I had ordered datawind tablet from naaptol. First of all i m a student and i dont need that non calling tablet. I had ordered calling tablet. I m sure101% i know that i had ordered calling tablet. But i got the delivery of non calling tablet. I have no use of non calling tablet. The piece is also defective. As soon as we keep for charging after 5 mins it starts heating. And there are lines on the phone from inside. If they are ready to exchange i m ready to exchange with another phone and also ready to give extra money. But they r not giving. The delivery also came from after 25 days. They are very irresponsible. And also didnt told about about the shipping charges and took 2898/- instead of 2400/-. Please take a strict action against it. If they are not replacing refund my money.

I am writing this mail to seek your attention to the order:22901961 which was ordered by one of senior citizen whose age is 75. It was a roti maker and in order to ease her work, she order it through phone and now as it is not working properly as it is being described in the advertisement, she called the customer service immediately the next day after receiving the product.

They said they will be taking the return of the product within 24 hours of time. But, there was no activity made on that. Today, May, 23, 2016, again she called up and now the customer service is saying thst they will not be refunding the money, instead, they will be providing a gift card valid for 6 month through which she can buy anything.

Now, this is really upsetting for an old lady to take up this stress of buying something through that gift card or keeping a product which is not as described. She tried for online shopping for the first time but your customer service as a negative impact on old generation.

I am really unhappy with the service of naaptol as the resolution given to solve the concern of a genuine customer is a torture and very frustrating. Complaint no: 15471488,

But you should remember that your days will be over soon.

My father ordered a car maintenance kit.."hop n go". They showed such a tailored ad.
Now when the original product was received it was such q bull...
Vaccum cleaner cannot clean anything.
Air compressor cannot inflate the tyres..
Basically. These are merely toys.
Now they are not ready to take their foolish item back...

My name is krishnamoorthy s, on 16 apr 2016 i have purchased a scottish club day & night vision glasses from the naaptol online shopping with order no : 21958223 with the price of rs799/-, they have delivered me a damaged product as well as they refusing to provide me the invoice for the purchase.

Regarding this i have immediately (On the same day the delivery was made to me - 27 apr 2016) called the naaptol customer service number and placed a complaint and requested to replace the product with the newone. Their reply and response was very poor.

I am not satisfied with the product and still the product was not replaced with the new one.

Kindly help me and give me justice for this purchase.

I have ordered an tab on naptool bazar with order number 22946551.the company has delivered me an defective piece.and took 5000 rs .the company has also not provided me with ant invoice, which i checked immediately. even i have asked the company to mail me my invoice but they failed to do the same.

Sir I purchased uni mobile but in this mobile gallery is not there i am not going to download any application only incoming and outgoing this mobile is worth less. I have purchased some articles from naaptol. One day i got a phone call from the no.[protected] and a lady told me that she was calling from naaptol and gave me the details of my purchases from naap{tol. She told me that i have won the second prize of naaptol which is a draft of rs120, 000/- and a samsung smartphone. But to receive it i have to pay rs 3050/- and asked for my address. Being confused i gave her the office address of my husband.
After a long and repeated conversations from different mobile nos. A v. P. Parcel for rs 3050/- arrived at my husband's office, which apparently showed a medicine supply. A copy of the cover of the parcel enclosed. Naturally, it was refused. From another no. [protected] one male voice identifying himself with naaptol, enquired the reason for refusing the parcel, on 16/05/2016 in my husband's phone no.
I lodge this complaint to stop the information possibly pilfered from naaptol and the possible utilization of the same for wrong purposes.

We have ordered a roti maker from naaptol, it was defective, then we asked them to exchange it. They gave again a different product, (Not the exact product as shown). Then after calling them several times, they told us procedure to return the product and you will be called to take the bank account details and they assured us to refund the total money. Now after the product has reached to them, they didn't call us. After we called them again and again they said we have proceeded the voucher in which you can buy another product and no cash will be refunded. So i think almost all have suffered like this and had bad experience in that shopping site. So i don't think i don't have to describe how naaptol is... Not a single person has reviewed it good. So, please as a responsible customer lets all file a case against naaptol and shut the company. This will prevent many innocent people from getting cheated further by the fraud company naaptol. Its my request to all please cooperate and shut this company.

I have bought a roti maker from naaptol online shopping on 01/04/2016. I tried to make food with the roti maker but it does not work properly. So i watch tutorial video provided by them and i discover that the roti maker is not functional.

After that i have called napptol day by day and napptol has harassed me. They suggest me to send the product by courier service. My question is, is this my responsibility to send the faulty product? I have told them, this is yours responsibility to pick up the faulty product from my house, but they are not serious about this. I want my money back or a new functional roti maker.

Iam nelson i have purchased swipe slash calling tablet got courier by aramex
Today i have paid rs.4500 and when opened found adaptor and keyboard cable with big stone inside the box, now i want my money back or replace the swipe slash calling tablet.

I have ordered the stainless stell dinner set but when we recevied the product, we noticed that quality is cheap, some of items are damaged. But when we complained about this to Naptol, they are not ready to give money back, they are saying, we can return the product but we will give you voucher which is valied upto 6 month. But I want my money back.

I have bought datawind smart tablet from naap tol when i get delivered the product i came to know that this will work only via wifi service and it will not work through sim card. though i am not able to use it in calling or not able to use net service via sim card service or not through data card nor via broad band service.
my order no. is 21426498 & my complain no. is 14766491 dated 14th april 2016. i got very reluctant reply from customer service of naap tol executive even they told me that i lying about the product brocher where it is clearly mention that this product is a calling option via sim card.
now i am requestin you to please look in to this matter.

Today i received a call from +[protected].
The gentelment claimed that he is from naptol and wanted my debit card number for refund of money.
When i refused to provide him the debit card number, he hurdled abuses.
To me this is a serious offence to ask for a debit card number.
1. Naptol or any of its employee' s have shared my cell number and that i want to return the product, else how could some one know that i am having problem with a naptol product.
2. I have already shared my bank account number, bank and ifsc code over mail & telephonically to[protected] as well as by sms to [protected] ., unless it is an organisation to do fraud.
3. Under the given circumstance, i am lodging a fir with the local police station . I am also lodging a complain with consumer forum . I will also put this incident in social media and press /print and visual media.
4. Since this issue is with me and naptol, naptol sharing my details to a third party who's intention is to do fraud is not accepted & i will held naptol sole responsible and the consequence has to bourne by naptol. To remit the money bank details is sufficient but asking debit card number is a crime under the law of the land.
Hope good sense will prevail and naptol will initiate an enquiry, if the said number do not belong to naptol, else it will be constituted that naptol is a part of this racket.
