Dear sir, The product'solar lantern and portable cooler' vide my order no.50959931 is not as shown in your advertisement. Both these two products are just looking like a toy. More over, the portable lantern is defective. As the ordered product is not in conformity with the one shown in your advertisement, i would like to return the product. I have already registered my complaint vide complaint no.34634872. Hence you are requested to take back your product and return the payment of rs.1398.00 made by me through cash to the courier man. Kindly follow the below mention steps for free pick-up: 1. Please pack the product in travel worthy packaging. 2. Delhivery courier boy will come to pick the product at your door step within 3-4 working days. 3. Note down the Pickup Request Number/Token No/Collection Reference No received from pick-up boy for future reference and Update Dispatch Details to Naaptol after pickup done. It would take 2-3 working days to reach product at our warehouse. Once the product reaches to us, we shall action further. Naaptol par bahut hi cheap and low quality product beche jaate hne . product return karne par money refund nahi kiya jata he refund voucher de kar fir ese hi cheaper product ko mehnge daam par kharidane ke liye majboor kar diya jaata he. online thagane ka business .

from the very beginning I have requested for money refund they gave gift voucher valid for 6 months to be used in online shopping from naaptol .

itna hi honest hne to product return karne par price refund karna chahiye jaise amazon wale karte hne.
