    I received the portable car washer from Naaptol (Order no[protected] on 23/04/2015 and when i used the product it was defective. I raised the complaint with the customer care of Naaptol (Complaint No[protected] on 25/04/2015 and they assured that the defective product would be repaired and i just need to pack the product and one of person will collect the product from home on 4-5 days and will deliver it back after repair with in 7-10 days when I asked for the refund they totally refused. The support staff of naaptol is inexperienced and don't even have knowledge of troubleshooting the customer issues related to the product & till date no one has called or collected the defective product from my home. Please help me in getting this problem resolved and I feel cheated.

          Sir, I am a retired govt.servant. Impressed by your ad, I placed orders for the purchase of 3pcs of sunglasses 2 weeks back and I received the consignment the very next day. I received the glasses after paying Rs.1, 300/ But, within a week's time, I saw the ad in which the very same 3pcs of glasses are sold at Rs.999/ I feel, I am cheated by paying Rs. 300/ extra. I do not have any proof other than the Kawachi Group bar code No.8/8284/2C15022336 33 pasted on the box in order to substantiate my purchase. Hope you will do the needful to compensate the loss.             I have ordered a electric roti maker combo from naaptol.Order No. 13179838 date 19 feb 2015. I recieved defective product, returned and then they send me new product, howeever the product was again defective. There wae mas a huge differencce in the quality of the 1st product and the second. The products are not standard. I asked them to return my monery . have not recievd the refund yet . Also I have posted a negatie review about this product on naaptol.com, however the same is not there on the web. So naaptol people are only showing positive reviews about the product that they want to sell and hide all negative reviews .They are cheating people.

              I have puchased 3 goglles from naaptol for Rs 1298 vide my order No 13829215 on 29/03/2015 and informed company that product is not as per their demonstration on TV. First they have told that our courier people will come to collect the product subsequently I received call from them that no one will come and you have to send it by courier and courier cahrges will be paid by the company. I have sent the parcel by DTDC courier from Ahmedabad and charges paid Rs 100.Now till date company has not refunded Rs 1299 plus courier charges Rs 100 i.e Rs 1399 against every time assurances given by call centre people that your complain will resolved within three days

                      Dear sir, i purchased Mini Silai machine through Naaptol vide order no. 11187033. since the purchase of machine we are not able to stitch with this machine, as the' threads of Babbin and main thread is not at all locking ' once i a have already made complaint to your company vide complaint No.8513068 dated[protected] and 9583627 dated[protected] . when I made first time complaint I received poor suggestions from your company and she tells no service available to keep some news paper alongwith cloth and stitch. still I am not not able stitch a single cloth .Hence I request you kindly send some service people or at least show where the service will be done near to our town. I am very much upset with this. Initially I was not knowing it is an Made in chaina. If service not availabe to China company why I should suffer. I hope for early response please.

                                    I have purchased the mobile phone from naaptol VOX DV10 order no. 13407292, but whatever product they have shown in tv by them is very different from the original one, the product is completely useless and it is a trash in the name of product. If the product price is itself Rs. 2999. How could the charge COD 300 to 500 rupees for the delivery. When the claim to be the cheap selling product company. I will compliant to higher authorities and will drag them to consumer court as well.

                                        2 boxes in the 70 pieces kitchen stainless steel set are broken on sides. The steel was so cheap and the lids are very loose. The product quality is very cheap. Please take this back and replace the utensils ASAP. Naaptol is giving false advertisement and not up to the standard. A very bad experience with Naaptol.
