Naaptol is a worst company i have ever seen. i bought some product from them, quality of the product was pathetic. and so is the customer service. I tried to contact with them, there customer service executive are worst. This company is bulling there client, whenever u will call for any problem all They have to say is, that it is there company policy. and ones you reach to complaint department they won't even bother to listen to you and keep saying same thing again and again. And if you ask to escalate the call to their senior they won't even do that..

Yesturday, i orderd a naaptol product naming "jaipuri sanganeri rajai" worth Rs. 1999, order no.[protected]. It was deliverd to me today morning, while taking delivery i checked the product and found it below discription quality(voilation of sales of goods act). I protested taking delivery and demanded return of product on the spot but the delivery boy asked me to pay and told that money will be refunded via naaptol whenever i will file a complaint to return the product, complaint no.[protected]. i agreed with him, and after few minutes called naaptol.com, they denied refunding my money and asked me to collect some voucher or keep the defaulted product. they also challenged me to do whatever i can do but they wont refund me any money. its a clear breach of section-15 and 16 of sales of goods act, 1930. i want remedy under section-59 of the said act. kindly register my above complaint against naaptol.com phn-[protected]

Order No. 18482737 Product code : 12385947 Dear Sir, I was placed an order for 70 pcs stainless kitchen set (product code[protected] as per the under mentioned description. For which I have paid a huge amount of Rs. 3398. 12 Pcs: 400 ml Round Canister with Steel Lid (Diameter : 8 cm, Height 10 cm) 10 Pcs: 600 ml Round Canister with Steel Lid (Diameter : 9 cm, Height 11.3 cm) 10 Pcs: 800 ml Round Canister with Steel Lid (Diameter : 10 cm, Height 13 cm) 10 Pcs: 1000 ml Round Canister with Steel Lid (Diameter : 11 cm, Height 14 cm) 8 Pcs: 600 ml Stackable Canister with Plastic Lid (Diameter : 14 cm, Height 4.8 cm) 8 Pcs: 900 ml Stackable Canister with Plastic Lid (Diameter : 16 cm, Height 5.2 cm) 8 Pcs: 1500 ml Stackable Canister with Plastic Lid (Diameter : 17 cm, Height 6 cm) 2 : 150 ml Salt Shakers (Diameter : 5 cm, Height 7.5 cm) 2 : 150 ml Pepper Shakers (Diameter : 5 cm, Height 7.5 cm) Total – 70 pcs The Naaptol has sent me 37 pc . On inquiry, Naaptol said that 37 pcs lids will be counted as a set. This is clear cheating case. In the open market, one set means with lids. If Naaptol has counted a lid as separate set, than this will be clearly mentioned in the product description. For example, In the product description he has told that “12 Pcs: 400 ml Round Canister with Steel Lid (Diameter : 8 cm, Height 10 cm)”. 12 pcs means 12 pcs. Now he has said 12 pcs means 6 pcs And 6 lids. It is clear cheating case. In the market, there is lids are with articles. This is against the market rules. The total market cost of product sent to me is only 1500/ maximum while I have paid to you Rs. 3398. In my order where is very clear in product description that all item with lids. The total 70 pcs with lids as per description. I have lodged a complaint on December 10, 2015, but till date no proper response was received. Also I have requested to refund my amount, if Naaptol is unable to send me 70 pcs with lids (Not 37 pcs + 37 pcs lids). (Nirmala Modi) Contact No. [protected]

Dear Sir, After registering this complaint here, somebody from NAAPTOL had called and told that he will refund me two days before, but he did not mailed me any details regarding that .Sir please help me to get my money back from this FRAUD COMPANY.

Hi, i had ordered Electronic pest control device (Order ID :[protected] and using it since then - but rats, lizards and cockroaches still there. no effect on mosquitoes as it claims. On this support team informed device is faulty and they will send replacement. Firstly delayed response time from support team. No response it was already 15 days and then partial delivery . email sent on 18th Nov: AWB No: [protected] delivered today, but its single machine instead of 2 devices .my offer was of Buy 1 get 1 free (and i returned back both in AWB id: [protected]). Naptol reverted they have escalated matter and will dispatch the missing 1 pc Electric Insect & Pest Control Machine within 2-3 working days. it's 15th Dec, till date none delivered to the address and also dissatisfied from service (product doesn't work, not completely delivered, delay in dispatch - no revert on emails ) . I had buy a product “Combo Of 6 Car Care Accessories_AF10915 AF10915” using Naaptol and my order ID Number is 18028201 on 11th November 2015 and made payment using mobikwik, but I did not received my product and also after 20 days they are informed that they cannot deliver product at my location and upto today they did not get my money refund. I have made a complain about 7 times but there didn’t make solution.

Dear Sir, I had ordered this item one month before and when i recieved the order there was no liver to fit the handle of the product. I had registered a complaint regarding the same on 5 .12.2015 and they told that they will deliver the Liver within 4 days. when i called today there are not responding... When i insurted the sim card in the tablet the sims are not working.There was no signals and no net work.When i touch the power button automatically the volume button started working.The same subject was explained through the c.c no.But there was no response.so In this regard my request is that, refund the amount paid by me I will send your tablet to the adress if you send the adress or send other tablet ie vox 106 tabletin working condition. thank u sir.

I got a reject piece and i complain to customer care same day and i told i dont want this piece i want my money back. they spoke to me very roudly and told me we are not giving any money back to any customer. Dear Sir/madam Naaptol people are making me fool ..they are cheater and fraud...i am being harrassed by them. Just look at the image which i am sending you. Kindly look at this..their order receipt also attached in it... in which clearly written that i have ordered for AV1064 and they supplied AV 1062 again. I returned a product of naaptol and now naaptol isn't refunding my money even though they got all my bank details. I've been calling them everyday since a month for that and all they say is back end team will get back to me. But then no one calls. I want my refund. Ovais +91 [protected]

I purchased jaipuri rasai from Naaptol under order No.18282214. but there was huge variation in the quality of the product received and the product shown on TV. I called customer support for return of the product which they refused. Do not buy any product from Naaptol as all protucts are substandard.

Complaint number in the company: 12385788 Product bought: Pest Offense Product was defective and refund was asked for. It refused by the company. They agreed to replace it but we do not want the replacement. We asked for a refund or a credit note. The company are now ignoring phone calls and delaying the process.

Order No. 18134953 One of the Worst E- Commerce Website !! Ordered for Car Combo Package; and found that not even single product is of quality. Vaccum Cleaner which came in the combo had its plastic edges broken. My main Concern for the order was Air Pressure Pump, but when i went on long drive ; and felt low air pressure; I Found that the pump was not working. Because of this fraud company, even after buying the gadget, i was in trouble. After Calling them up, the Support stalf with an attitude made me wait on call for almost 10 minutes and then hanged the phone. I called them again and somehow managed to register the complaint.. I tried to post the review also for the product on their website..but they have not approved the negative review, Which means their reviews are fully managed . Today I received call from their end, informing that they dont care about emergency situations; Also they dont have any managers on floor to solve the case Such companies, who cannot value the customers satisfaction are bound to fall.

I had bought a product from naaptol called 'car combo' for Rs.3398 ( including courier charges for receiving the product ), but the quality and usability of product was so low that i had to send them back . for sending them back the product i had to pay more 600 Rs courier charges, complain no:12148398 order no:17623530. so now i am asking them to refund back my cash paid ie. of total 3398+600=3998 Rs but they are not agreeing, instead they have only given me 3398 Rs voucher and said you will get 600 Rs voucher soon ( its been 3 weeks i have not received yet ) . this means i have to buy two products now from them as we can't use two vouchers at a time, this is not done. Please help me to get my refund back or in extreme case get me only one voucher of Rs 3998, so that i can buy only one product .

I have requested for a return and the complaint No is 12362302. But after that no further steps were taken by the company.
