[Resolved] Naaptol Online Shopping — not provided invoice bill and return can't be done. | |||
I bought a product from naaptol. They force to order me by repeatedly calling me. So i ordered and it came on 6/8/2019 but the product is not satisfied by me. And there was no attachings like invoice bill outside the packet. So i contacted naaptol and i told my complaint a several time but there was no respone from their side till date. I doesn't need my money back but i think to buy in exchange an other product. But they are repeatedly asking about the incoice bill, but i didn't get that. Only there was my product's name marked outside. The delivery boy came and said it was ours. I am very much worried that i spend almost Rs 2000 on this and i loose it.
