One month back i have ordered this tab from their online portal, i have received this item but it was used product, i have also launched a complaint regarding this issue, their back-end team took away that product and still not delivered me the fresh piece, now i'm not interested to take this product, just because their bad customer service behavior, they are not ready to refund my amount and i'm not ready to accept this used tab which costs me around 3400.
So please me and do the needful.

Waste online shopping and fraud shopping best cheaters in India. Don't buy goods from naaptol. I purchased bodi pro of cost 2000 rupees but the price in outside is 500 rupees. This is the way waste, feaud, duplicate naaptol is collecting money. Review is[protected]. Don't buy any goods from naaptol. It is pakka 420. Naaptol Frauds are ready to cheat all people. Naaptol is zeeeero. Waste for anything.

We are online book datawind calling tablet through refund voucher order no.26758536 dt. 10.09.2016 but not recd. today . in this regard call to naaptol so they ask deliver to ritu chauhan, rajsthan address but ritu chauhan is not known him so please confirm and given the product help to him. thanks

The product is of very cheap quality no proper i formation about the product. Details are missing., polishing material used etc. I have placed the complain at their customer care desk.
Ther are not willing to consider it.
Not providing thd information of which stone is used and the product has no finishing. Here and there sharp edges which can hurt.

I had purchased sheffield hot plate. But product was defective from your end on both time.

First time product was short circuited & gives electrical shock during working. After complained, yesterday i have received another product which was totally damaged and defective.

So, please change the damaged product on immediately or otherwise refund the money.

I just want to cancell my order Juicer & Slicer Combo . My order id is 27488698. I will not receive this order as the product is expensive for me. The product ofJuicer & Slicer Combo is not better than other electric juicer. I can get better product if I pay a little more. On 8th september, i ordered a kitchen cooking set under order#26676770 of cash amount rs.1898 including delivery charges. But as soon as i received the product, i found that out of 7 products 5 were having rust and marks like they have been already used. Knife set was totally rusted & packaging was very low quality. As these products were not up-to-mark, i straight gave a call to customer care and inform them to take the product back & return my amount.
The products was returned in 2 days but then they gave me naaptol vouchers & when i informed that i don't want to buy anything from naaptol and refund my amount, they said they cant do anything.
I don't understand if as a consumer i am not satisfied, isn't it their duty to resolve consumer issues rather than being a pain.

Also would like to mention that i received a fraud call from some company which said that they are the company which provides products to naaptol and i have won a mahindra xuv500 but before receiving the gift i need to pay some rs.14000 in a bank account as fuel charges for the gift to arrive my address.
This really proves that the details that we provide to naaptol is not secure & safe.

Naaptol team if you really want to resolve the issue, kindly get my amount refunded.

I received my product on 5th September, 2016 and i used the chappati maker only on the 12 Sept, 2016 and was not happy at all with the outcome of the maker. The maker was sent very promptly but why are they not prompt about the return of it as i am not satisfied with the use of it.
I have called five times and your back office guys are not prompt at connecting with your technical team and keep you on hold for 45 minutes, i am a working woman and wasting my 3-4 hrs just having to repeat the same thing over and over again is not helping.Then i was told by your technical team that u would get in touch to take the product back in 48 hours and my account particulars would be taken and my amount returned.
Now today i am told by some Jiten Kumar that it is not possible for return of my money...WHY???? what do i do with the product ...if it does not serve

My (Senior citizen) mom who is gullible enough to keep purchasing from naaptol (In spite of my advice to contrary) today got a call supposedly from naaptol that she was selected in a draw to get a free tata vehicle. All she had to do was deposit some money in a/c which they would give to handle "rto issues". Thankfully, she told them that she will talk to me first before doing anything like that! Smells like a nigerian scam/ fraud modus operandi?

We have recieved the product damaged we have already posted a complaint on 16 aug no complaint no was given but they assured through a msg that product will be taken back but action has been taken yet then we again complaine on 7 sep n recieved a confirmation msg on 9 sep with complaint no 17904436 but no action has been taken yet n ur people said that they will not change the product plz see through it IF MY PRODUCT WILL NOT BE CHANGED WITHIN 1 WEEK THEN I LL BE FORCED TO GO TO CONSUMER COURT of meerut N ILL FILE A COMPLAINT AGAINST UR INSTITUTION n all expense for filing case ur company will bear

I had order for a new datawind tab on 19th Aug after making payment online. The product received after 5 date was resulted in used and damage product. after complaining the used product was recollected and promised to deliver a new product but again wasting for almost 2 week I got again a used and damage product having lots of scratches on front and backward part. this was sufficient to stat that second also the naaptol has send the used one. again after complaining the company is just wsting customers time and not providing a refund. its has being almost a month to get desired new product. really bad company to shop with. please note down my order no 25970333 and request your team to take proper action and thus help me in getting refund of my amount with interest.

17XXXXXXXX this complaint no...so...many complaints upto 30 complaints above which are take guiness record in naaptol when 1 product problem about courier charges which is going to best problem...how many days taking I can't understand sir...IN my life I can't buy anything from your products and not support anyone to choose naaptol is good one in online...because, I upset, tried to call so many times for courier charges...note that in online so many problems
