Sir, i had purchased a roti maker by order no. 30202383 on dated 20/12/2016, but i was not satisfied with the working of the product and i filed a complain on the same day for collecting the product from my home. A complain no. 20439276 was given to me. After that the product was collected by the delivery boy on 24/12/2016 and give me receipt no.[protected].But no one contact me for the refund. So, i again call on 02/01/2017 and again a complain no.[protected] regarding my refund but till date i have not received any call by your side.Again i am requesting you to refund my amount of rs. 2398/= in my a/c no.[protected], ifsc code, cnrb0001195, bank name: canara bank, the mall, kanpur & oblige.
