We have bought Sewing machine which is defective and we could not stitch a very thin 10 cms plain cloth in 30 mins time due to defect in machine. Its gets stuck after 1 or 2 spindles and after repeated trials only we are able to switch it on. Hence we reached Naaptol Online Helpdesk to get it replaced or at least fixed the same machine. But now it is more than 10 days no one has come to pick up the faulty machine. We call them almost every day but we get same answer that pick up person will come to collect the faulty machine.     Order No 10014955 I ordered for 7 dazling gorgette sarees and paid RS 2999/- to the postman who delivered the product. Onopening I found it contained only waste papers. complaint was lodged and refund voucher was generated. on 03.09.2014 I ordered another product. Promised to deleiver on 13.09.2014 and later on 17.09.2014 and now they say they have not despatched the product.

      I ordered for a set of products which was not delivered to me with full satisfaction. After having failed to get a solution from Customer care I approached the CEO office which directed the customer complaint team to expedite the process. Ever since the customer care has been harassing me snot sharing any details regarding the refunds status but continuosly seeks to get more details regards to my personal bank accounts. It is very shocking how could a company ignore or delay the refund which is being monitored by CEO. Shame on Naaptol...

        I am purchase new BSNL Penta Smart Ps501 Order Number 8388439. Purchase the Product dated on 19.02.2014. This Mobile was not working. First 15 Days Mobile Speaker is not working and after 3 Months Touch is not working. The Mobile Spares in rare. So, I am complaint the product to Naaptol office. So, Please Replacement Mobile or Service My Mobile immediately. It is highly condemned and also I disappointed for your lethargic action, Hence you are requested to Change the Tablet immediately unless otherwise I will file the Court Case against the Naaptol.

            I purchased a Mini Silai Machine from on line Naptol shopping on 26.08.2014 vide order no.10364241 but from the beginning it is not giving proper stitching and on the reverse side of the cloth it giving clumsy and messy stitching. When I contacted the Noptol Customer Care, they told they had forwarded my complaint to their Technical section and that they would contact me from 24 to 48 hrs. However, I don’t know how they would resolve the problem. It would be better if Noptol also had some provision to send its technician to rectify the problem on the spot specially incase of electronic equipment, it is selling. Secondly, on opening of the pack, I found that one of the tools Needle Threader was missing and complained about it vide complaint no.6986316. They told, it would be delivered to me in 5-7 days. However, today on 03.09.2014, some one (Rohan or Rahul) from Naptol Customer Care and contacted to me and wanted to know what is this Needle Threader. He told that the package mentioned about Bobbins, Spools of thread, Adopter, One extra Needle and Foot Pad only. When I told that Needle threader was also mentioned in it and its picture among the accessories is also given on the pack and the Mannual, he told that the Mannual and the Pack were not with him right then and I should tell him what is its function so that he can understand about this. I told, I am myself knowing it for the first time from the Mannual and probably it is to help threading the Needle. He told I can thread the Needle manually and it is not required. When I insisted, very hesitatingly he agreed to send it to me. He also indulged in a very uncalled for and irritating arguments with me over this. I just want to point out that if this kind of attitude persists at Naptol Customer Care, it would be really discouraging to opt for this mode of purchasing and people are bound to loose the trust in Naptol. Instead of this being an easier and convenient method of shopping, it would give un-necessary headache to the customers. Will the Naptol look into the issue and address it positively, please? With Thanks.

              i bought a one watch from naaptolu know it was not working first of all battery is dead and the belt u shown in naaptol is diffrent what i reveived in the delivery i was unhappy copletely with naaptol i bought so many products from online in various onli ne stores but this is the foisrst time i was facing issue ... really if my friends ask about naaptol definately i will give a negative feedback on you...

                        I have ordered Rajai ( blanket) from naaptol. It was worth of 2300 RS. Courier person took money and gone. Both blankets are completely torn and defective. I called for replacement. I was following for 4 weeks to replace my blankets. I didn't get my blankets ( replaced once) back. Naptol has worst services ever. Never buy anything from Naaptol.

                          I have ordered ( order no. 9919924 ) nine georgetted sarees the same was delivered by the blue dart courier service( AWB no.[protected]) with defect on 28.7.2014 and the same was returned back to the Blue dart courier service on the next day 29.7.2014 itself. Moreover i have spoken over phone to your one of your naaptol service team member. he has also accepted the defect and assured that he will send another set of the same sarees ordered yet (30/8/2014) i have not received the same.
                          I have never experienced such a worst online shopping from your naaptol service, yet what is the action taken for my complaint order No.6698309, if no reply is received within three days i am sorry to say that i will proceed for legal proceedings under consumer protection Act, as i have already consulted my lawyer regarding this matter.                             My father ordered a 50 pcs stainless steel set, to give a suprise. It was cash on delivery. Person who came to deliver product took 3153/-, but product value was only 2284/-. As my father was purchasing for first time, he was misleaded n paid 3153/- After that I am following with Naaptol people Since 3rd June and they jut keep on tellin somebody will call me in 24 hrs/48hrs but nobody calls. Sometime they keep my call on hold for halh-half hour and than disconnect. Its like mental torture. Even product size is misguiding, not worth the money mentioned by them and shown on tv.. I requested them to take back order and refund full 3153/- but nothing has happen sine 3rd June. My complaint no. at naaptol is -6292197. I spoke to following and more people on different occassion:- 1) 3rd june Ankit Tiwari 2) 12th june Mukesh Tiwari 3) 7th july Gitu kapoor 4) 8th july Siddanshu Mishra 5) 22nd 6) 28th Ritesh Singh 7) Anita etccccc Than 2 seniors Ankush (4th) and Mohammed (7th). I received my registered complaint request on 8th august 2014 and today is 22nd august and no action has been taken. I have wasted lot of my money on follow up calls and they are very much not interested in customer.

                                I booked a product in Naaptol on 6th July 2014 and the order ID is 9769551. Due to poor quality I have returned the product back to them and got the package received confirmation message on 23rd July 2014. I have waited for 15 days to get the reorder coupon. On 9th August 2014, I called the customer service and raised a complaint and the complaint ID is 6787560. They informed that I will receive the message in 24-48 hours but I haven't got any message. I tried calling them once in 2 days but I got the same reply as "I will be receiving the message with in next 5-10min". Couple of 2 days back I contacted the CC supervisor Mr. Naveen and he told me that he will be sending the message again as well as email me but till now I didn't got the SMS and email. Today afternoon at 1:35 I call the CC and one Mr. Sugan gupta attended the call and told me that he triggered the SMS and I will be getting it in 5min... Still the status remains the same.

                                The ever shopping experience, I don't know why such faulty sites get License to work on e commerce??
                                I bought a product "Car washer" with a product code "10351316".
                                Firstly, the order came incomplete, after tracing naaptol customer care people N number of times for continuously 7 days, who don;t even dare to talk well.They have forgot the manners, I should say.

                                Secondly, they dispatched the product from speed post.lemme clarify they have charged for packing Rs.400 extra apart from product.still for their mistake they have send the product from speed post, that to obselete product.The moment i opened the product it was looking that it is old & has been used before by somebody else"TRIAL Products"Like.Then anyways I don't wnted to call these stupid people again, that is why I decided to use the same, But when I went to make the use of it, I found it was not working properly as there was no pressure as it was shown in product DEMO.no water coming out.

                                Please resolve the issue consumer forum people.And request youy to please cancel the License of Naaptol.com.If ypu really want your consumer faith on e-commerce shopping.

                                  Hi Team, I bought a led projector from "www.naaptol.com" which promised to provide good display/HD display. I purchased it for the purpose of teaching students. The projector's display is so bad that I can't make out anything displayed on the screen. I called customer care the next day of receiving it however they were not cooperative.                                       Hi, I have been a member of NAAPTOL since 2012 and had done some shopping in Dec'12 & Feb'13 totall amounting to close to 16K. As per their schemes on every purchase you make you earn Reward Points & gets into "In Progress" bucket for the admin team of NAAPTOL to verify and transfer the points to "Your Earned Points". I had my last purchase done on 14Feb2013 and had accumilated around 652 points under "In Progress" bucket post which i have never seen the points move to "Your Earned Points" till i made repeted complains till date. Few days back they moved 500 points to "Your Earned Points" after constant followups and escalation. I have wasted a lot of time with their customer care executive, supervisors, managers & backend team. My telephone bill is more than the cost of the points now :) but just want to let people know that NAAPTOL is a cheat website with pathetic customer care. I would love to put in names of the supervisors, managers & backend team members namere here but they are just doing their jobs with a pathetic useless company. I have lost hopes to getting the points and will stop all followups & will definetly blog over social media so that no other person gets involved with such cheats.

                                        Unfortunately the worst of the online shopping done by me... I would rate it worst and not bad... naaptol group always ready to cheat people and then customer care ready to say sorry .. asking time for two days which would never come in the life of their whole group... a very bad experience... we have lost our money and time at this... such a huge difference in the amazon grp and this naaptol... i suggest no one shud buy products from here..
