I have ordered an product on 15th nov which was american indigo reversible jacket @999/- and it was 1 + 1 free. But i have received only one jacket as well as i ordered “l” size but i have received “m” size. I need my 2nd jacket with both the “l” size.
Do you think the customers ordering product from your end are fool?
Are you making your customer fool?
When we buy your product you call every time but i have given complaint yesterday still i haven’t received any revert from you guys.
So i need my 2 reversible jackets asap else i need refund of my money or i will sue your company and will post every thing on social media will go in consumer court too. Need revert in next 24 hours.
I had call on you customer care no [protected] many times but no revert.

With reference to your complaint for order no. 53380336 and as per conversation had with our advisor, we are hereby arranging the reverse pickup for replacement with “L” size.

Kindly follow the below mention steps for free pick-up:

1. Please pack the product in travel worthy packaging.

2. Delhivery courier boy will come to pick the product at your door step within 2-3 working days.
3. Note down the Pickup Request Number/Token No/Collection Reference No received from pick-up boy for future reference and Update Dispatch Details to Naaptol after pickup done.
It would take 2-3 working days to reach product at our warehouse. Once the product reaches to us, we shall action further.

Updated by Rohitnot8dead Your Executive said me that he will send me recording I had with the supervisor when I purchased the product she said me I will get 2 jackets but I have received only 1 that too wrong size.
