As per my subject i have ordered an electronic tap and blankets but because of low quality i returned both of my orders.
Now as i pay in cash so i just want my money back but as this is a fraud company they are denying me to get me refund and trying to give me voucher which is worthless.
I just want my money back.
One of your customer executive nidhi is so rude and doesn't know how to deal with customers.
I just want my money back and want an apology from her executive.

    Reference to order no stated above, this is to state that the order was cancelled on 27th december, 2018 and subsequently complaint regarding reversion of payment was lodged on 29th december, 2018.

    The payment was made through net banking. As on 11/01/2019 the payment has not been reverted despite numerous calls to the customer care. The usual reply "our technical/accounts department will revert back to you within 24 hours".

    No calls have been received regarding the complaint although is put "on priority".

    Requested to look into the matter and revert the payment immediately.

    I have returned my product from Naaptol as i was not satisfied with the product. but they didn't give the refund till now and saying either they will give voucher or in Oxigen wallet.

      return and refund of the product

      I have ordered a massager on 30/12/2018 through naaptol malayalam. The product is not useful and entirely different from what it was shown in the add. Its working harms the skin and product runs abnormally. My mother (Sreedevi) orderd it from naaptol. After recieving the product, the product was entirely different and was just in name. They are totally foling the buyers. So please give my money back. Order no: 54748180. Order cost:1398.....

      Dear sir,

      Place one order of platinum and gold finish watch set on naaptol.com online via call.
      They sent damaged product.
      I call them and asked for refund but they replaced the product, but once again i got more damaged product.
      Now i claim for my refund of payment but the refuse to pay amount in bank transfer.
      They force to me buy other item or get vouchers only.
      They are cheated me and many people like this.
      I requested to you to do help to get refund my money in cash/bank transfer

        Naaptol has delivered a damage bags. And quality of the bags were pathetic like penny cost. I filed a complaint however the agent (Ayaz khan) called and unprofessionally hung up on me saying that refund won't be possible.
        Cheap and degraded service from naaptol. Shopped on 31st dec'18. Price of the product scottish club 7 pcs complete travel solution is rs.1398. Colour of the bag is orange

          Respected sir, we got a letter from naaptol online shopping pvt.ltd through India post that refers to lucky draw winner of xuv500 Mahindra car valuable of 1480000.we believed that because it came through India post and we paid 4, 70, 000 hardly and by lending from others.actually my family is a middle class family please please please help us sir.I send their details through files below.thank you sir.please help me.

                In reference to your kind today, email ( on 19/12/2018 at 10.25 a.m.
                I have to inform you that today your courier Boy had come at my residence for picking the defected watch - code 6309, he told me to handover the said watch and he was giving to me a Receipt of order number[protected] scanned copy of the receipt enclosed ) but my actual order no. was 54226814 as it is missmached .
                On this region, the courier Boy has not taken/picked the said watch .
                Please look into this matter on priority basis and resend the courier boy again after correction my order number.

                    Dear sir,
                    I had ordered on phone to Naaptol on dated 13/12/2018 for supplying the subject product ( Round Watch phone - Code No. 6309 Naaptol ) .
                    On 14/12/2018, I had received the said watch but some manufacturing defect is found in the watch as when I had set the time & date in the Watch and it will be changed automatically after receiving the call or message
                    This problem was found since day one,
                    However, I had several emails sent to you as well as to your customer care department. But no positive response received as on date.
                    Now I have to return back to you the subject defected watch under your Return back policy and refund my paid amount including delivery charges urgently.
                    Scanned copies of Bill/Receipt, details of the subject watch for your kind information & necessary action please.

                      I ordered a *car jack kit* vide order no. 54084588 on *naaptol* online shopping site and made the payment of rs. 3400.00 cod

                      Today afternoon i received my shipment of *car jack kit* all the items included in the delivered kit were damaged and used items. When i called the delivery boy and told him about he told me to go ahed and do police complaint.

                      Such a pathetic service by a naaptol a e - commerce company advertising on airtel tv & other media platform is not acceptable and the company is liable to be charged for *breach of trust, cheating, forgery, misleading and e-comm online scam* under ipc

                      Based on the prima facie evidence and witnesses i shall file a case against naaptol before police & consumer forum for the trauma & trouble i have suffered.

                      I would all the costumer whom ever has faced such issues to come forward and complaint against such company.

                        I have ordered kichen queen chapati maker on dated 2th dec 18 bearing order no.[protected]. I received it on dated 7th december 2018. When my wife trying to operate, auto connect was not working, as well as body was extremely hot. My wife faced an accident and her hand scene was burnt.
                        Under above line as explained it would be very much appreciated if you kindly arrange the return of chapati maker and refund my money. I have already complaint to your customer care no.in 8th of december 2018. Before i order this metirial i have asked return policy and customer care person confirmed that if the metirial is not good or any technical issues then they arrange the return.                           We ordered kadai set from Naptol, when received its was not good quality. And we have paid almost 3000rs. When spoke to customer care, they say return policy is only not there and disconnect the call. They never mentioned that we cannot return the product.

                            I found a damaged package, and now they say they ll replace it but won't return money. After that he says refund won't be in the bank account but in the form of a naptol voucher!! Seriously, why didn't they mention it on their policy? Why didn't they scream while advertising on tv?

                            Please tell me how to deal with them. If there is any other way around?

                              This has reference to Order No.53553580 dated 21-11-18 and Invoice No.741L[protected] dated 21-11-18. I have received the captioned drill machine with Screw driver set (Combo) today by COD. But to my surprise, I find the drill machine is a used, second hand product and NOT a BRAND NEW one as shown in the TV channel during your Demo. Also some of drill bits in the screw driver box are fully or partially corroded and are beyond any use.
                              It amounts to cheating the customer for which you are answerable and therefore I request you to kindly replace the product OR refund the amount paid by me. If you send a BRAND new one and take back the old one supplied to me, I shall be agreeable to resolve the coplaint.

                                I buy a kitchen queen 81 pcs stainless steel dinner set from naaptol, cost was 3199 rs/.
                                Once i received the product it was very cheap, light & too small. I made the return request on call & naaptol customer care denied to return money in bank account.
                                They informed me they can return money by oxygen wallet. After several calls they collected it back on 13th nov 2018 & confirmed that return i will get in 7 working days on oxygen wallet. I wait till 26th nov 2018 & there was no update from them so i connected to customer care for reason why i have not received my payment yet since it is almost 2 weeks. There was a lady shikha on call who put on hold my call for few minutes & given call to other executive, i again explain him all details & he committed the same thing that within 7 days you will get. Till now i have not received my payment & no revert from them.

                                    I have ordered an product on 15th nov which was american indigo reversible jacket @999/- and it was 1 + 1 free. But i have received only one jacket as well as i ordered “l” size but i have received “m” size. I need my 2nd jacket with both the “l” size.

                                      I ordered pack of 7 naina kota doria saari pack, but when i opened it, these are not kota doria saari, cheap material with different design and pattern i get. Either replace it with correct order or refund the money. This product is different from the description and not worth for the money.
