Dear Sir/Madam,

This is to request to you to save children and parents from Naaptol.com forgery regarding children toys and poor quality products.

I bought one toy car"wall climbing car with Remote control Red " by incurring a cost of INR1898 .

First day only we have tried to charged it but unable to make it started.
When I called Naaptol @[protected] some illerate kind of person(Ashok) replied with a very rude statement that "you can go anywhere but we cannot help you out".

TV shows should be banned on kid's channels as they targeting small kids who are unaware about their forgery and play with their emotions which harming their parents hard earned money.

Sir, i have received defective product... returned the wrong product by dtdc courier on[protected] for replacement instead of 16gb spy pen i received 200mb spy pen their customer care member told me to return the product to replace.. till now i did not get any information about it. no replacement or sent my money back.

as soon as possible.

As per ur sms i want to get the delivery on 3/3/16, still now i have not recd

Is it an ISO 9001 and 10002 certified company .when u r going to deliver.

Insted of sending the order described they have send me two bedsheet of low quality and a lot of waste paper. please refund my money back and i dont want to make any more shopping with naaptol they are just fraud .that to a big one.please refund it as soon as possible or i will file a case on consumer for for the particular fraud.

Let me introduce to the biggest fraudsters of the tv shopping which is Naaptol. Bought the product on 29th Feb 2016. Registered complaint on 3rd March 2016. Complaint Number 13990018. My roti maker has several problems and it has a manufacturing defect. I have called from 3rd March 2016 to 10th March 2016 everyday for around 10 -15 minutes. Today they crossed the limits by cutting the call when i got little angry as they were not handling the complaint properly. I was on call today (on 10th March 2016) for almost an hour. Please avoid purchasing from Naaptol.com and dont get into the trap of this. I will make sure my friends also dont buy from this scam website.

I buy a pest control machine from naaptol on 20 feb 2016 of rs 1999+399 shiping charges also . it was delivered on 22 feb 2016 . I was use it for 2 to 3 days so I call to naaptol and about it it says it do works in 7 days before it come so I use it for 7 days but there was no response of it I call it again but I camplaint of it and then no response I replace it as soon as possible my ordered number was 20214015 and owner name was parveen goyal

This is clear case of Fraud.

We had ordered a rotti maker of order no.19734410.and received on dated 30/12/2016.it's was defected and we had retured it to the naptol and they advised us replace with any other product but now they are refusing us give any product in replacement to rotti maker and they are harassing since last two months mentally and physically now I want strict action against them and compansation of Rs.2000 as harassment.

I had ordered a tab on Naaptol Online Shopping on 7th Feb 2016. I got my product on 12th Feb 2016. But the product was not working properly. When tab was switched on, it automatically switched off. After that i tried so many times but i was not able to switch on the tab. So i complaint about that to the customer care of Naaptol Online Shopping company and they gave me assurance for free replacement of the tab. They took approximate 2 weeks to replace the tab. After replacement on 27th Feb 2016, they sent me defective and old tab, which is also not working properly. Even the tab is not supporting the sim card and there is plenty of scratches on the screen of the tab. Once again i complaint about the faulty tab to the customer care of Naaptol Online Shopping but they did not respond me well. Now they pick the phone and keep me on hold.
So, now i want my money back. I am requesting for refund.

1. Used & Dirty Product Given. Except outer poly packing, all inner packing were loose & teared as if old & rejected product was re - packed
2. Called Customer Care Officer within 10 minutes of receiving the product but he did not responded in the right manner and was not willing to register the complaint.
3. Want to Return the Product Immediately

Respected sir I have ordered 43 pieces stainless steel storage vessels on 3rd February 2016 today I received 23 pieces of storage vessels At the time of booking you offer me 43 pieces of vessels and a gift voucher of Rs .250 at the time of delivery it is not received by this your company cheated me so I am returning the goods to you.And you have to returned the mony and shipping charges immediately after receiving the goods otherwise I will go to consumer court Thanking you Dhilip kumar.kn.

We order sewing machine so when we received it for 1st time it was not working then we replaced it and then company have send other sewing machine and even that was working..after that company told that it will not get replace..never do online shopping from this company

I have ordered a JeoTex 4 SIM TV Mobile from Naaptol on 31st Jan 2016 & the order number is 19806702. They have showed in TV that it has inbuilt social networks like Facebook, youtube, whats app but there is no such in built applications. There is a Java application from where I can access internet even that is not working. Please check the attachment for reference. I have explained the same to the technical department but they have not giving me any response & resolution. They keep on giving me false instruction regarding fix the error. I have requested them to collect the phone and issue me a refund of Rs 3398 but they are not responding. Even the Analog Tv is not working No channels are coming, .

Please help me and issue me a refund from Naaptol.

I Ordered a mobile phone VOX T20 TV mobile shown on 24/01/2016 and I was received VOX V6666 on 27/01/2016 Then I called Naaptol customer care executive they registered my complaint and they said replace the product
then I was sent the product 29/01/2016 through Aramex domestic courier service but till (20 days) I not received any product / response them

I ordered a set of 2 Jaipuri Razais from naaptol (on call)shopping network. i was delivered torn razais. when the replacement came, it was torn too and of inferior quality. i demanded the company to return my money and take back their product but they are paying no heed to my requests for refund. this is a clear case of fraud. As a customer i am cheated
