I bought product of Rs 4398 ..then i send it back because i dont like it...naaptol is giving me giftvoucher of rs 4398..but if i want buy product of Rs2000 (ountity only one)then i cant buy it from my voucher..it is not fare..give me voucher of Rs 4398 but divide it in four vouchers of Rs 1000 ...then i can buy product of 2000 and then my voucher's use will be worth...i also call in naaptol call no. but they dont understand me ...if you care for your customers then please provide me this facility..my order ID 26452356

      Respected Sir
      1. I was in need of a sewing machine.
      2. I ordered a mini silai machine against order No. 23904293 from Naaptol The machine received against this order was faulty and non functional. A complaint for the same was registered against complaint No. 16052082 wherein I asked for a refund of my amount.
      3. On 21st June the machine was returned to and a gift voucher was generated in my name and I did not receive any information about that voucher i.e. no number of any voucher was forwarded to me.
      4. This happened to be my money and shall remain with Naaptol as my money and not as a gift from the company.
      5. Another amazing happening was, that I was sent some Learning Laptop against my money which I didn't order at all.( With my Kids all grown up I couldn't.)
      6. On 30th August on my insistence a voucher number was sent to me.
      7. On 30th August I again ordered an USHA sewing machine, in order to redeem my money, against order no.26357958, that was due to be delivered
      by 07th September 2016.
      8. I did not receive the product even by 8th September, so I intended to cancel the order, as I could very easily go to buy this standard product from the market. Simultaneously I received the following message from Naaptol:
      " We regret to inform that due to huge response we have exhausted your stocks & forced to cancel your Order: 26357958.Call us..."
      And a new voucher was generated.
      9. Every time I make a call of complaint to the company I am told that i would receive a back call from the senior staff, that I never receive.

      --Desirable resolution :

      I have given enough time and a fair number of chances to NAAPTOL to fulfill my need and serve me but the company has failed to deliver its promises. Therefore it is my humble request that my sum of Rs. 2398.00 lying with NAAPTOL may please be sent to me in the form of a cheque, in my name, so that I am able to buy my requirement, on my own, from the market.

        Purchased a Graviera Men's Classic Formal Combo - 5 Shirt Piece + 3 Pant Piece (5S3T-3) ON 13.82016, till date the product is not yer delivered and money is not returned. Customer care people are not replying properly...lost around 2000 rupees.(Order No.[protected]. It was shipped by aramex courier service.

          I had purchased a "Video Recording Pen Camera" for Rs.2398/- from Naaptol Online Shopping vide Order ID[protected] during June 2016 while serving in the Indian Army at Jhansi. The same was returned on 13 June 2016 due to inferior quality and exorbitant price. The company was requested for refund in full but they insisted on providing refund voucher instead of refund in cash, just forcing me to purchase another product, against my will to buy anything from Naaptol. I have made several requests to their customer care representatives regarding my refund but in vain. Now, I have been retired from service and settled at Greater Noida. You are requested to direct the defaulter company to refund my money in full.
          I shall be highly obliged.

            Rom Naaptol and this triggered my struggle with this unprofessional online company. Ine will definitely feel trapped or cheated after doing a purchase. Firstly the product is of such low standards that it hardly serves the purpose. The sound is very low, the screen is glaring, Google is incompatible and many more issues with the product . No wonder so much advertising. The price was shown as 2999 as offer price in the ad and the MRP on product is Rs 2999. The post purchase ordeal with Naaptol customers service again worst I've ever come across. They only say two things, one to put any of our concerns before payment second provide alternate number to call and get similar response. To my surprise they do not have any return policy what so ever. Hence one you get in the trap there is no going back. I am not going to ever purchase anything from Naaptol and would also suggest others the same. I wish such companies change or get closed asap rather to cheating many and many people. I came to give review in Naaptol but there's already tons of bad reviews. I wish i should have read them before.

              I have received call from naaptol they told about lucky winner prize 1280000 rs or Tata safari pls let me know if it’s is fair enough or not the person who called up said about deposite 10800 rs on account and told I ill get prize money with in 5 minutes I m regular customers of yours such kind of fake call n activity loss ur faith and trust with you let me know as soon as possible other wise we ill take any further decision on the same .

                Ordered 4 insect repellent for cockroaches.. The quality was bad and did not work - returned they sent back the same one which did not work same problem. Had to return it 4 times.. Then they issued a voucher and had a newer model - so i ordered the new model.. Naaptol sells cheap products and promises to refund postage and asks the customer to send a copy of - courier details to their back office - every time you talk to a rep they ask you to send all the information saying that this time you will get a refund - so stressful dealing and being lied to and the same story no refund etc... Please consumer forum put naaptol out of business they are cheating so many customers - customers believe and trust and think they are getting a good product but it's crap and we have to send it back so many times... Companies like naaptol should be stopped from advertising their products on - tv channels deceiving innocent people and from advertising in - news papers... Please make these companies pay.. An attorney should file a big law suit and all the customers who were cheated could get a percentage of the lawsuit if it's won.. Just like other countries - please stop naaptol online shopping.. E-commerce online please help the customer's who go through so much of stress dealing with naaptols inefficent employees.. A customer has to explain over and over details of the transaction when they should have it right in front of them and be able to figure out the problem. Naptol by law should have a warning sign on the tv channel they advertise and in the news paper letting customers know that they are not a very good company and people ordering do so at their own risk.. Come on india - please do something to help the poor consumer.. Why do you let these corrupt companies cheat poor hard working people.. If companies decide to be an on-line shopping they should be honest have good products and do refunds etc. Instead of giving - vouchers - where the customer is stuck and has to pay more out of their pocket to buy another product and it's the same thing - just crap... Please consumer rights please stop naaptol and place a huge fine so they will change their ways of doing business and will treat customers with respect it's the customers money they are thriving on.. So please stop them.. I want a refund of all the money i paid returning the defective product and naaptol honoring the sms sent with voucher no. Thank you..
                Ps: they say to provide details - if they run their business honestly and have efficient employees customers do not have to file complaints etc... Do not cheat customers remember karma one day you will not have a company. The only way you will have a successful company is satisfied customers.. People you cheated will never order from you again.. Naaptol pull up all your records
                From the back office and see all the customers you cheated - also get the records from the voucher department - you will have to refund customers for all their phone calls, then putting them on hold and where they have to call back so many times.in order to have a great company is the simple basics - honesty and not cheating customers... You will go down the drain..

                    My mom had ordered roti maker from naaptol.com
                    they had sent a roti maker with out giving demo
                    when my mom tried to make roti, it was not able to make roti
                    so we returned the roti maker, while the ordered was being returned the naaptol executive told that we will get refund
                    instead of giving cash they are now saying that they are going to give refund vouchers which we dont want
                    we want our money as they had taken money in rupees

                      2)... Local packing made with cellotape and delivered. Confirm the packing details.

                      3)... Out of five colours only three colours received. One.. One colour, two.. One colour and two... One colour.

                      4) totally disappointed with the system you followed.

                              This is regarding my order of a calling tablet order no :25996619. The order was placed on 20th aug and delivered on 22nd aug this has been a horrible experience of purchasing a product from naptol. I ordered a data wing calling tablet on 20 aug 2016. The product was delivered to me on 22nd aug. The quality of this product is so poor that i cant describe. I ordered this product because of good will of naptol but i am disappointed with the product that is advertised on naptol. The quality of the screen of this tablet is so poor that it creates blurred image in front of the eyes. Also when tried to make a call using this tablet, the voice echos and the quality is pathetic. Tried calling customer care serveral times but i havent seen such an unprofessional team (Complaint no[protected]. I would request you to immediately replace this product otherwise i can go ahead with some legal proceedings with this. I ordered this product because of trust onnaptol but kind of support that i am getting from naptol team is disappointing.

                              Please suggest the next steps.

                                      Hi,

                                      My name is sunita, i have ordered one item "advanced slice and dice", but i have returned the wrong product. Now after the product got returned there is no action taken from their side to deliver the correct product. So many calls and complaints yet no progress. The response from their side is always that the problem will be solve within 24 - 48 hrs.. This is going from past 40 days.

                                      I don't want to do the business with them. I want my money back.

                                        I purchased 1) sheffield hot plate 2) roti & khakra maker for rs. 2398/- &1698/- respectively from naaptol against order nos. 24424075 & 24408612. It was received on 10.07.2016. But astonishingly the same products gone out of order on same day & we returned those items. No money refund is entertained. Two refund vouchers nos. Ntcvn6k6w8 (For rs.1698/-) & ntcvkzk1x1 (For rs. 2398/-) were allotted to us after 2 weeks but they declared that they cannot deliver our chosen products in our address noted below against the refund vouchers. The money is stalled at their end for over one month. They are neither giving us our chosen branded products nor returning our money. Please look into the matter & stop this cheating asap.
