A Sheffield hot plate was supplied by naaptol vide invoice no. 847468/DL/0082539/[protected] dated 29/01/2016 is faulty. the complaint was registered n. 13433663 to replace/return the item. but the item was not replaced/returned till date. very bad exprience with naaptol. please look into it at the earliest

SIR,
As per my previous complaint they gave support for the repairing of the machine. but sir, i think there is some major technical problem in the machine, that's why i cant do anything with that machine, another thing is that the person who came to take back the machine told me to return everything which was delivered to me. so i returned the threads (free gift with the machine). but when i got the machine after repairing they did not delivered me the threads. so please do the necessary at your earliest as the warranty period is running out. and if possible i wamt my cash back in return of the machine

I have purchased from Naaptol - data wind tablet in the month of December, on 12th and i have found that my phone speaker is not at all audible to me and i have even raised a complaint but no response from their side and i have even put message regarding this, and also i am unable to connect to internet even i have purchased a new GSM sim and have fully netcoverage and when i have called them iam getting unnecessary resonse not relating to the internet connectivity problem

I buy a data pocket surfer 3g phone from naptol in 29 june 2015, invoice number is 847467/d1/0119029/[protected]. Now there is some speaker problem in a phone
I submit the phone in grantroad datawind service centre on 2-1-2015 now its almost 24 days and they said your phone will come
In 15 days i dont understand how much time take for minor problems i am fade up of your service please returm my device
I will take service from local mobile repairing centre plase do me a favour please return my phone...


Naptol yoe are making nice video presentation in tv commercial add but your customer service is good for taking order only but they are always dumb for takind any complaints or problem i am de satisfied from your cistomer service.
I never buy nor tell people to buy any product from naptol is very cheap shoping platform in india.
I only want to tell please send my product as saoon as possible whether is repair or dont repair i dont care...

I have order Electric Insect & Pest Control Machine through Order No. 19388344 on 16 jan 2016 after that they are giving guaranty to give delivery within 48 hour but today is 22 jan 2016 still i have not received my product. i also contacted them to provide description that why is this product getting much time? i have received an amazing answer from them "sir your product is awaiting delivery and we have no idea where is got stuck" if they don't have idea the who the hell is have idea. please try to resolve this issue

Have not got any resolution so far. Very disappointing and sad experience...

Had purchase 112 Pcs Drill Machine & Screwdriver Set Combo from Naaptol for Rs. 2000/- which is totally not worth for it when I open the packet. So on the same day inform the Naptol customer care on this issue for which they transfer the call to Technical team saying it technical issue but actually I simply want to return the product & get back my cash. So spoken to customer care couple of times but no luck and last week when i spoke to the technical team they said me you inform the Naptol representative saying there is no technical problem with the product & I wanted to return it for which they given the case reference ID ie. 13089187 & told next time i can given this reference & can be resolved but when i called yesterday (20-Jan-2016) night around 11.16 pm & spoken to Bhaktha Naik he is from technical team saying there is no procedure for returning the product which was totally dissatisfied me & i was planning to make a sue against Naptol if this doesn't work soon.

I have ordered silk razai set from Naptol online shoping on 27.12.2015, the product recd. totally defactive & very low quality. I have registered complaint on 02.01.2016 to customer care by phone for returning or replace, after that i have called 7-8 times to complaints depatment Mumbai, every time every one answered that within 2 days your product will be collected from courier company & send you a new product. but today on 20.01.2016 no any positive responce from Naptol.
I requested that please try to refund my money.

Hi, I ordered Jaipuri Rasai on Naptol. I recieved it by paying Rs:1898.00. It was cash on delivery. We found that the rasai they have delivered is not of good quality and torn. So, I have asked them to take back the rasai and refund my amount. They are forcing me to take their vouchers and purchase another product. If I call their call center, they first said there is no return policy in naptol and later when I asked them strictly, they took a complaint. Every time, they are asking me to wait for 2 days . But two days got over and no response from them. Please look into the issue and help me get back my money.

Its not getting rid of any pests from my home. I don't find its working other than 2 LED lights. I have complained Naaptol and requested for reimbursement several times but they have not responded. In television add of naaptol 70pc stainless steel kitchen ware 70 pc kitchen ware is highlighted and written but when i ordered it is only 32 pc. Then i call to naptol customer care they told that count container with its lid . This is completely cheating in add they dont tell that it is counted 70 with its lid .

Hello Sir, I have on line purchased 2 blanket to naaptol om line shopping.but blanket was not fine quality wise then i have return after 3 days. I have also attached and send courier sleep scan copy to naaptol but they did not inform that he got blankets. I called to him then he told me. After 4 days they told me he received only single blanket even i have return 2 blanket. So he is paying only 1100 INR. I have paid 2398 and and couier charges 350 also. On 25/12/15, order no : 18933714 . i have order a product from naaptol after receiving the product i was very dissatisfied with the product . so i complain to naaptol and asked to give my money back. they are not giving my money back. they are telling it against are policy. but according to the law they should have inform they policy with help of they website, tv ets. they did'nt inform me. after this they told me that they will take the product back and provide a voucher to buy other product. they provide courier company (aramex) number[protected] that they will come after calling them and courier company will provide a voucher and then i can shop any product. on 29/12/15 i call courier company they said they will come within in 3 days. but they did not came within 3 days. so i complaint to courier company (aramex) this was my first compalint after than i complaint almost more than ten times and they ignoring me telling your product will picked up in 2 day and nobody comes i compaint to naaptol also from which i have taken the product they also tell me the same reason . till now my product is not replaced. please take strict action regarding my complaint and help to get my money back or product replacement .

Naaptol 's Electric Insect & Pest Control Machine(Product Code: 871047) has been advertised wrongly that it stops rats, insects etc .But it is totally false, as it does not control any .Hence a request for refund was asked for but they are not even willing to provide the refund. Kindly look into this matter with serious concern. N.shivaswamy

Product Code: 12363638, Order number : 18499177 Dear Sir, I was placed an order for 43 pcs stainless steel storage and set(product code[protected] as per the above mentioned description. The TV advertisements showed exactly the 43 pcs storage sets. But when I bought it I got only 23 storage sets and 20 lids which counts 43 when summed up. This is 100% cheating showing fake advertisement's both in TV and naptol site(http://www.naaptol.com/kitchen-storage/smart-home-43-pcs-stainless-steel-st...⇄ In the above link provided, they describes the product with complete details of all 43Pcs storage sets and not lids. I had paid 2389/- for this which includes the product cost and shipping charge. Dear customers, Naaptol is cheating all of its customers like this showing fake advertisements. Please don't go for Naaptol online purchases.

I returned a product against which theydid not return me money but issued me a gift voucher. Now when i am trying to use that voucher it is showing that voucher is not valid. I calle them about 10 times regarding this but i am not getting any relief

Sir, I have ordered a purple jaipuri razai from naaptol on 20/12/15 with my order no18837021 which they delivered to me on 24/12/15. Sir when I cheked these razai these are torn from many sides, the wool is coming out from many sides, stiches are not good, it looks like it is already used by any other before. Sir my humble request is to you please make strict action against this company so that it will never cheat their customers.

L08C12C on dated 8 Dec. 2015, again I contacted the Aaramex Courier on 16 Dec. and got informed that the earlier request is cancelled due to parcel not ready.
