On 25/12/15, order no : 18933714 . i have order a product from naaptol after receiving the product i was very dissatisfied with the product . so i complain to naaptol and asked to give my money back. they are not giving my money back. they are telling it against are policy. but according to the law they should have inform they policy with help of they website, tv ets. they did'nt inform me. after this they told me that they will take the product back and provide a voucher to buy other product. they provide courier company (aramex) number[protected] that they will come after calling them and courier company will provide a voucher and then i can shop any product. on 29/12/15 i call courier company they said they will come within in 3 days. but they did not came within 3 days. so i complaint to courier company (aramex) this was my first compalint after than i complaint almost more than ten times and they ignoring me telling your product will picked up in 2 day and nobody comes i compaint to naaptol also from which i have taken the product they also tell me the same reason . till now my product is not replaced. please take strict action regarding my complaint and help to get my money back or product replacement .

Naaptol 's Electric Insect & Pest Control Machine(Product Code: 871047) has been advertised wrongly that it stops rats, insects etc .But it is totally false, as it does not control any .Hence a request for refund was asked for but they are not even willing to provide the refund. Kindly look into this matter with serious concern. N.shivaswamy

Product Code: 12363638, Order number : 18499177 Dear Sir, I was placed an order for 43 pcs stainless steel storage and set(product code[protected] as per the above mentioned description. The TV advertisements showed exactly the 43 pcs storage sets. But when I bought it I got only 23 storage sets and 20 lids which counts 43 when summed up. This is 100% cheating showing fake advertisement's both in TV and naptol site(http://www.naaptol.com/kitchen-storage/smart-home-43-pcs-stainless-steel-st...⇄ In the above link provided, they describes the product with complete details of all 43Pcs storage sets and not lids. I had paid 2389/- for this which includes the product cost and shipping charge. Dear customers, Naaptol is cheating all of its customers like this showing fake advertisements. Please don't go for Naaptol online purchases.

I returned a product against which theydid not return me money but issued me a gift voucher. Now when i am trying to use that voucher it is showing that voucher is not valid. I calle them about 10 times regarding this but i am not getting any relief

Sir, I have ordered a purple jaipuri razai from naaptol on 20/12/15 with my order no18837021 which they delivered to me on 24/12/15. Sir when I cheked these razai these are torn from many sides, the wool is coming out from many sides, stiches are not good, it looks like it is already used by any other before. Sir my humble request is to you please make strict action against this company so that it will never cheat their customers.

I bought a Maahika Jewellery collection After receiving the product I had made a complaint of Poor quality and the same time they had given me code no.50614601 and advice to contact me to Aaramex courier I had contacted Aaramex courier, they had given pick up no. L08C12C on dated 8 Dec. 2015, again I contacted the Aaramex Courier on 16 Dec. and got informed that the earlier request is cancelled due to parcel not ready. As informed by me that no one contacted me for collecting the Parcel, Aaramex had given new pick up no. L167C64 . On 18 Dec. I again contacted Naaptol on 18 Dec. and complaint no. 12626836 given to me. On 20 Dec.

I have purchase a set of 2 lavender jaipuri cotton razai with gold prints but the product was not good at all very low quality product i think fraud activity is going on at naaptol they are not refunding my money back and the product which they provide are very old please help me

Naaptol is a worst company i have ever seen. i bought some product from them, quality of the product was pathetic. and so is the customer service. I tried to contact with them, there customer service executive are worst. This company is bulling there client, whenever u will call for any problem all They have to say is, that it is there company policy. and ones you reach to complaint department they won't even bother to listen to you and keep saying same thing again and again. And if you ask to escalate the call to their senior they won't even do that..

Yesturday, i orderd a naaptol product naming "jaipuri sanganeri rajai" worth Rs. 1999, order no.[protected]. It was deliverd to me today morning, while taking delivery i checked the product and found it below discription quality(voilation of sales of goods act). I protested taking delivery and demanded return of product on the spot but the delivery boy asked me to pay and told that money will be refunded via naaptol whenever i will file a complaint to return the product, complaint no.[protected]. i agreed with him, and after few minutes called naaptol.com, they denied refunding my money and asked me to collect some voucher or keep the defaulted product. they also challenged me to do whatever i can do but they wont refund me any money. its a clear breach of section-15 and 16 of sales of goods act, 1930. i want remedy under section-59 of the said act. kindly register my above complaint against naaptol.com phn-[protected]

If Naaptol has counted a lid as separate set, than this will be clearly mentioned in the product description. For example, In the product description he has told that “12 Pcs: 400 ml Round Canister with Steel Lid (Diameter : 8 cm, Height 10 cm)”. 12 pcs means 12 pcs. Now he has said 12 pcs means 6 pcs And 6 lids. It is clear cheating case. In the market, there is lids are with articles. This is against the market rules. The total market cost of product sent to me is only 1500/ maximum while I have paid to you Rs. 3398. In my order where is very clear in product description that all item with lids. The total 70 pcs with lids as per description. I have lodged a complaint on December 10, 2015, but till date no proper response was received. Dear Sir, After registering this complaint here, somebody from NAAPTOL had called and told that he will refund me two days before, but he did not mailed me any details regarding that .Sir please help me to get my money back from this FRAUD COMPANY.

Hi, i had ordered Electronic pest control device (Order ID :[protected] and using it since then - but rats, lizards and cockroaches still there. no effect on mosquitoes as it claims. On this support team informed device is faulty and they will send replacement. Firstly delayed response time from support team. No response it was already 15 days and then partial delivery . email sent on 18th Nov: AWB No: [protected] delivered today, but its single machine instead of 2 devices .my offer was of Buy 1 get 1 free (and i returned back both in AWB id: [protected]). Naptol reverted they have escalated matter and will dispatch the missing 1 pc Electric Insect & Pest Control Machine within 2-3 working days. it's 15th Dec, till date none delivered to the address and also dissatisfied from service (product doesn't work, not completely delivered, delay in dispatch - no revert on emails ) . I had buy a product “Combo Of 6 Car Care Accessories_AF10915 AF10915” using Naaptol and my order ID Number is 18028201 on 11th November 2015 and made payment using mobikwik, but I did not received my product and also after 20 days they are informed that they cannot deliver product at my location and upto today they did not get my money refund. I have made a complain about 7 times but there didn’t make solution.

Dear Sir, I had ordered this item one month before and when i recieved the order there was no liver to fit the handle of the product. I had registered a complaint regarding the same on 5 .12.2015 and they told that they will deliver the Liver within 4 days. when i called today there are not responding... I had purchased a tablet from naaptol.Ireceived a pocket from Ecom express.I opened it.There is only tablet..Leather case was not sent.I informed.After a 10 days they sent the leather case. When i insurted the sim card in the tablet the sims are not working.There was no signals and no net work.When i touch the power button automatically the volume button started working.The same subject was explained through the c.c no.But there was no response.so In this regard my request is that, refund the amount paid by me I will send your tablet to the adress if you send the adress or send other tablet ie vox 106 tabletin working condition. thank u sir.

I got a reject piece and i complain to customer care same day and i told i dont want this piece i want my money back. they spoke to me very roudly and told me we are not giving any money back to any customer. I called so many time and my wife called so many times then they told me to contact aremax to collect the product first time i was not agree then i called there they told me they will collect the product within 4 days. last 15 days i am waiting nobody is collect the product. today called the custmer care ritesh spoke to me then mosin spoke to me i thing they dont know how to speak to a customer last 25 days i am waiting for solve this problem but no one is solve my problem. now tom. i called all the media person take complain against your company naaptol. and today i will complain all the places like consumer complain, mouth shut all the places complain.

Dear Sir/madam Naaptol people are making me fool ..they are cheater and fraud...i am being harrassed by them. Just look at the image which i am sending you. Kindly look at this..their order receipt also attached in it... in which clearly written that i have ordered for AV1064 and they supplied AV 1062 again. In Previous order i demanded AV1054 but they supplied AV 1062 RED...which i returned and after waiting for so long...they apologized so many time so i ordered again for another item then again they supplied me wring one.
