Wrong & Damang Products WORST SERVICE I had ordered Navrang Exclusive Designer Jewellery Collection .The problem was damage and wrong products then I called Customer care on number [protected] to change my products but they said they will provide me of same product. i had wait 4/6 days but did not recived my products . again i called customer service and all the time they said they will send a message on my registered no. but i have no change my products I am very disappointed with your service. I had a worst experience shopping with Naaptol. Also i have talked to the customer care executive regarding this but they where unable to resolve my issue and even were least bother to listen atleast. i must say u guys having the worst customer service. so please resolve my issue i want to return this product & want my money back. The day I received your product I have put a complain which is registered vide complain No 11327936 against my order No 16456452. I call to M. No. [protected] from my M. No.[protected] for two times.     Hi i have purchased the handset on 28th Aug 2015. datawind pocketsurfer 3g4 from naaptol. but in a week the handset is dead and not charging, when i visit to service center of Datawind in sweet dreams mumbai they said the handset need to sent delhi for repairing it will take a month. when i call to naaptol they said i have to wait for month as the head off is in dehli. than why this people cant check the product before delivery what quality check team do of naaptol or they dont check the product at all. my complain no. with naaptol is.11431509. email me on [protected]@yahoo.co.in

      I ordered a Brilliant Snack Maker (popcorn maker) on 31/8/2015 in www.naaptol.com. The order number is 16552484. I got the product delivered on 2/09/2015 at 5:30pm through Aramex courier with shipment number: [protected]. When i open the product and try to start, it runs only few minutes and there after it was not working. I raise a complaint on naaptol.com customer care, they told they will callback to my contact number [protected] and gave me a complaint number: 11363129. But till now i didn't get all call from them.

      Naaptol.com sent courier person to pickup the not working snack maker on friday (4/9/15). Still i am waiting for the replacement.

      Naaptol team agreed for refund through cash voucher to reorder. But when i try to use the voucher, its telling (The voucher applied by you is not valid).. I am very much upset of this Naaptol Online Shopping.

          This is regarding the order number 15944823, placed with Naaptol, after seeing their product on the television. I saw the colored roti maker on TV and called on the given number and placed the order on the 31st of July. It was a COD order.
          On the call the executive just confirmed the order details and registered the order. No policies- return/refund or any other policies that may apply after purchase were described while registering the order, nor do they flash any such information on the TV for the consumers to know about their policies.
          After I received the roti maker, I tried following the steps as described in the user manual. However I didnt get the desired results and so I called for return and refund. Where their executive kept telling me that since it is an electronic gadget it wont be returned. Later after lot of calls and debate they agreed for return and now they are stuck saying they will give a refund voucher and that they will not process any refund otherwise, as refund is not their policy.
          Now they are asking me to read the return policy on their website. But since I ordered it while seeing the product on TV its funny to ask a customer to go through the website first and then order. They should either not be selling through TV or should be clear with their policies to the customer at the time when they are registering the order.
          After repeated calls and talking to their executive they are still not agreeing to process a refund. Its sheer harrassment and loot.
          So I place two cases here against Naaptol-
          1. Looting the customers
          2. Mental Harassment
          I want every penny including the shipping charges that I have paid to Naaptol for the order, to be refunded back. With a penalty of Rs. 25, 000/- for mental harassment.

            I purchased one mobile from naaptol online shopping (Order id :[protected] on 07 aug 2015, payment made by net banking and also i received confirmation mail from naaptol immediately. But 11aug 2015 my order rejected and also given reason by naaptol o[censored]ndelivered location. I call to naaptol customer care and ordered by the way of telephonically, by mistakenly he booked cash on delivered (Order id:[protected] now i received the product and also paid cash also. But still now i am not received any refund from naaptol for (Order id:16071718 by net banking) . I already telepathically enquired and registered complaints 2 times. Pls. Register complaint for refund my amount.

                I had placed an order for Rotimaker last year on Naaptol. Initially they were very good on the call. I received the product but it turned out to be a disaster as I could not prepare any rotis out of it. Now I wanted to return the product and order something else. You wont believe I had to call them 100 times to do so. Moreover every time I had to repeat the same thing as different customer service people used to receive the call. I was fed up and then spoke to one of their managers threatening that I will sue them if my money is not refunded or I get some other product. Finally after 7 months my order for 4 bedsheets was placed in exchange of the Rotimaker. I received the product only after 20 days. Also they had mentioned that the delivery was not available for my order. What a pathetic service. My woes were still not over as the bedsheets I received were not the same that I had ordered and one of them was torn(can you imagine?). So please please do not buy from this website. Also their charges are much more than the other online sites.

                  By seen a television Naaptol product promotion show, I did placed an order for a portable tailor machine to Naaptol in the month of May 2015. I got the product on June 2015 and made a payment of Rs. 1999 by cash to Naaptol representative. But Naaptol didn't given me any voucher for that, instead they sent a message stating product delivered to me. But the product what I received was not working. Hence I registered a complaint with Naaptol ( complaint no:[protected] various times. I have spent a lot of time and money to call them for getting my money back but Napptol was not ready to resolve my concern by refunding my money. I request kind intervention from Consumer complaint forum to get my money back. Please note the order number and complaint numbers w.r.t the case.                       I saw the advertisement on the T.V and accordingly booked an order on the 17th of July 2015 via Ph No. [protected] I receive a message that my order No. is 15680170 On 20th July I receive an SMS saying Dear UPENDRA, your order is dispatched & will reach you within next 12-24 hrs. Please pay Rs... Thanks, Team Naaptol The above message was repeated again on 27th July at 1, 57 PM I get another message at 4.17 PM saying thus Dear UPENDRA, We are trying to contact you regards to your order at Naaptol.Kindly reply on below mention details. [protected]. I wish to say that the above two messages has been sent to me several times till today .Also some body from naaptol calls me from time to time and assures me of getting the product . Pl also note that when I try to contact them on [protected] I find that this No is not valid. I have wasted a lot of time sitting at home expecting to receive the product. I have lost interest in the product.

                        I book a order no 16030120, and receved my order but when i use these instrument these are not working, i call to naaptol cutome care no many time but he says that we got ur complain and he give me complain no .10995904.but there is no action, i request to all consumer that nobody purchase to naaptol any thing this is fraud company, they want to make fool to all human.i call ccare many time and told him to return my money but no action.this is vary bad impration to me.

                          My order no is 15875151. I got product on 04/08/2015 and i received used mobile phone. mobile box was already open and there was also a seal of naaptol service center which had repaired at vox service center. touch screen working very badly and many scratches there on screen and back side. and all accesories was in torn polithine opend seal. Naaptol is cheated company. i got used defective mobile phone. mobile was already having many pics and recorded voice of date 13/06/2013 and now naaptol is not refunding my money in cash. very very very cheap worst company ever.never buy nothing from naaptol.

                            I Have Ordered mobile phone from naaptol VOX DV10 16 gb memory capacity It Was Defective, but after replacement product sent by them is very different from the original one, the product is old model now 4 gb memory capacity. when I asked them Since then a 4 to 5 days have passed no action have been taken against it.I Think They Are Cheating Me . I Went to complaint to higher authorities .But No Use.

                              Wrong Battery Dispatch for a Mobile Watch and Fraud

                              I had ordered a Mobile Watch (VOX brand) from Naaptol. I was delivered the watch in 8 to 10 days with Battery case missing . I had complained to customer care, after a long discussion they agreed to send Battery case of some other watch which does not Fit. Nobody has called in for Order cancellation and they are not ready to cancell my order for their fault....

                              I have booked a Coloured Roti, Khakra & Pizza Maker with Atta Maker + Free Hotpot @2773 on dated 03/07/2015 having order no.15444863 which may supposed to delivery on 15/07/2015 but instead of that they have delivered on 22/07/2015 and that is also without any intimation us the reason of the delaying. Above all they had delivered us the damaged material (Roti Maker having a dent and a breakage in its screw part). when we have complaint (complaint number[protected] dated on 22/07/2015) about the recieved goods they asked me to send it back to their Delhi warehouse and after recieved that product then only they will replace me with a new one. I dont know even what again they will send back to me. i have asked them send a fresh undamaged product to me and take their damaged product from me, but they are not willing to do that.

                                  I am having to face while dealing with your members of staff and ordering from Naaptol and this is not the first time I have had such experiences with Naaptol. I have ordered for an LED projector on the 28th June and was delivered a faulty product within 3-4 days. Upon having several conversations your customer service adviser "Favoured" us by agreeing to replace the faulty item. After a lot of delay (4 days) pick up of the faulty product was arranged and then after a week we received a replacement and surprisingly there is a mobile phone (not surprised) in the package which clearly states LED Projector. After a lot of hassle your member of staff promised to call back in 24 hours for resolution 4 days ago, however, no one bothered to call back till now. I would like another "favour" from you by having my money refunded so that I can end this really inconvenient relationship with Naaptol for good.

                                    i purchase swing machine last 2 months before i complaint the next day machine is not working. nobody come today on words. i will complaint every 2 days told your person come our person 24hr to 48 hr but still nobody come and check the machine . pls give me my money and take your machine

                                      As per your advertisement on TV, I ordered for Luxury Queen 7 Designer Double Bed Sheets with 16 Pillow Covers (8BS12) on 25 Jun 2015 for Rs 2, 999/-. But Items received on 02 Jul 2015 with 01 No extra designer bed sheet but not of that quality and brand whatever we seen in advertisement. Therefore, the above items returned back on 06 Jul 2015, but the above amount not yet refunded despite of repeated telephonic calls made to naaptol.

                                      In view of the above, Please make necessary arrangement to refund my paid amount as early as possible.
