I have bought a set of 7bags of 999rs. The bag shown in the TV looks big and the delivered bag looks very small... I want to return the bag no proper response from customer support of Naaptol and they forcing me to buy some other product they are not ready to refund my amount... Please I suggest everyone not to buy anything in Naaptol buy in Amazon where you money will be refunded when your not satisfied with product...

I have received my order Leatherite Sandal @ 700 per pair, but the material shown on advertisement is not matching the real one. Its quality is of very poor, and the size mentioned is 42 is not proper size like other shoes have. Want to return/replace the material.
