i order my slimming vest of size L-XL 34-40 on approx 25-26 may 2015. i received it within 2 days but the size doent suits me then i request it for XXL-XXXL 42-46 size instead of L-XL 34-40.         Kawachi-Pack of 3 Day And Night Vision Glasses Product Code:12405706 and order no. is 14848731 I purchased on 30 May and at time of purchasing they said within 7 days the money will be refunded back if product is not upto the mark but now within 7 days we calling them but they are not ready to refund the money and salesperson's all phone numbers are also switched off. NAAPTOL IS FRAUD COMPANY. Please take some action against it. Please shut down this fraud company. I want my money back.

While operating the device through remote, it is not moving forward or revers direction.                 My order reference no. is 14107961. I want to return my tablet because of several listed reasons: 1. It's battery backup is extremely poor;means there is a need to charge the battery within 45 minutes of every use and now the situation has become so worst that it has stopped even working. 2.The power on/off button seems to be inappropriate, it leads to hanging up of the tablet for hours. 3.I have been continuously calling your customer care no. for several times. They have also registered my complaint no.9634864, but only they do is to keep my call on hold telling that they are transferring my call to the technical department.At last after long awaited hold also no one listens to the complaint. I request you to kindly send some person by your side to take my tablet and REFUND the money as early as possible.

                  I HAVE BOUGHT A DATAWIND TABLET ON APRIL15, 2015. I CALLED 2-5 TIMES ON THE GIVEN NO. BUT GOT NO REPLY AND THE PHONE WAS ONLY PUT ON THE HOLD SO THAT THE PERSON THAT HAS CALLED GET TIRED AND PUT THE PHONE OFF.I COMPLAINT MANY TIMES BUT THERE ALSO I DONT GET ANY POSITIVE REPLY AND NOW I AM COMPLAINING AGAIN SO THAT I COULD GET MY MONEY REFUNDED AND AFTER THAT IF I DONT GET MY MONEY REFUNDED I WOULD HAVE TO TAKE SOME STRICT ACTIONS.

                    I have order for Mini Silai Machine vide order No. 14437647. I have received the order within a weeks time. When I opened the product, it was functioning but when I started stitching it does not work. I have immediately called the customer care and they have registered my complaint vide No. 9969000. Now, daily your customer call centre made me call and asked me to hold for some time as they are transferring the call to their technical department but after a long hold, no body comes instead signature tune is going on and then automatically call ends. I have simply asked them to replace the product instead of wasting my time and money on making calls to your customer care but nobody cares for it. Every time some different persons picks up the phone and I have to narrate whole story to them and after that they left me on hold for. Now I fed up and request you once and for all either to replace the product or refund my money otherwise I have no option but to lodge a complaint against your channel for making fool of so may people.

                                  Dear sir, i had purchased Mini Silai machine through Naaptol vide order no. 11863065 in the month of December 2014 as the Company is advertising it on TV channels on full swing. Since the purchase of machine we are not able to stitch with this machine, as the' threads of Babbin and main thread is not at all locking. I had phoned to Naptol many times and instead of writing the complaint they tired to guide me to do this and that but it brought no solution. Company has no service centre available and the spare parts available. At last now I had asked them for refund vide complaint No. 9881540dated 09/05/2015 but I received call from [protected] that I should send the product for replacement / repair at my own expense and no refund could be made. As I am not satisfied with the quality and service of the product supplied by such a reputed company why should i at own my expense should send the product for repair. It is just harrasmnet by the company, I want the refund only.

                                      Dear sir/Madam, I am very disappointed with the product which has been delivered to me as I ordered a watch with a good quality but didn’t got the same. firstly the product was defected as its dial glass was having cracks and its back panel cover/cap is very loose, overall the product is very cheap and disgusting as comparison of its price I have already lodged a complaint with <[protected]@naaptol.com> and got complaint number: 9823416 for the same but I was given an option that it can only be replaced and no supplementary watch can be given in place of this product so I requested your executive to give me other option other the replacing the same item but he denied and now I am sending you back this item back. I request you to either give me another branded watch of same segment or you keep your product with you and keep the money with you it may help you in you stupid business. And I am going to take further action in this regard.
