[Resolved]  Naaptol Online Shopping — return and refund of the product

I have ordered a massager on 30/12/2018 through naaptol malayalam. The product is not useful and entirely different from what it was shown in the add. Its working harms the skin and product runs abnormally. My mother (Sreedevi) orderd it from naaptol. After recieving the product, the product was entirely different and was just in name. They are totally foling the buyers. So please give my money back. Order no: 54748180. Order cost:1398.. Please make it fast

I m very disappointed with d customer care service of naaptol as they arent of any help. I received a tab in dead condition from naaptol and when I complained about it instead of replacing it they told me to take it to a nearest service centre

Your product is not working plz refund my money

I ordered copper 5 litre jug with two glasses and one bottle but got only jug in parcel received from naaptol. I immediately contact naaptol complaint cell and told them what I received they promise me that with in three days I got missed items but still today I didn't get anything..My complaint no is 62526428 and order no is[protected].. Please do something if it possible.
