I had ordered for two units.The packet was delivered today and I paid Rs.6796/- to receive it. But i found that only one unit, that is, only 8 bedsheets were delivered.I immediately rang up and informed on your helpline number. Please deliver the second unit of 8 bedsheets urgently. So i requested them a refund my cash. i have all ready three times complaint registered but not good response. this is my last warning 4 u.

      I placed an order with Naaptol(Order Number:[protected] on 12th October 2014 for this product http://www.naaptol.com/dress-material/silkbazar-embrodried-anarkali-georgette-se... It was delivered on 20th October and found to be of low quality. So i requested them a refund for my product to which they agreed( Complaint Id: 7393503 ) . I was asked to keep the product ready for return pickup and assured that the product will be picked up within 48 hours. After that its been more than a month and i keep calling them after every few days to know the status but nothing has happened. Everytime they assure me that I have to wait for 48 hours and they will arrange the pickup.

        1. An order for 08 bedsheets with 16 pillow cover was placed vide order No. 11489952 and accordingly the said item delivered. The quality of received item is very poor and colour also not the same as shown and promissed on TV. Complain on this regard for return the items and refund the total money amounting Rs. 3398/- (including delivery charges) has already submitted vide complain No. 7806972. Status of complain has also been asked through your rep. Mr.Sourabh and Mr. Parmanand (Three times). 2. In view of the above, I was requested to make necessary arrangement for collecting the above mentioned item and refund of the total money (Rs. 3398/-) by cash or in my saving Account. Details of Bank and my Account already given. After expiry of 07 days naaptol.com company neither collected the return itmes nor refunded the amount which was paid by me for the items. 3.           I have been ordering goods from Naaptol for the past five years. The above order was for 7 Art silk sarees asper your TV ad which i had ordered for a birthday in my family on the 22nd of this month.. I had booked my order on the 15th of this month ...I received an SMS that I would receive the Parcel on the 17th ...On the 18th I contacted your office and I was informed that the parcel would reach me on the21st . Today is 22nd and the birthday for which I ordered those sarees. I called your office today and I was informed that the parcel would reach me on the 24th which I don't want.             As per TV Adversiment I have purchased 5 Bed Sheets ana 10 pillow covers.My Order no 11564314.After opening he parsil I found the material was substandered. The bed sheets are used only in Tent House.MY compliant No 7823668 in the Naaptol.They are cheating the customers by TV advertisements.They have advertised if not satisfied withthe product it can be returned and the money will be returned.Hence I request you to do justice.               I had booked a multipurpose laptop folding table from naaptol online shopping. My order No is 11444535. I registered a complaint today with Naaptol with complaint id no :7820768 regarding it and they sent me a message asking me to courier it back to them. They also gave me a number to have a free pick-up of bluedart. I have been trying this number for a couple of hours and no is picking it up. I also told them that I can return the bought material to the courier company if they provide me the address of nearest courier services in my location but none of this has been done by their side. The product I received is defective and is not at all durable. I request to issue a refund against such product which is not at all strong, just fitted with some nails so that they can retain there for some time and thereby render useless after very little time.                 Order ID : 11305238 Product : Branded Electric Roti Maker + Atta Maker + Free Hotpot Respected Sir/Madam, Please accept by request. I received by order on 08/11/2014 in my absence. Because my brother brought it when I am out of station. After returing I checked on 12/11/2014 that the handel was broken and a dangerous current shock happened. We thought the Napptol person will come and submit us the product. But unfortunately it will be delivered through postal which is risky. Because the postal persons would not take care of the product. I have raised a complaint against my order and my order no. is[protected] Complaint no.[protected] they said that your refund will be transferred in your account within 8-10 days. But almost 20 Days completed and I still didn't receive any refund. Every time they change their statements.                       Bought 7 premium sari set (Order No[protected] on 14th October.they delivered it somewhere in Kolkata instead of mentioned address of city Bettiah, Bihar which was clearly mentioned at the time of purchase.In between while tracking my product Naaptol representatives misleaded me by telling it is in Delhi/Kolkata/Muzafferpur/Patna and reach to me safely next day whenever I asked. I raised the complaint in mail.Got reply today that it is delivered already somewhere in Kolkata.This is certainly a fake delivery. I find it a total fraud from the end of Naaptol/Aramex which is clear seeing the receipt attached.I no longer keep any expectation to receive product. I raise my issue to get refund of my money.

                        I have ordered a product(ORDER NO:[protected] in NAAPTOL on 20th of October'14 for the price of Rs.1898. But stil[protected] l i did not receive my product. The customer care replies in very irresponsible manner. They are blaming ARAMEX courier (AWB: [protected]) and vise versa. This Naaptol is really fraud website who is cheating people money in this way. I have totally frustrated with those guys. Please take some necessary action against them and save people money.                           i ordered Devante Salsa D966 Dual core 6.5 inch 3G calling Tablet on 24th october through online order ID No : 11227098 and I received it on recently through frish flight with Awb courier . As soon as i received it i rechared it for some hours and then I thought of installing sim options and sdcard but the product not responding .It began show reset factory settings Nothing appeared on the screen to operate therefore please tell me where should I send My product either to replace it by a new one or get it reberse the amout.

                            purchased a Powerbank from Naptol when i recieved, It was defective i files a complaint and they asked me BlueDart will visit and take the product from me. Since then i am calling NapTol and BlueDart no one is coming and picking up the product, . I have called more then 50 times. Which might have billed me 200 Rupees... Naptol response: We have noted your complaint and BlueDart persn will visit to you with in next 48 Hours. BlueDart: We have noted your complaint and we will visit today after 5pm.. But no one responding and coming to take the product, . No help from customer care... I am going to take legal action against the webite which is a totally scam and frauding innocent peoples.                                   sir, I purchase a karbonn titanium S2 + on naaptol and they take one weak of time to delivery and the mobile was delivered on 22/10/14 at 17.30 but phone was not working properly so i make a compliant on that problem in ur customer care centre .compliant no:7501523 and my order no: 11052094 from the date of compliant i make lot of calls to your customer care and i go for near karbonn service centre and that person says the problem cannot be rectified and they gave DOA certificate on that mobile on 25/10/14.and i also says about this certificate to naaptol customer care but today 01/11/14 there is no further action will be taken. i dont want this karbonn so i want to change to micromax.please make any action on that problem I attached the bill copy and DOA certificate REGARDS P.A.PERUMAL, PH:[protected], [protected]

                                    Order Id[protected] Ordered a Roti Maker from Naaptol. It was delivered to us in damaged condition. And also it is not woking. After logging complaints on its telephonic customer care many times still there is no response from them. Each time we are promised to be serviced in 24 -48 hrs but nothing happens. It is really ridiculous, if they cant handle the business they should stop doing it. First we want our product to be replaced but now we are so frustrated that we just want refund. Please help.

                                    I have ordered a Datawind pocket surfer 3G4 having order no.[protected] and it was delivered at my address on 12 May 2015.Since, then the phone is not working properly.It becomes switch off automatically and takes a lot of time in switching on, the product which has been delivered to me is defective from the date of the delivery I've tried to communicate my grievance through customer care but no heed was paid.I am very much bothered and lastly I have decided to take resort to the court for filing consumer complaint against naaptol online shopping, I am still making a last humble request to sought out my grievance and kindly refund the total amount which has been paid against the aforesaid product, otherwise it will incline me to take legal action for damages cause to me as well as mental torture which I have suffered before the hon'ble court.

                                      Hello Order ID : 11224710 I order one phone through naaptol on 24th oct. expected delivery date was on 27 oct Naaptol provide me the below courier details. Courier Name: Blue Dart ( AWB Number : [protected]) 1st thing the AWB Number provided by naaptol is fake. They just put some dummy number to show customer that they are delivering as soon as possible. 2nd they close all of my raised complains for delivery. Every time they just postpone the delivery date. Can you people please do the needful. For all, Please don't shop on naaptol.Its a worst service provider for online shopping. Regards, JAipal
