Sir i had purchased life daps tab on13/82018 vide order no 50519641 even paid rs 4398 but the tab is not working at all even approached customer care but reply gave me punes phone no when i contacted him he replied that the company is closed please look to my complain my mobile no [protected] i am not at all satisfied with your service please guide me how can i get my tab in working condition 7 month is completed but tab is not repaired your service centre ask me every time part is not come so please send my tab ether send my money Than i called police and gives your complaint Was this information helpful? | |||

With reference to your complaint for order no[protected] and as per conversation had today, we are hereby arranging the reverse pickup for replacement. Kindly follow the below mention steps for free pick-up: 1. Please pack the complete product in travel worthy packaging. 2. Delhivery courier boy will come to pick the product at your door step within 3-4 working days. 3. Note down the Pickup Request Number/Token No/Collection Reference No received from pick-up boy for future reference and Update Dispatch Details to Naaptol after pickup done. It would take 2-3 working days to reach product at our warehouse. Once the product reaches to us, we shall action further.
