 20 pcs are of the top. The valuation then therefore bluffing or misleading customers, you are collecting Rs.2398/_ including postal charges. It won't cost even 1000. You are misleading the customers. you arrange to pick up the product from my home and refund my money. If you are not.doing so shall make complaint with consumer redressal court for justice.

My order no was 27361673 .I ordered roti maker from Naaptol there is problem in the joints of wire as soon as we tried to make roti there was a spark in it and it stopped working.after that I lodged a complaint regarding it customer care person said courier boy will visit in 3_4days for pick up it was almost a week no one turned up I again called up then again another complaint was attached to the existing complain regarding courier pickup and he said that i will receive a call with 24-48hrs since then it is a week I did received any call again I called to customer care he said that boy visited our house thrice but the door was locked
How is it possible we were at home I told him that neither anyone came to my house nor I received any call he said hold the line and disconnected the call I again called and spoke with Ankit in customer care again the same repetitive answer I asked that atleat that courier boy should have given a call to confirm wether he is at correct address or not again another complaint is lodged and he said that in 4-5 working days boy will come for pickup very poor service highly dissatisfied I will not recommend anyone to shop with Naaptol if I am ordering any product then from order to delivery is the total responsibility of Naaptol u cannot said that delivery boys are from another company I only know that I have ordered a product from Naaptol and my complaint is not resolved .

I had ordered for pakhi shubhangi 7 georgette sarees (7g22) vide order number[protected] dated 19 oct 16, but item received was 7 multi coloured dress material on 25 oct 16. For this i have lodged complaint with your customer care vide complaint no[protected] dated 25 oct 16. I am seriously concern about your service as no one from your customer support had called me up after that. Do the needful at the earliest for replacement of the said item.

How could you hire such delivery boys who abuse to your customers. Today in the morning i received a call from a number [protected] for the order which i placed on 27 August. I simply told him to cancel my order and he started abusing so badly. I request the authorities to take strict actions against this kind of activities. A very bad and disappointed experience. This shows how standard the company is. Low graded

I have purchased advance slice & dice from naaptol on 23-nov-2016, however after using product it came to know that product is not working as described in promo and now i am requesting to refund my money.

But customer care is not ready to refund and instead they saying we don't have money refund policy and offering me voucher that can be utilized for other next purchase.

As there is product is not working as described i should get refund and napptol cannot say that we will not refund as all other online selling company do provide refund to customer.

Before order and advertisement naapot is not provide the company name of product i tried to ask for company name but not provide name and book the order. I tried to cancel order between order and delivery period but order not cancel and tell to me order cancel only after delivery. I want to cancel my order and return to product because it is made in china. Refund my money to me or other product that is made in india.

I received a slim belt products from your site naaptol.com. This product is not good for my body. Its creates problem such as itching, some pimples, and not comfortable for my body. I ordered the 2 jaipuri silk razai with gold prints.my order id is 28290231.The Product is damaged and also it is of very poor quality.it can't be used.material is of very poor quality quality of fabric is very bad as compared to they shown it online.proper stiching has not been done. Kindly return the product and refund my money as soon as possible.

I started receiving fake calls since last monday (17 oct 2016). They were telling that i had won a car (Indica) in lucky draw. They said that if i didn't need a car then they would send money but we had to deposit some money in dheeraj kumar singh's sbi account in order to get the prize. They had been calling us continuously since last monday (17 oct 2016).

My neighbour - old lady, has been getting non stop calls every day saying you have won some car and to deposit some 12000 . Even after we threatened them, called naaptol and told them to check, these guys have the audacity to continue calling.

is there some way to make naaptol accountable for this, as obviously they are involved since they have all the name, address and what you bought last time information.?

Its shameful that such a big company is hiring crooks and /or is involved in the scams.

My father had order bedsheets through mobile no. [protected]. But he received wrong bedsheets design. Wrong bedsheets design supplied. Inspite of continuous contact on toll fee no. No replaced has been made since 1 month past. Whereas he was told that right design bedsheets will be delivered and wrongly design bedsheets will be collected in a time of week.

I have ordered an all purpose kitchen solution which got delivered on 8 October 2016. We were out of station due to which we could not call the customer care and return it immediately. I called today to return the product. I tried to explain the executive that I want to exchange this product with another and I don't want refund. However, the executive informed that the exchange is applicable within 48 hours which is not mentioned while we order for product, This is completely concealment of terms and conditions. Hence forth we will not order for any product from naaptol

This is completely fraud as i have also received a call from [protected] and also got message showing hp-naptol about winning a tata safari based on my recent purchase from naaptol. I have also been offered the option either to take the vehicle or cost of vehicle in cash. The only formality that i have been asked to do is depositing an amount of inr 6500 in their manager account. The person is repeatedly calling me to confirm deposit of inr 6500.

Anaother thing i have to share that on the message i got, it showed my name also. Here my question is that how can they got my name, that means naptol must share it or unable to secure our privacy.

For this naptol is also equally responsible and they have to bear for any loss. Tomorrow, i plan to visit nearest police station for complaint against the fraud person as well as naptol.

This is my worst experience, when i bought and through my money to those "goth" and illiterate type of ecommerce service provider.
I purchased go goa package on 4 aug, 2016. It deliverd on 9 aug 2016, but all dates which i searching for was full. So i raised the complaint to return my money. Till the date of writing the complaint, this issue not solved...
When ever i was trying to call the customer care, they are not responding properly and denied for the refund. When i asked them to transfer my call to senior supervisor, they disconnect my call.
So, never trust naaptol products, all are junk and worst customer care service ever i have seen in my life.. Recommend never to buy from this fraud e-commerce portal.

DEAR SIR/MAM I Attend a phone call to the Naaptol online Shopping Co. executive said to me that you have won a lucky draw with Rs. 1240148. and you have to pay some money to get this amount. I Trust him & agree to pay .
they demand me 6400, 12000, 18000, 30000, 62000, 150000, finally 190000 I paid this amount bu after that they said to me you have to pay 145000 more for complete this process . they send me RTGS Cheque details for maintain the trust. after this i asked them for their office address they send me Add. sector 163 Plot No. H-92 Noida the Add. was fake, I visit the Add.but there is village which name is Mohiyapur .Here is some Working phone No. that they provide me & I talk to them (TOLL FREE NO.[protected], [protected], [protected], [protected], [protected].

They called several times and was telling that you shopped with us and won a TATA safari from our company head office Mumbai . And later we asked for the process then they said that you will have to submit Amount 8200/= in one of SBI account and later you can get TATA safari or either Cash amount as your wish.

My mother denied them but still they were calling and asked us to trust them .

I bought 14 jewellery set worth rs 1898 but i received a worst product looks like already used and broked. So i returned the product and asked for money but they are compelling me to take the voucher but i want my money back. The persons in customer care are not having basic knowledge that how to speak with the customers. They are making the customers fools. Plz dont use naaptol. Its no 1 cheating company in india but no actions are taken against these fake and fraud companies. Plz anyone take severe action for this. I don't know what to do now...
