I am not seen the lines of consumer complaints that don't share your credit or debit card no...I mention my cell no. in past complaint against naaptol. someone call me from the cell no. [protected] & say that we are refunding your money for your product, please tell your debit card no, I say that you can deposite cash back on my bank account number, he says that company policies credit in debit or credit card, I give no.of debit card after that i doubt & call to naaptol they say we are never ask about the debit or credit card number.I block my debit card but I want to say you all please protect yourself from these calls & I am reporting this no. to police that they can do action.. cell no. call is coming [protected]..

    I had purchased electric insect and pest control machine on 5th april 2016. Since then the machine is plugged and is on 24 x7 .
    Till date the lizards and insects are there..
    This is a defective set.Please arrange for replacement with agood tested working machine at the earliest.

      I have ordered three cotton blue-black jeans against ordered id 21864926. Ordered delivered on[protected] but delivered product is not blue-black jeans, it is three another pants with horror color red, cream and one used black pant. as you can see attached photo. and cream pants with red dots on it.
      by seeing all pants its look like used one. not a single pats is of worth of my money. i paid total rs. 2398 with shipping but i got a product which is sell on road in 70-120 rupees. so please help me to resolve this matter.
      i wants refund of my money in my account. i do not wants cash voucher or gift voucher.

      still naaptol customer support team does not resolve this complained. i called three times to naaptol customer support but they are said our consult executive call me but they are not called back and till today even status is not clear about money credited to account or not.
      Dear Sir,
      I had purchased a Steel utensil set of 43 items for Rs.2398/- vide order No 22204942 with condition if the item did not find to the standards or disliked, the amount be refunded in case. We had received assignment 15 days ago and it was sub standard therefore after due information and acceptation of refund the item i.e. utinsil set was picked up and returned on 29.4.2016 by one boy whose mobile No was [protected] as written on return slip.Now one Akhdeep Kumar has been harassing and presurising to accept vouchers instead of sending cash. Furthermore behavior of this man is not good. It is requested to return my cash to avoid any legal consequences.

        I ordered 43pc stainless Steel storage at the time of taking order naaptol people said they will refund money including courier charge if we don't like the product. When they delivered product we checked the product quality is very low do we called at naaptol and asked for refund but they said they will replace the product not refund they money this 3rd time I have experienced this.this one of the worst online shopping company plz take action and refund my money

                The tablet sim sort is not working, and the product turned power off(Switch off)some time.i already registerd my complient to naaptol.they are saying that technical department contact you soon.after 1 week also they did n't call me.
                they are not taking any kind of decison for it...

                  This is a fraud company . They do not have return policy . BEWARE
                  I ordered a product called Scottish aluminium wallet product order no
                  Order no: 21470678 seeing their ad on TV
                  The quality of the product was very cheap and not worth more than Rs 10 .
                  I asked for return . In the first instance they didn't mention anything about the return policy but they promptly collected the item from my home . Later i got a call from thier customer service saying they don't have a return policy and they cannot refund my money . Now they have got the item and they don't want to refund the money as well
                  I don't care about the refund but I just want to spread this message accross everyone so that people don't fall into this trap . I will be posting this to as much as social media possible .

                    I purchased roti maker from naaptol seeing their advt on tv .My roti maker has several problems and is not working as shown in advt. I have called them several time & asked them to make the demo. However no one turned out & now today i received a call informing that i am winner of prize in their lucky winner draw & i shall receive some prize from them & i have to pay rs 3000 on receipt of prize against packing, delivery charge. On enquiry i found it seems to fake call. But i donot know how caller received my contact details & naaptol order number.

                      After seeing the add in naaptol, i ordered and purchased the tab by paying Rs 5200. the tab is not working on receipt itself . since there was a site to naaptol CEO, and it is shown that he will give response with in 24 hrs . I made complaint to him three times . no response, hence given complaint through the phone .no use . I lost my money.

                      I received a damaged product and its very less quality . Not usefull. I need to return the product and get my money back as soon as possible. Please do the needfull.I tried to contact the customer care and didnt get any needfull informations. Please get services in all languages .

                          I had purchased American Indigo pack of 3 jeans from website against order no 20884426 in the first week of March 16, the jeans came on time but while trying I realized that one set of jeans was very tight below the knee and looked like ladies churidàar pyjama there fore I called up customer care department and shared my views, I was advised to pack all the 3 jeans and put a small note with concern and call their courier company Aramex to collect it and after I week I will get a set of new jeans.

                          Next day on 14th or 15th I myself got a call from company that a letter has been couriered to me I should fill it and than call Aramex who will come and pick up this pack and after 1 week I will get a new pack of 3 jeans.

                          On 21st March when I called them and informed them that parcel is ready against which I was given reference no C 2120BE and was assured pickup in a day or two, but since no one turned up for 3 days I again called Naaptol/ Aramex on 24th and requested for pick up, the telephone executive apologized but assured pick up by evening or latest by 25th but again no one came.

                          I called up Naaptol on 28th and expressed my dissatisfaction over the way return policy is being handled by them, they also showed concern but still advised me to once again call Aramex, which I did again, I was again assured pick up by evening, but I insisted an assurance that some one will really come as I have to make arrangements so that someone is at home but to my surprise I have been asked to call Aramex at 3 pm to track the schedule of courier and his plan.

                          Today is 30th and still no one has come so I called up again, Aramex has again said sorry and assured pick up and Naaptol executive has again advised me to make my own arrangement to contact Aramex.

                          I have therefore decided to donate this defective Jeans to our colony guard rather than returning all the 3 jeans because this was taken under Cash on delivery agreement, now with this experience I am 100% sure when pick up for replacement is such a fearful experience what I can expect when all the 3 jeans are with them and 100% payment is also with them.

                          My concern is just to inform my fellow customers about Naaptol and its sister concern Aramex which I doubt even exist, beside this I will also be requesting TATA Sky to black list this advertising portal from their network and in due course of time I will be approaching consumer forum " www.gama.gov.in" as I have been told that now

                            Everything available on naaptol is very much costly. Like product. Manipol massager . Its giving it for 1499 . But on every site it is available for just 500. This is big scam. They are cheating with cutomers. Another product. Exercise roller they are selling for 1599. On evry site like ebay, paytm its available just for 700. See they are just cheating with all. But cheap tv channels for money showing naaptol continously ..Do something for it.. Its biggest scam. Making people fool.

                              I buy a get in shape slimming vest for men. It was broken in 10 days. The under rubber was broken and its got loss also. In few days i also complain to the customer care but i dosn't attend my call. I tolk with her and he was send me a engineer number but the number was also not working. I take a two slim belt and both are got damage. You take a strict action....

                              I had ordered a electric pest and insect conrtol machine with an offer of buy one and get one free.My order no is 21097729. I had called the customer no and registered a complaint about this on Monday 21st March 2016 and was assured of response within 48 hours but there is no response . I again called on 24th and again there is no response.I had paid Rs 1899/- for the product. I would like to have a refund. as they only keep telling we will revert as early as possible

                                I've ordered Mini Silaai machine for Rs 1999/- through Naaptol online shopping. From the very first day of delivery it isn't working properly. No. of times I've contacted Naaptol and they clearly said the machine should work fine and there shoouldn't be any fault whereas they've literally delivered defected machine. At least they should send their technician in order to check whether the machine works properly or not. I am clearly not satisfied with the product quality and functionality as well the pathetic customer service of naaptol. Even their customer care executive was trying to be a big dog by saying "Do whatever you want, machine will not be taken back or exchanged" wow I mean this is ridiculous! you got my money and that doesn't gives you the right to say that. Greedy Naaptol.

                                  Hi All,

                                  I purchased slim shaper on same day i called up the customer care that i need refund of my money has the size was not appropriate. None of the customer care executive are responded well when i asked to lodge a complain and refund of money they cut my call... i called them plenty times the response is the same.
                                  One of the worst online shopping. I will never recommend to any one to buy things from Naaptol.

                                    Received the order no 20126673 on 22nd march, which was placed order on 15th Feb. So first of all very late delivery, second of all when the product was opened everything was fine except for the cartoon which was wear n tear condition, all the parts of it took out in great excitement n finally took out washer bucket heard some noise and looked everywhere carefully n to my horror the switched button was out of place the wires of switch could be seen with naked eyes. Second of all the bottom of the car washer bucket was brokenand again the machine inside and wires could be seen with naked eyes..!!
                                    Made a complaint today on 23 march after consulting friends and first question they asked after I made my complain was"is it working?" O was shocked as I had already mentioned the wires n machine inside is seeing with naked eyes, so how could I take the risk of trying it'. After that he said naaptol will call after 2 to 3 hours later I said OK n waited. And finally after 2hours(approx) at around 9pm naaptol customer care called me. And asked all details again and I gave all details. And I asked about Refund /Replacement process and he said will call after 2to 3 hours keep the phone on and receive the call . and I asked again about refund/replacement, he said will call after 2 -3 hours n talk about it thoroughly. So m waiting for the call. Hope it gets replaced or is refunded.

                                      Hello

                                      i had ordered a body cum fat massager. now the price which i was shown on tv was mrp of 1499rs. when i ordered they charged 399 rs for courier delivery, which is more for courier delivery in vadodara city.

                                      secondly on the invoice i have been provided does not hold the description of mrp and the courier shipping charges seperately.

                                      they round it up to 1898 rs.

                                      please take this into account and give me justice.
